All the technicians are excellent. I’ve use the warranty twice, once foe the dishwasher and the other for the dryer. They repaired both appliances on the first visit. They have communicated with me and followed through. I had American Home Warranty before and I wasn’t happy with them and Choice offered me more.

Their service is above and beyond. They’ve always been right on top of things. The last time I used them, my dryer was not shutting off when I opened the door. They came out within two days and ordered a part and a couple of days after that, it was fixed.

The experience we have had with choice has been good. It was quick and easy. We had to have the roof replaced because there was damage. I filed the claim and very fast after that, the sub contractor called to fix the problem. He did very professional, good work.

A step above everyone else with home warranty. I truly love it. There service is a lot better than American Home Warranty. They actually contact you back and care about the customer and their needs. Choice Home Warranty is good almost all of the time. They sent someone right out last month for the problem with my refrigerator which I appreciate because I have food in there. They didn’t want to give me two hundred dollars for the stove but it is a great thing to have.

Recently I was having an issue with my sink and they sent someone out to fix. I also got a new disposal and stove. I was also having a problem with my dishwasher and they said that was a separate thing so I didn’t like having to pay the $55 dollars again.

This seems to be the right company based on the research I’ve done. I have recommended them to friends. They send people out fairly quickly but the resolution is not always to my liking. For my washing machine, they sent out a technician and he collected the money but did not repair it so I contacted choice and had to fight to get a reimbursement check that I am still waiting for.

Once I realized you done really replace the appliance as you advertise, I am hesitant to recommend choice. Realistically they only give you 50% of the cost once the adjusters get involved. If I had to choose between them and American Home Shield, I would choose choice. The service is excellent. Things are handled in a timely manner and the staff is very good.

The warranty gives me peace of mind. I can call them and after a small service charge, the work is done. I used it a week ago for a plumbing problem and they came right away to fix the problem. It is normally within a day or less to get the jobs done.

I had choice for years and then I switched to American Home Warranty and now I am back to choice, it is more economical and they respond quickly. I don’t have any trouble pertaining to policy. If they can’t do it, they compensate you. They did try to cover up that the copay was different but they went back to the regular price.

It has been a pretty positive experience working with choice home warranty overall though sometimes it takes a long time to get someone out to address the problem depending the equipment. We had to have the refrigerator replaced and the max cap was eleven hundred dollars and it cost roughly three thousand. Also I have dealt with a few people who made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them.

The price is pretty reasonable. They didn’t raise the rates when we renewed it. We actually get a free visit. We’ve had three issues and they’ve gotten some one out really quick to fix it. It took a while for the last one because of corona virus because everyone is busy, it took a week and a wlf to get the leak fixed.

Their copay is reasonable for the amount of services they provide. I wish there were a couple of more options and more vendors to choose from but they are responsive and process claims quickly. My only issues is they kept sending me the same vendor that I requested they not send me because for a couple of things they were not good. They did finally send someone different and I was happy with the service.
