They are very responsive and the vendors that they have sent to my home have always done a good job. Most recently it was leak in my hallway bathroom the waxing at the bottom was replaced. They have the best deductible of any home warranty. I have been extremely happy with my three year policy.

They have stepped up to the plate on more than one occasion to fulfill their obligation and the warranty. I've had plumbing and refrigerator problems that they helped to pay for. The responded expeditiously and got the problems taken care of. I would recommend them highly.

I've only used it once and it was for a washer repair and they fix my washer and everything went perfect. The technician that came out was very experienced and knowledgeable and he knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw what the machine was not doing.

They are very thorough when you call to place a claim they are very concerned. Choice doesn't cover doors or hinges or glass. Every thing I've called them for has worked out good except one time I called for the microwave. The door handle was about to come off and they wouldn't cover that.

My machine broke and I had them to come out. They sent someone out promptly but when the guys came he misdiagnosed it so they turn down my claim and I had to appeal it through the appeal process they sent me another technician and he reviews the situation and he gave them his analysis of it and they reimbursed me for that washing machine. I feel as though the price that they initially give you when they assessed the situation and determine that your item is no longer working is a bit low so I think they need to look at that situation other than that it's fine.

I've only contact the customer service once but when I did they explained everything. When Choice didn't pay for a service then they looked into it and let me know the reason it wasn't covered. I hadn't read that small print in the contract that stated that particular part wasn't covered. They pointed it out to me and they gave good service. The first time I use the warranty was for my garbage disposal and they sent someone over very quickly and they checked it out and they replaced it. I was very pleased with that.

The way my last claim was handled. Afterbeing told repair was okd I never got a call about the parts arriving and telling me when it would be fixed. Didn't matter as I would have cancelled as I bought a new frig, I thought that if the repair costs more than half of a new one i would have received an offer. Repair man said parts and labor would runover 500. I bought a new one for 900.

When I put in a claim, within the next hour, I've had companies name and phone number to come out and the person comes out the next day. I've had Choice for three years and have had to use them a couple of times and it is a very good service.

I had major repairs in my house this year and they were really good about connecting me with the people so I like the company. I had to use it over thanksgiving in my kitchen for my dishwasher, they were able to come out and fix it that thanksgiving, and I appreciate that they were able to come quick because I had people coming over for dinner.

I had to have the motor replaced on a heat pump and they approved the job with no questions. The repair company that choice sent to my home seemed to be very knowledgeable and did a good job. They were also friendly and fixed the heat pump as soon as the part came in

I had them for a couple of years at my last residence and everything was taken care of well. The only downfall is you have to wait a couple of days. It took four days to fix my water heater. When they put it out there to find a contractor if they would try to find a contractor closer to the residence that would be a big help. When I get called from people that are two hours away they don't want the job.

The other company I had if the item was very old they would give me a cash allowance toward another one but choice said that they would replace it. There was no maximum age so that's why I chose them. I'm waiting for a repair on my microwave. I notified choice and they sent out a notification of an appointment which wasn't good for me. So I got in contact with the repair man and we set an appointment. He told me my microwave was totally gone but then he said to me he doesn't make any money by people getting a new item. So he tried to fix it. I mentioned to choice that he had said that but they emailed me that he was going to come fix it. I asked them what he said to them because he told me it was totally gone. They told me they couldn't tell me what he said. I heard nothing else from either of them. Finally I got in touch with choice and they sent and email he would be in touch. I waited and waited. Last I heard from him he said he was waiting on a part. This is the only experience I've had with them. I'm not pleased with this experience. I don't if this is choice's fault or the technicians fault. I wish they would get back in touch with me faster.

Even though I got a full warranty package they don't tell you there are so many exclusions. For most of the items I call they say it's not included. The ultimate goal is to deny a claim. My hot water heater didn't work. When I called I got a response they scheduled someone three days later. Hot water is an essential item especially when the temperature is colder. They should notify customers at purchase that this is just a warranty and if they have an emergency it's not going to be handled right away. I'm shopping for another company that is a little bit more flexible and does not deny the majority of your claims.

I've used it twice now and everything's been fine. The people that come do excellent work. First time I used it for my garbage disposal. The checked it and I needed a new one so they came back and put one in. Second time my washing machine was leaking. The came a couple days later and put in a new part and everything is working fine.

I've only needed to use it once. It was for my garage door. The person that came out said my garage door was installed incorrectly and they went through choice home warranty and got it replaced. Recently my garbage disposal was leaking oil into my cabinet. I called them and the man came out with a new one. The people they use know what they are doing and get it done. If they don't have the parts they order them for me and come back and put them in. I haven't had any bad experiences yet.

They are always available and they always answer all my questions and all the people seem pretty knowledgeable. I just recently used the warranty for a pool pump. I did have some out of pocket expenses but it was replaced. Our technicians that have come out have been really knowledgeable and helpful in the services they provided.

The response is very quick and when they are not able to find someone to come out, they allowed me to find someone. It worked out pretty well. I had a plumbing blockage and they contacted a plumber. The plumber was here the next day and resolved the problem.

I've only had one issue. They just took two to three days to come out and it was high priority but I thought they told me within a day or two that we would have somebody out there but it wasn't a day or two. The vendor that did come out was very professional and did a great job and was pretty quick about the garbage disposal.

Every time I call Choice Home Warranty, they seem to get the ball rolling by getting what I need to repair and within a couple of hours an appointment has been set up. My garbage disposal stopped working and I called and they came within the next day and replaced it that day and everything was great.

A few years back, my oven wasn't working and they sent out a repair man and he did his best but it just would not start and they gave us a thousand dollars to replace it. The amount of coverage that they offer compared to the price is what made me choose Choice Home Warranty.

It used to be really consistent but lately they send out subpar vendors. We've gotten people that were completely unqualified and lied about the service they would provide which led to multiple visits leaving out items more damaged than they needed to be. Our kitchen sink was draining slowly so we contacted choice and they sent out a service provider who shoed up the house with no tools because he claimed his truck had been in an accident. He attempted to open the main plumbing with a hand wrench and then demanded he forty five dollars and then submitted to choice that he had snaked our drains which was false. We ended up having to pay five hundred dollars out of pocket to fix our own sink.

The people who do the air conditioning are the best people I've had with choice. Also when my washer broke, I called on a Sunday and they came on a Tuesday and looked at it and said they would need to order a part but in the meantime he fixed it so I could still use it until the part came. Sometimes I do have bad experiences, I had one terrible one with a person they contract with, had a lot of problems with that one.

The service was very professional and very quick with my recent claim. The garage door motor jammed and spring came loose, it was a mess, and I called and got very quick service and the next morning, it was taken care of. Sometimes difficult to get reputable companies to service you. I have used them for a broken washer which they deemed too costly to fix so gave me money towards a new one; had to escalate the amount as I went to Lowes and Home Depot and I could not get a new machine even a basic one for the amount they wanted to give me. They increased the amount for the most basic machine. I also used them to fix a blower on the spa of my pool and the first company they contacted had an F rating with the Better Business Bureau so I asked for someone else...2nd company was not listed on internet so I couldnt find out any info on them and no one answered the phone number they provided me, so I had to use my own company and get reimbursed which shouldn't be a big deal but they want to talk to repair person and a lot of companies won't take the time to do this because you can be on hold for quite some time. Most recently I used them to fix a heating unit....company they sent was great but it took forever to get the part. Make sure you look up the companies they send to your house. Check the BBB rating and or reviews would be my recommendation. If you dont mind doing the research and some hassle then Choice is ok

The person who came to repair the refrigerator was unbelievably good and patient and did an awesome job. I called them and they arranged an appointment right away and it came out within forty eight hours. And they did a great job taking care of it.

It is impossible to speak to a live human being when you need to make some changes. When I put in the order, I said do not schedule me with Sears. My experience with Sears has been that they are unreliable they cancel, and they have cost me lots of money as a result. Your schedules me with Sears. I told you to get me a different tech and you rescheduled with Sears. I told you to change it and the tech you finally sent out was excellent.
