It is affordable and the they were very professional when I called. Customer service is great. My furnace motor went out and I wasn't really pleased with the guy that came out. He forgot the appointment and then he just took forever. He took almost two weeks to fix my furnace. So but I called them and I expressed my dissatisfaction with him. Another time I had a plumbing issue and the company that they sent out was perfect. They were great.

Very positive. They always responded to my calls and my questions. One time I used Choice for the refrigerator, and they sent out the best repairman so I didn't have to get it replaced. They sent out a plumber so I didn't have to get a new toilet. They have some very good people working for them.

Whenever I've called they sent someone within a day or two. Work was done to my satisfaction. It was no hassle. Every time I've called, they've come out and taken care of business. Once my toilet was leaking and I called them, it cost me $80 and they came and reset the toilet which would have cost normally $300 with any other company. The people they sent out were polite, positive and they got the job done and it haven't had an issue since.

This is my second year as a member of "Choice Home Warranty". I have already taken advantage of their service for my garage door opener, my clothes dryer, my clothes washer, my refrigerator and my dishwasher. They have all been minor repairs but I am generally happy with the service , especially with the speed with which I have been contacted by their service vendors. In one instance when my dishwasher needed to be replaced I was given a voucher for a replacement at Lowes. I highly recommend joining! Elliot Colchamiro

They are alway's on time except for the last time when when my fridge stopped working the tech came and diagnosed the problem right away but it took a few days before CHW gave the okay to replace the relay and it took the tech almost a week before he came back with the part to fix the fridge,and I was without a fridge almost 2 weeks

Home warranty started out by assigning a claim number and eventually assigning a contractor to do the work the shower Panal was installed but didn’t work properly the plumber returned and tried to remedy the problem to no avail. I found out what the problem was and called the plumber to return and finally get the panal working properly he told me that I had to call Choice and get a new appointment set up and pay another $65. I told him and Choice that the problem was not a new one but an ongoing one but was told that I would still have to pay another $65. I didn’t agree and asked to talk to a supervisor I was on the phone holding and holding and was finally told that someone would call me back within 24 hours. I finally had the problem fixed myself. Needless to say Choice did not live up to my expectations this whole process took over three weeks in which time my shower was hardly usable Also I was told that Choice would reimburse me for the cost of the panal which was $342. When I tried to collect that I was told then that it would have to looked at as the work order only stated installation smoke and mirrors

I have had no issues with CHOICE whatsoever. Their service has always been right on the money. I used them for two ceiling fans, kitchen lights, and for leaks with our shower head and wand. I would like them to consider coming up with a plan for devices such as televisions, computers, phones, etc...

I have used choice warranty in the past and have been mostly happy with their service. We had a problem with one particular serviceman and they took care of the issue. My one issue is that my wife wrote them a letter and they have never acknowledged it and they don’t show a phone number to call. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren’t for that

They explain everything that's actually covered. One of my experiences was the garage door opener. The first time I had a company and they were excellent and then they actually assigned a different company this time. I asked them if I could go with that other company that they send out the first time like a year ago and they switched it pretty fast and the guy was there the next day. So I really did appreciate that.

Good communication. I had a clogged toilet and on Saturday night I put a ticket online and I heard from them on Sunday morning apologizing for the delay that someone would be here on Monday. I really didn't expect anybody to come out on the weekend, so they came and the repair person was lovely. They were responsive and gave me updates.

It's a good service to have. When something breaks down, it could be costly, and having Choice Warranty is the wonderful option. I've been with them for about three or four years now and the first year I was with them, the company they used was not the best quality. But the last last couple of years the companies they are using are getting better and better quality service techs. I just used my warranty today for my A/C and they got it taken care of. They always take care of the problem. Just they sometimes it takes a little longer than I feel that it should to get through. But once you do, they take care of whatever the problem is.

The first time I tried using choice home warranty, unfortunately there was no response from anyone for the for 2-3 weeks. The other two times have been great. I actually got an e-mail regarding 2 claims I filed. One was for a garage door and the other one was for a toilet plumbing issue. They were able to help me and get someone to come over in a very short period of time.

They're pretty nice there and they answer the phone. They have a pretty nice website when it works. The dishwasher wasn't draining, so we called them. They came out two days later and fixed the problem for 65 bucks. We saved hundreds of dollars.

I had Choice Home Warranty in the past and then I went for a few years without any warranty service, and when I signed up for one, I signed up for a different one and it was horrible. I canceled it and went back to Choice because I've gotten better service. I think that Choice does a good job. However, when you have subcontractors that you have to rely on and they are not terribly reliable, it makes your service look bad.

They usually answer the phone very quickly and if I have a problem they listen to me and they usually try to resolve it. I've used the warranty a number of times. The last one was a plumbing issue that did not go so well, but it was resolved after after they sent out another plumber. The first one was not living up to expectations. The second one did everything that was needed to be done. I just appreciate having it. It gives me peace of mind.

People are out here pretty quickly. The only problem I've had is with my microwave. The people came out and said I needed a new part. That was like 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on the part. That's not Choice's fault, that's whoever's doing the providing, and that's the only problem I've ever had with them.

My freezer wasn't freezing. The guy came out and he checked the refrigerator out and he fixed it in a little hour and it's been running perfect ever since. I call them and they did a 360 turnaround. They got me set up with a contractor to come out and fix what I needed fixed and they were great fast.

They don't always return phone calls and keep in touch with what is going on. I've had to use my warranty quite quite a few times They're very slow to get things done, but they do get it done. If they have to buy your product out, you're not going to get enough to replace it. I like them. I kept them because they do come through. They've gone up on their prices several times as far as the service costs go and haven't notified me about it.

I place a claim and tried to change the time of the appointment that was given to me via Website. I was unable to reach the Ray’s Contract Service as they didn’t answer the phone, respond to voice mail, reply to email or Text message. I contacted Choice and they attempted to tell Ray’s to respond to me. They didn’t respond and then I was lucky enough to call and catch someone and was given an appointment which no one showed up for. The continued to contact Choice and again did not get a response from Ray’s. Finally they responded to Choice asking me for a time and date to send someone out after two weeks Eric came out an hour late to fix my garbage disposal. Eric was great and I don’t blame him because he doesn’t schedule the appointments. This is the second time I have had to deal with the Plumbing Company and that last time they made me wait 3 weeks after Choice approved the replacement of my Hot Water heater.

Anybody that does get Choice as a service contract, it's excellent because you have such a variety of other things that it does apply to: air conditioners, ceiling fans, and microwaves. Now today, the way the small appliances are, it doesn't even pay to get a service contract, but if you do have it, it's great.
