When you put in a claim they call you pretty fast to let you know who is going to be contacting you. When my refrigerator wasn’t working the first tech they sent out wasn’t sure if it was going to work and they ended up paying me out because it wasn’t worth ordering the part. It took them three weeks to pay me out. I was pleased that I got the pay out though I wasn’t pleased that they didn’t follow through with fixing it.

The premiums are right and the copays are good. I’ve been with them a couple of years and I’ve always been happy. I needed somebody out here to snake the drain and he was very nice and did a great job. All problems are fixed every time I call.

The one time I used the warranty it worked like I wanted it to work. I needed to have someone come out to clean the gutters so that the house did not flood. They got someone here within 2 days to take care of it before the rains came.

All the service people I’ve met are really nice, good people that seem to know what they are doing. They come prepared. Customer support is very responsive. I always get service scheduled within 48 hours. When I called about my air conditioning, somebody came the next day. I have been very happy with them so far.

They did a good job resolving the problem with the pool equipment. It was done quickly and satisfactorily. They are probably the best home warranty company I’ve had over the last twenty years. The portion I have to pay is significantly less then most other companies.

It's a great company. We had a previous home warranty company and they never got in touch with anybody and when I called to set up an appointment, I was on the phone for eight minutes. Choice home warranty got out kitchen sink fixed quickly. It was easy. I recommend them to everybody.

So far I’ve been happy. I can rely on my warranty and I am not worried about fees. I’ve had to use it more than I expected. I had light switches that weren’t functioning and somebody came out and replaced them. I also had an issue with the freezer that was resolved. When I call, somebody answers pretty quickly.

All is good. I’ve been pleased. Each time we’ve called, they’ve been very helpful. When it was very hot this summer, our air conditioning went out and they sent a person over. It took a couple of days because we has to get a whole new system but once it was hooked up, it was great. They did what they advertised.

There is always somebody to talk to in customer service if there is an issue. Most recently we had to use the warranty for our air conditioner. I called in the morning at like 10 o’clock and it was fixed by 3 that afternoon. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and do a great job. We’ve very satisfied.

They were really good at explaining how the warranty worked when I first signed up. They've followed through with what they said they'd do. Our furnace went out and after I called them they had someone out here the next day to take a look at it. They took a couple more days after that to order a part.

They cover most things, but not always things I think should be covered. For example, a leak in my roof wasn't covered under their warranty, and neither was a leakage problem from my sink. They are professional, calm, friendly, and polite when they get back to you. They always seem to want to help you with problems. I've received an excellent technician whose services were really good.

When we first signed with Choice, the monthly prices was low & the fee for a service visit was also very low. In our first year, they were accommodating & ended up replacing our garage door opener & our garbage disposal. They did refuse to fix our washing machine but the reasoning behind that decision was supported by the wording in our warranty so we understood. They raised both our monthly cost & service fee the second year but we decided to stay with them. That year, in August or September, our air conditioning went out. We live in Las Vegas & it was over 100 degrees every day. It took almost a month to get a new a/c unit & when we did, the unit cost us almost $2,000 out of pocket even with the warranty. During the process, they did not pay for a portable unit so that was a huge additional cost to us as it's not really possible to live in Vegas without some sort of a/c. All of that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was the horrendous communication from Choice. The did not communicate with us or the HVAC company working with us. They did not request info from either of us but when contacted by us as to what the status was, they would tell us they were waiting on info from us. We were given different time frames & different information every time we called. In the final 10 days, we were given 4 different final amounts we would need for the HVAC company at install, each increasing, beginning with $800 & finally landing at $1900+. We made several requests to speak to a manager & were never put in touch with one or contacted by one. We decided to cancel after this experience but that finally got their attention & they offered us 3 free months. We ended up staying with them after that horrible experience but have not needed to call for anything since then. They just raised the price again a couple of months ago & we have begun looking for a new warranty company.

They have been very responsive. Most recently our dryer broke and the offered us a certain amount of money to put to a new one since it could not be fixed. We were happy with what was provided. We are happy with the service of the vendors. The technicians diagnose the problems and everything is outlined.

It is very easy to fine a claim. I have never had an issues with something not being fixed. I had a an AC problem and they came out the next business day and had it fixed pretty quickly. I like that it is different companies that come out to work on issues and it is not one company. Availability for service is a lot higher.

The only thing I was disappointed with, which really isn’t about Choice Warranty, was the company they sent out said they would be here between eight and eleven and at noon they called me and said it would be between twelve and four and it wasn’t until five thirty that they came. Other than that when I sent Choice I needed something, within less than 24 hours I had a reply with an appointment set up to take care of it. They are prompt and the price is very reasonable. I do recommend them to friends.

The two times they were unable to fix the problems because the company was not making the part, they offered me an amount of money to replace the problem.

When I filed a claim for my AC unit, they took immediate action and were at my house within 24 hour. The service man even showed up early for the appointment and was done within 15 minutes. The only criticism I have with Choice Home Warranty is they send unsolicited advertisements.

Sixty dollars is ridiculous for a service call. It used to be forty five. It is the cheapest one out there. For everything other than plumbing issues, the technician is out within 24 hours but with plumbers it is 2 or 3 days.

We’ve had good luck with some of our service technicians but not with other. Generally they were very polite but the quality of the workmanship is not always top notch. Customer service is generally pretty responsive except they have a hard time getting vendors and contractors out in a timely manner. Overall it is useful to have a policy in place.

The money I paid was great but I have been told the prices have gone up. I don’t have trouble getting a repair for anything I put a request in for. It is easy for me to put a claim in online. In a couple of hours, I can see they have contacted someone to come out and do my repairs.

My issues were taken care of in a timely and courteous manner. I’ve used them on two occasions and they were very responsive. I had a plumbing issue, where three of my four bathrooms were not flushing properly and they sent out a plumber and he diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced all the toilets for a nominal service fee.

The experience we have had with choice has been good. It was quick and easy. We had to have the roof replaced because there was damage. I filed the claim and very fast after that, the sub contractor called to fix the problem. He did very professional, good work.
