The best home warranty service available. Customer support is pretty cordial and easy to get a response from when needed. The technician that was assigned to me when our AC went out was able to get the issues resolved with a two hour period. Everything I’ve had done by choice has been fine except one time a service was technician wasn’t great.

The few instances I’ve had to use the warranty, they have been extremely responsive. The last time it was because the garbage disposal wasn’t working and a tech was sent out within 24 hours and it was replaced within minutes. The technicians have been courteous and respectful.

Every time we’ve sed it, it has been fine. The couple of times they have done a pretty good job. The last time was for a plumbing problem. I went on the internet in the evening and the next morning they were there. It has paid for itself.

There are some things I don’t understand, like why they only offered five hundred dollars for a brand new oven that couldn’t be replaced. That was a bad experience but when I had the garage door opener repaired, that was a good experience. The guy got here pretty quick and knew what he was doing. The person that came out to look at the Air Conditioning was nice and explained things. He was helpful.

CHW loses a start because of not covering the 80 gallon capacity water heater tank (they stop at 75). 80 gallon water heater tanks are fairly mainstrea in single family homes nowadays, and knowing this "cap" may have led me to not signing up. This fact is something that also holds me back from an EXCELLENT on quality/value, and a 10 on the Recommendation scale.

It is a great company however I don't think the senior members of the company understand what the employees at the lower levels are doing. The company advertise they will help you replace or repair you system. That is a little deceptive. I recently lost my frig. Choice selected repairmen said it could not be repaired economically. Choice then offered to replace my Frig with an apartment style Frig and side they would only pay $200, I was responsible for the rest. I have a 3500 sq ft home and had a top of the line Frig in the home. Replacing it with an apartment Frig was an insult to me and should have been the same for your company. Scheduling an appoint normally take about 5 days. The company does not do emergencies. It appears if you train your customer service reps to provide upfront amounts they can pay to replace your items, this would add to the value of the company. Starting low and making the consumer haggle with them to get the best price is a poor business practice. It makes the company look as if they do not care for their customer. I should know as I have an MBA in business. Of course there are others that are worse, which is why I switched to Choice Home Warranty. My rating does reflect how easy it is to set up a repair request, that is probably one of the highlights of the company. Easy to use and prompt response (about 24 hrs). Fix your customer service rep who deal with the public during the replacement process and you will have a five star company..

Choice home warranty although automated eventually performs the deviate hand and the automation will take you to a second insured item and emails are sent to you immediately to inform you about your technician and all service time involved!

I moved into this home and the microwave didn't work. Choice sent out the appliance company that fixed the microwave. It only lasted one day. The appliance co came out several times before they said, that they fixed the microwave, but you should purchase a new one and install it. The door is the issue. Not sure if that even makes sense. I should have just used the $65 towards a new one up front. From this issue, I had to call about the wall plugs, and the electrician replaced all of the wall plugs, but never really answered my question. Why don't you just add more wattage to the box in the basement for this issue? Not sure of how I feel about Choice at the moment. I do know that a home warranty is needed.

I needed the kitchen faucet replaced, fluid master water pumps replaced in the commodes and components in the delta faucets to stop dripping. My service was professional and very polite. He came and assessed the repairs and setup appointment to do the work.

Easy to navigate and communicate with. However the quality of contractors they send are subpar. Scheduling is always an issue with them not showing up at the slotted time. We are currently over a month in trying to get our fridge and AC fixed. Parts needed to be ordered and now we can't get the repairmen to call us back.

Every time I file a claim they respond promptly. I have been satisfied with each claim. There is one exception. My washer went out and they chose to replace it . It would cost to much to much to repair which was fine . But it was going to take thirty days to send an e-card payment to Lowe’s before I could put toward a new washer.

Their customer service team is very responsive. I had one issue where the locks were changed on my house and I didn't realize that Choice would have covered the leaking of my new house when we moved it and wouldn't honor the receipt when I turned it in, so that was a bummer. On the other hand, my air conditioner wasn't working great so I called them and got an appointment immediately. They had it fixed within 2 days and now it works great! The technicians they send out are very good.

I chose Choice Home Warranty because I wanted my home covered if something bad happened. I've used them a couple times to get things replaced. Once I needed my stove replaced and they gave me an amount of money to replace it, but I wasn't satisfied with the amount offered. For the most part, the technicians are good but about 20% of them don't even try and don't know what they're doing.

Normally when I have a problem, it gets fixed quickly. I had to use my warranty when I had a plumbing issue. The guy came out and fixed it quickly. I like that there isn't a lot of back and forth because they just come right out and fix the issue, and give advice for any other issues that may occur.

I went with Choice because of their great pricing. Most of the time when you use their warranty it doesn't take long, but if it's something big like air conditioning repairs it could take a long time to get replaced or fixed. We had a problem with our garbage disposal, called Choice, and a guy came out a couple of days later with a new one to replace. Everyone they send to my house is very capable and do what they're supposed to.

I don't have any complaints about customer service. One time, we had a problem with our hot water heater and a serviceman came out and said it needed to be replaced. Choice agreed it needed to be replaced and said they'd give money to help replace it. I paid the service technician $450 to replace it, but Choice never reimbursed us. It's been 2 years and I complain to them about it, but never hear anything back from them. One nice thing about the company is that if they can't find a technician within 24 hours, they allow you to find one yourself.

Every time I call or send them a message, immediately I get a response. They are very nice and let me know what is going on. For example I recently was having problems with my toilet flushing and they were able to come an check on the issue and resolve it. Every time I’ve called, I am taken care of instantly. The techs are sent out within forty eight hours. When we had to have the locks rekeyed, the guy was very good. Everything was satisfactory. The first time we used it, it was completely unsatisfactory but the second time it was completely satisfactory. The first time, the jacuzzi was leaking and it took about a week to get a plumber out. He said he fixed it but he didn’t put any protective barrier down and it continued to leak into the ceiling. I was very unhappy. When I used them for the washing machine, it was much better.
