With our refrigerator and stove we got pretty good service except that the first technician refused to do the rest of the work until he was paid for past bills from other jobs but that was him when they called seers they came out right away and ordered the part and it got fixed the stove get fixed when they got the part in the only problem my head was my septic tank they couldn’t find someone to pump it for me

Very pleasantly surprised by the recent experience with Choice. Plumber was prompt, and did an excellent job in fixing my leaky toilet. Previous experiences with A/C repairs have not gone as good. Having to pay a service call just to find out Choice doesn't cover a part needed for the unit does not sit well. Other A/C problems have experienced similar poor Choice responses.

Because there was an issue with a leak in my attic. I thought it was the air conditioner and I had it check out by a Choice Tech. He stated it was my clue pipe and he would be back the next day with a ladder to fix x it. A day later a received an email from choice stating they didn’t repair what was not probably installed and i needed to contact a roofer. I contacted a roofing company they came out and stated that the leak was not from the roof that it was from the air conditioner.

They have a timely response and they provide you with alternative options for your providers which I think is just fantastic. My dishwasher went out and choice home warranty technicians came out they looked at it and then decided it it was best to replace the dishwasher and they do give a fair price for the replacement.

I am not handy so I was looking for somebody to do things I can't do. I have had to use it a couple of times and we've gotten great responses. I do find the salespeople who call you to be extremely inappropriate. They are very pushy.

My microwave had an issue and as soon as I put in the actual claim, by the end of the day the a technician was set up to come out the following day to take care of it. I never had a good experience with home warranty before but with choice it has been a really good experience. They respond within 2 days. Out dishwasher died two days before Christmas and the guy came out on Christmas Eve. We had to have it replaced and we got a check within a week. The people they use are excellent.

The best valued plan. They get a technician here as fast as possible. It is worth every penny I pay because they get project running for forty five dollars and it would have been more like five hundred dollars with the parts and stuff. The technicians are qualified. Choice home warranty knows that they have the upper hand when making a claim just like all insurance companies do they are notorious for treating contractors terribly usually with misinformation or disinformation and make the contractor wait for them to make a decision while on the job before they can do the work this is on satisfactory behavior and it's the biggest drawback to using choice home warranty choice home warranty has always paid my claims and have generally been responsive

Service is/was great! Sears appliance and Sears could make a Svc call in 30 days. Choice was here in about 3/4 days and fixed the problem. However, I’m NOT happy with their sales department. Not knowing when my policy would renew I called and ask. The man told me it would renew in October and then talk to me about updating my plan. I thanked him and said I would call back in October. The next morning I found that he had charged me $450 which I had not authorized clearly. I called several times and got the runaround between different departments. After three days someone from billing. Listen to my story reviewed the tape of the phone call and then refunded the charge. So my problem was sales is a hard sell place don’t like that and when you call and they are busy they put you on a next available call back and after two days they never called back.

They were here and assessed the ceiling fan's problem. It needed a switch replacement. They were back within an hour and fixed my ceiling fan and was on their way.

You guys have good advertising. I was looking into a different company when their ad popped up. The service is fine. When I use the warranty, you are very responsive.
