From customer service to the technicians and even management, I feel I’ve gotten excellent service. There is quick turn around and the jobs get done professionally. You don’t have to worry about repercussions as far as if something gets broken again. I wouldn’t go with any other service.

It's a good company to go with. I have recommended to several people. It’s not the absolute best customer service but it has worked out for me and for the most part everything has gone smoothly. I had an issue with my stove and the repair man actually ended up causing more damage to it. I had issue getting it replaced but eventually the decided to give me a few hundred bucks. I had used them before for my AC and the company they sent for that was phenomenal. Most things the service has been fairly decent and they stand behind things.

Choice Home Warranty gave me a really good deal that is a good value. Whenever I have an issue, they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve it. I needed to use my warranty because there was a clog in the kids’ bathroom and they came out and fixed it no problem the next day. I was very pleased. They were very professional.

They’re fabulous. We’ve used the warranty several times, one time for our dishwasher and another for our garbage disposal. They were able to fix it both times because they people knew what they were doing and did a good job. They are able to find people quickly too.

Whenever I call them and tell them I have a problem, they get back to me within 15 minutes ready to schedule somebody to come out and take care of my needs. The payments are reasonable and the company is trustworthy. It’s a great service.

Cost effective and so far they’ve done a really good job. When you put in a claim, they respond within an hour or two with a contractor. The people that come are qualified and certified. It’s affordable, not much to spend every month, and when a repair man comes out you pay a minimal fee.

They’ve covered a lot of the general problems we’ve had over the years. Recently my dryer stopped heating and Choice Home Warranty got a technician out the next day and he repaired the problem. Every time I call, my problem is resolved.

i am disappointed in the misrepresentation of if we can not fix it we will replace it when in actually it is if we can not fix it we will give you what is would cost to get the same item which in my case is not possible since it is no longer made. and does not include delivery and instillation.. But with that being said it is better than the sears protection plan.

They react to any issues I have quickly. The last time, the guy came out and the unit failed less than two week later so they sent another guy and he showed me what was wrong and fixed it and it is still working. They have been prompt and professional when we have used them.

My friend recommend Choice to me. I had to use them for my microwave and my pool pump and my water heater. They respond quickly. I’ve never had to call them back again. The water heater guy wasn’t good so I had to hire someone else but he didn’t charge me.

I have had many experiences with them. The first time I needed my warranty was three days after I moved into my home when the washing machine was broken. The first person they sent me was very bad and as soon as I informed them, they took care of it and set an individual up to help me. Since then they have sent very efficient people. It is worth the money you pay out each month.

I used to have American Home Shield and I needed to try someone else and I picked choice when my other contract ran out. The customer service is really good. They always keep me notified and only when I called about my ceiling fan did it take a bit longer. Since covered, things are more online.

Every time I have an issue, they take care of it. Recently my fridge went out and told them what was going on and the next day they had a guy out. I had another issue three months ago with it so they didn’t charge me this time because the first guy charged me and it was fixed within a week.

It is very convenient to be able to contact CHW for all issues instead of having to find a resolution on your own. Normally the service call is actioned very quickly. My only concern is that many of the companies that come out for service calls are very difficult to research. It's very difficult to find any information on them, and they arrive in unmarked vehicles and no type of uniform, so I'm left wondering, " Is this company qualified to perform the work?"

Resolved problem to our satisfaction. We've had our home warranty for year and generally never had to use it, but this was the year for breakdowns. A/C luckily was just a fuse and dryer was unreliable, but given credit to replace, so overall very satisfied.

I’m a real estate agent, I only refer Choice Home Warranty, I’ve probably set up about 20 different policies. It is easy to request someone to come out and help when something is wrong. I had a terrible experience but that was not Choice’s fault. It was the contractor but they should put in a system so they know not to refer a vendor to your house again. Other than that everything has been fantastic. The call center is frank so I know I can count on them to explain the policy.

Our dishwasher was having dishes fall through and the motor was not cleaning dishes and a fellow came out and evaluated it. They decided to replace so we ended up with a new dishwasher, which is wonderful. They reimbursed towards buying the new one. Everybody that has worked for us, has been excellent, with the exception of one who didn’t complete the work and charged us out of pocket. Choice said we should not have done that, we didn’t know that wasn’t the policy, so we are waiting to resolve the problem to get reimbursed.

The one complaint I have with choice home warranty is I asked for a official build from the contractor on my most recent repair and I never got a return call back. I submitted an email to choice with the same information but never heard anything back. I have let it got at this point but it was disheartening for me to find out the scope of work that was completed by the contractor. I’ve used my warranty at least three occasions since we purchased our condo and I have been impressed that they do get back to you in a reasonable amount of time, within a 12 hour period.

Each time I’ve called, they’ve sent somebody to fix the problem and I don’t have to pay a big repair bill, I just pay $45, other companies are $75 to $85. I thought the water heater should have been covered but it isn’t. I just told my other friend about it.

The only downside is the appeal process can be a bit of a mess but they cover a lot of things other home insurance companies do not. They are usually pretty clear about what is covered and what is not but they don’t always understand what they problem is so it the appeal process can be slow. They’re really good. I appreciate the things they do. I have three service men coming over tomorrow.
