If i could give 0 Stars i would. I've filed 2 claims with CHW in the past week or so. Both have been denied. Even the claim that fits their definition of "Included". It's ridiculous how much of a rip off this warranty company is. I've already reached out to the news outlets to seek justice. They want you to choose them with false hope that you would be covered in case of an emergency but CHW will find Section this and Article that loop wholes to keep them from paying. I'm done with them. Shame is all the companies will probably be just the same. Money making business not customer satisfaction.

The company is dishonest. I have filed 2 claims the whole time, and they deny everything, and make you go through appeal. This is the most dishonest company. I went back to my other home warranty company they cost 130 more a year but worth every penny American Home shield is legit where as Choice Home Warranty is completely dishonest. Please don’t be fooled by them go with the better company. I don’t want people to go through what I have gone through with them. The customer service area is very unprofessional, and when it came to refunding me part of my plan they made me wait for 30 Days.
