In a recent review of the claim, when you called the claim in you informed us that you needed an appliance technician to come to your home for your washer. Once the appliance technician arrived to your home they advised us that you did not need an appliance technician you needed a plumber hence the paying of the 2 service call fees. I'm happy to see that the issue you were having with your system has been resolved to your satisfaction .
