Certain hours you can't get a hold of them. I don't think they have enough customer representatives. I had to make a lot of calls due to issues with the home warranty and when I did get in touch with them it was like they were trying to pass me off to someone else at a higher level, which they never could, in order to resolve my problem.

Choice is horrible and difficult to work with. Horrible techs who are unresponsive and show now sense of urgency. 10/10 do not recommend choice as they are known to be one of the worse home warranty companies.

I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone. It was purchased be the seller when I bought the property. To pay $75.00 to have someone come to tell you what you need to do is not my idea of how a warranty works.
