6 weeks to get my repair done? The day of the repair you had scheduled the technician to arrive between 11 and 3 and he arrived at 7:15. Had to pay the service fee and for two light switches not covered. Very disappointing .

Poor customer service. No concern for long delays in receiving repairs. Basic parts not covered under warranty. (Stove knobs not covered, like driving an automobile without steering wheel)
