They are a scam. I purchased 2 warranty policies for main house and townhouse. And have had numerous issues with claims. They will bandage fix an issue but will not pay out a claim if the equipment needs to be replaced.

paid extra for coverage of sump/jet pump,the unit failed,they rejected my claim,i then tried to remove the extra coverage,and get reimbursed,they won't do that.when my policy expires i will not be renewing.
