I am currently having a bad experience with getting help with my 2020, $900.00 dishwasher. The serviceman stayed for 10 minutes and didn't really look at it. Claimed I needed a new one. The case manager said he could only offer 250, then raised it to 350. When I asked for a supervisor, he said there wasn't anyone I could speak with higher than him. He also claimed he couldn't cancel my policy for me. I called the customer service line afterwards and the lady said he could have canceled my policy. I was told a different manager would call me within 24 hrs. Still waiting two days later.
