I have an open claim for dryer repair Parts can no longer be ordered. I have waited over 90 days and keep getting the same response from Choice Warranty. Was informed today claim closed because Sears can't secure parts. I had to call CW they didn't follow up and call me. I pay over $60.00 a month for this service with no results I would like some type of reimbursement toward a new dryer for the inconvenience of waiting over 90 days. CW Should stand behind what they sell a good home warranty I have been a customer for a few years I'm very dissatisfied with the service I have received.

Forced to answer this question with a definitive date"When was the last time the item was working properly?" while this can be answered a majority of the time items that are seasonal(like a/c) or occasional like a frig that doesn't have visible or detectable failure cannot be answered accurately. Secondly people who are answering phones on a claim do not speak clear ENGLISH!!!
