I've never been more disappointed with anything I've gotten before. They took the original claim. It's been six weeks. They have screwed around with it for six weeks. They've made two visits. They have said they've shipped parts twice, which they've shipped the wrong parts to the contractor both times. This is an air conditioning claim in 100 degree heat, and we've had no air conditioning for six weeks while they screw around with the order.

I've had a positive experience with the specialists; they're patient and overall great people. However, I found their response time a bit slow at times. Despite that, I believe choosing this company was a great decision. They've been helpful, although I've faced delays when using the warranty for my air conditioner.
