I like that they are available 24/7 . I don’t like they say they will repair or replace any appliance that breaks but they have so much of parts to appliances that they don’t cover.

At first I loved Choice. Then as I started making claims when things broke they always seemed to find some obscure claim as to why it wasn’t covered. This isn’t what the said when they were selling the policies.

Hot water heater broken no hot water and it will take a week to fix. Not very happy with how getting things fixed go. Quick to get your money but not to fix things. Horrible service

We just bought our house on 2/16. Everything was working. On Saturday 4/30 I noticed that our hot water tank was leaking at the bottom. You all denied the claim. I thought it would have been covered.

I feel Choice continues to fall short of meeting their contract. I have had to replace a dryer which cost $400 over what choice offered and refrigerator that cost over $1000 over Choice's offered.
