paid extra for coverage of sump/jet pump,the unit failed,they rejected my claim,i then tried to remove the extra coverage,and get reimbursed,they won't do that.when my policy expires i will not be renewing.

When I signed up for the warranty your representative told me after I specifically asked him if A/C and Heating units were covered and he said if they couldn't repair them, they would replace them which is untrue.
