Any concerns I have they answer. I don't have any complaints with the customer service desk. I had a problem with the outlets in my rental property. That same day they got back to me and the next day he fixed the problem. So it's pretty quick prompt response.

My air conditioner was making a lot of noise. I called in to Choice and I put in a complaint. The very next day a technician came to check out the air conditioner and they found that the motor had blown out. He was back the following Tuesday and they repaired the conditioner.

Last year I needed to use my warranty because my air conditioner wasn't running correctly. They sent out some buy and I don't even know that he really paid attention to what I was saying. Because it was towards the end of the summer I didn't worry about it too much but I paid sixty dollars basically for nothing becasue the guy did nothing. And next time I called again, same issue, the guy that came out this time actually listed to me and I explained to him what was going on and he said we needed to replace the fan.

I've had reliable and speedy service. Most recently our freezer and garage went out and we really needed it fixed quickly. I hopped online, I submitted a claim. They emailed me back probably within a couple of hours and said that somebody was going to be there the next day. Somebody was there within two days and within a week it was repaired for the sixty dollar fee. So it's awesome.

Customer service is very patient. The first experience, they couldn't find a contractor so it was delayed a couple days but after the first two years, they always come and get contractors to be on the job so the turnaround is much better than before.

It's a little frustrating sometimes with trying to get through the extensive menus on the phone. It seems to be pretty standard with most organizations, but it just takes a long time sometimes to get through to talk to the person. Usually within the next day after I called in for a service, they respond with a service technician in the area. Sometimes these service technicians take a little long to get out to you.

Any time I have ever had to call, they returned the call right away. I didn't have to call back or wait, it was like right away they paid attention to what I needed. If they can't fix an appliance then you get a new one. Ther prices are fiar, the workers they send out to do the job have been really professional.

Last week I had a garbage disposal go bad. They set up a contractor for me, which was about a week out. Contractor showed up and replaced it without question. Customer support is very responsive. It usually doesn't take very long after I submitted a request to get a response with a contractor already notified.

The first time I had someone come out and they didn't fix it right. I don't use it that often so when I did use it, it was like thirty-five days after this guy came down and fix it so I had to call and have to come back out. Of course it was thirty days after so I had to pay forty-five dollars again.That's the only argument I have. But overall I'm very pleasd with Choice. I'm pleased with the value I get.

Sure recently I had a water heater issue it took awhile to kind of get to the bottom of what was going on but what we did in the matter was resolved and In a pretty timely manner again it took a little bit of back and forth because I couldn't quite identify the issue but once it was done and the issue was resolved.

I had a problem about three weeks ago. I had a leaky faucet in the master bathroom. Every plumber I called, nobody was available. I called choice and they had somebody here within three hours and they fixed it. They get somebody here as quickly as possible.

If they deem the item needs to be replaced, they do not give you the replacement amount. They only give you a fraction of what the item is worth, e.g. my dishwasher: they gave me $300.00. You cannot buy a new dishwasher for that amount.

I had a leak in the kitchen sink and I called Choice Warranty and a couple of days later they sent a technician over and it's under warranty so I called the faucet company and they shipped one to the house and then your technician came back and installed it. I was very happy with the response when I called and needed service.

I thought that I had bought the extended warranty for the roof and everything. I found out later that I didn't and then they wouldn't let me purchase until my year's up. My dryer quit working. They sent somebody out in the next day and they fixed it and that's great. They're very nice.

They call and check on us while waiting for service and make sure we were taken care of. We've used it several times. The central air and heat unit had a problem. My garage door opener motor quit working and so I called and they sent a guy out. He ordered parts , the parts didn't fix it, so then they replaced it with a brand new one. When we file a claim, within an hour or two we have a fendor fixing us to a schedule for a repair.

Customer service was very helpful and pleasant and no trouble with their responses at all. The last claim was our kitchen range. One of the burners wasn't working and the oven seemed to have a short in it and somebody came in the very same day back just a couple hours later and fix it no problem.

My air conditioner was making really loud grinding noises and I noticed that my utility bill had been going up so I called them and they sent somebody out and that was the end of the problem. I just recently had a furnace problem so I called in and put in the claim. The contractor who did the work contacted me almost immediately. I was amazed at how fast they responded and came in and diagnosed the problem. I had to wait a couple days to get the necessary part and fix the problem. It was a good experience.

Any time I've had an issue, I've called them and they set it up and somebody always comes out. Most recently my dryer went out so they sent out an appliance person. The only issue is the appliance person couldn't fix it because it was an electrical issue. So I had to pay for two payments for the appliance guy and the electrician guy. But it was taken care of.

They always have someone to answer the call. They get workman expeditiously. I needed to get my washing machine repaired. I called it in and the next day they had someone here at the home. They had to order parts and the parts came in when they said. They came out and finished making the repair.

They've already always been very prompt and anything we needed to have corrected in our appliances or fixed or replaced or anything so we've had in a long time and I've been very happy with them. Just recently, our oven went out and we called Choice Home Warranty and they are sending us a check to replace the cost of a new electric oven.

I'm able to get service quick--as quick as I could call somebody--and the follow through is always good. Usually come out to fix it like this last time the tech had to order a fan motor weight. He was able to pick one up locally and had it back to me that afternoon. Pretty good service record for me.

I used it today. For some reason my heating utin went out and I got a quick reply, very courteous, and it works for me. Customer service is great, very professional and caring. The guy who came out to service me was very knowledgeable and he knew exactly what was going on within five or ten minutes and he took care of it immediately.

There are multiple ways to schedule appointments and phone or email confirmations are good, they work really well. I had a leaking refrigerator that the water would not work and they sent out a technician. It took him a couple of visits but he got it fixed for me and it's working fine now.

The first one was when the garbage disposal stopped working and I called and they sent somebody out the next day and they fixed it real fast. We had a little trouble with the first electric company they sent out but eventually they got the right people and got the job done and everything works perfect so they were good about sending someone else when the first service people didn't work out.

WE've had really good luck with this. As soon as we call, someone takes care of us and they send one out in a reasonable length of time. One time our microwave quit working and it was the latch on the door. The gentleman came and fixed it in like five meniutes.

They've always gotten back to me. As far actually covering things, it doesn't always do that. My latest claim was on a microwave built-in and the digital display was going out and they did send someone out. They said they couldn't replace it. The cost is going to be more than the microwave. They made me an offer that I already knew I couldn't replace the microwave for so I denied that. I did work with someone who was able to get me a little more, still not as much as I think it's going to cost to replace the microwave but I'mjust waiting for that check. It would have been nice if the check could come faster, I haven't seen it yet.

We signed up for Choice Home Warranty when my father-in-law lived with us. We had such a great experience, I renewed for another five years. Whenever I placed a service request, Choice Warranty was responsive that very day getting it scheduled for service. If they could not fix, a replacement offer was made.

They're not always super fast at responding but most of the time they are. Once when I used it, my double oven wouldn't work. What happened was that the part is no longer available and they chose to replace the item but instead of giving me enough money to replace it, they gave me just a partial amount of money so I had to take a lesser item than what I originally had.
