Didn't like that I can't get refund of my $75 service fee when I selected the company needed to service my septic system as it was an emergency situation needing to be addressed immediately. First James fixed the fryer knob so it would work while the part came in. Said he would order the part and call me when it should arrive. A week later I call him and he said he is waiting for the part to come in. Another week goes by and I call him and he said it arrived and would call with a time to come out. Later that week I get a notice of two days he would be available. He did come out and fixed my dryer! I cad to call him because he never responded to text messages till the end!
