I had an issue finding a contractor in the area, and their customer service team wasn't very helpful about that. Once I needed my air conditioner fixed and they couldn't find anyone and left it up to me to find someone to fix it. I had to replace my washer and they first offered me $250 to help cover the cost, which wouldn't cover it. Eventually they gave me a sufficient amount of money to buy one.

A friend recommended I use Choice Home Warranty and I've only had to use them once. My claim was very well handled and they provided prompt service. They sent a very professional company out to take care of my problem within a matter of 12 hours that they took my first phone call.

Choice was cheaper than the previous company I had, and I haven't had any problems with them since switching companies. Overall it's been a very positive experience. Our stove went out and they offered to replace it. They always get good people to come out and I haven't had any problems with having to pay them.

I went with Choice because they were inexpensive and provide excellent service. I get the support I require from them and I haven't had any problems with their service. I wish that I got the same technician for each service, but they send out different people from other companies each time.

I went with Choice Home Warranty because they had a great deal. Everyone I work with has been very professional. I submitted a claim when my oven locked in the open position and they sent someone to fix it quickly. The technician was able to fix it within 20 minutes!

Every time a technician comes out to fix something, they come on time. Because of COVID, I have to wait a few more days for someone to come but they are very pleasing people. They are a very friendly company and always try to call you back when you have questions.

I wasn't happy with my previous home warranty company, so I went with Choice. I've had two claims with them so far and they've been very responsive. I've had good luck with all the repairs with no problems. Their service calls are very reasonable and I feel like I'm getting quality repairs.

I like that I can contact Choice's customer service through email or phone and they are always very professional. When I needed my furnace fixed, they sent someone out right away. It's nice to have someone else finding servicemen for you so you don't have to.

Choice Home Warranty's customer service team always answers the phone quickly. They get back to me right away. Once when my air conditioning went out, I called in and got a ticket. They called me back within a day or two and had someone out the next day to fix it without any issues.

So far, everything has gone well except for one thing - I thought my water softener was covered but it isn't. I wish they would go through everything that's covered with you before signing up. The servicemen that come out are always very knowledgeable and polite.

I like that it gives me peace of mind. I’ve called them twice and both times, they responded immediately. The first time was for the stove and dishwasher and the second time it was for the air conditioner. The guy for the ac didn’t return in a timely manner but when I called them he was came out within twenty four hours. I am happy with it though it is a lot of money if you don’t use it.

I think they are very trustworthy. I think it is very good to have something that is not expensive. When I had a problem with the heat pump, I called and they got a climate control person out here the next day who went over the whole system. I was extremely pleased that they picked someone who knew their business.

Excluding one vendor, I’ve been very satisfies with the people they’ve sent and developed a relationship with them over time. I’ve had good experiences with their customer service and two instances when I did not receive good customer support. One was this last summer when a vendor came to my house and there was an issue and I called to get another person sent out and they would not. It would be nice if it were clearer what was covered and not covered.

It's a good deal and they are very prompt to answer when I put in my claim. They select good people to do the work. A couple of months ago my dryer broke and the technician came out within two days. It took him a while to get the part but that wasn’t choice’s fault and I was still very happy that it was fixed.

Quick service that is pretty easy to get scheduled. They are very responsive and quick to action. I’ve used it twice for heating and air. The first contractor didn’t do much but the second did a very thorough inspection and found some loose wires to fix.

Even with the pandemic they are trying to help. When they can’t find local contractors immediately, they are very helpful and try calling contractors for the work. They get things done as quickly as possible. I haven’t had much trouble anytime I put in a request. I get the correct people on time. The price is good and the service is good.

I’m pretty satisfied with Choice Home Warranty. I think I made the right decisions to sign up for another year and a half. I needed it for my water heater. I thought it had gone out but it turned out all I needed was a temperature adjustment. They were really helpful. They cover a lot of appliances.

So far it’s been really good. I don’t have any problems. Sometimes you have to jump through some hoops a few times but my last two claims for my garbage disposal and garage door opener were super easy. Usually they respond within twenty four hours. Overall it’s been a good thing to get.

We’ve used the warranty three times and the people that were sent out have been very good and very friendly and very knowledgeable. The problem is always taken care of. We’ve had a couple of delays but that wasn’t their fault. It was nothing out of the ordinary.

I saw Choice advertised on a Christian television station so I thought it would be good thing because it was a Christian station so it must be legit. I’ve only had one bad experience. The people on the phone are great but the person who was supposed to come out to fix something didn’t fix it. When I complained they did send someone else out who did fix it. I didn’t have to pay an extra seventy five dollars.

Even when disputing an evaluation, they are willing to listen to me and adjust things in my favor. They seem very reputable ad fair in evaluations of items that need to be replaced. Anytime I need anything, they always respond. I’ve had several claims. A recent one was the garage door opener. The service guy replaced it the same day.

It used to be a seventy five dollar fee but they increased it ten dollars which I don’t like but other than everything has been resolved. They have outstanding customer service. My problems are fixed within 24 hours when I submit a claim.

I had another company and they were not working out because they were awful. Choice, in my experience has been responsive. They have helped quickly getting me someone to do the repair for our AC which was a good thing because it was a warm time in Houston Texas. It was a very nice experience.

Every time I’ve called they give me an appointment either that day or the next day. They’re quick. You can reschedule if you have to. I used it today. I called at ten or eleven. And they came right out. The guy was on time. So far the work I’ve had done is quality.

I have had to call several times on one issue as the service approval number wouldn't work, it delayed the electrician being able to start, and I was paying out of pocket, promised to be reimbursed. I ended up paying for 2 hrs of service call because of choice home warranty mess ups. I then was only reimburseda small amtfor work performed. I also have been told to find my own service repair and they would reimburse. Takes awhile to see any reimbursement.

The one time I used the warranty it worked like I wanted it to work. I needed to have someone come out to clean the gutters so that the house did not flood. They got someone here within 2 days to take care of it before the rains came.

The premiums are right and the copays are good. I’ve been with them a couple of years and I’ve always been happy. I needed somebody out here to snake the drain and he was very nice and did a great job. All problems are fixed every time I call.

When you put in a claim they call you pretty fast to let you know who is going to be contacting you. When my refrigerator wasn’t working the first tech they sent out wasn’t sure if it was going to work and they ended up paying me out because it wasn’t worth ordering the part. It took them three weeks to pay me out. I was pleased that I got the pay out though I wasn’t pleased that they didn’t follow through with fixing it.

All is good. I’ve been pleased. Each time we’ve called, they’ve been very helpful. When it was very hot this summer, our air conditioning went out and they sent a person over. It took a couple of days because we has to get a whole new system but once it was hooked up, it was great. They did what they advertised.

There is always somebody to talk to in customer service if there is an issue. Most recently we had to use the warranty for our air conditioner. So far I’ve been happy. I can rely on my warranty and I am not worried about fees. I’ve had to use it more than I expected. I had light switches that weren’t functioning and somebody came out and replaced them. I also had an issue with the freezer that was resolved. When I call, somebody answers pretty quickly.

They cover most things, but not always things I think should be covered. For example, a leak in my roof wasn't covered under their warranty, and neither was a leakage problem from my sink. They are professional, calm, friendly, and polite when they get back to you. They always seem to want to help you with problems. I've received an excellent technician whose services were really good.
