I am very disappointed in how long v it is taking to get my dishwaser back operating. I am an 86 yr old widow and am really missing my dishwasher as I cannot stand long at a time to wash my dishes. My technician is very professional, but is having to wait on parts for my dishwasher. It is old and parts are not always available. There was also a fire in back part of this appliance plus water pump stopped and I really would feel safer with a new one. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Usually the person who I talk to can answer my questions and if no, he or she will refer me to the person who can. Since we so far have not had a claim, I cannot comment on their claim handling. I heard about the company a while ago so I decided to give them a try and it was the best decision I could've made. I put in a claim for my ice maker and they sent out a person to access what was wrong, which i found out it needed to be replaced. It was ordered and replaced within 10 days, I would consider that being fast service in my book.

It took a couple of visits to fix the problem with my refrigerator because two different parts needed to be changed out. I only had to pay the first $75 and all the work is complete and working good. The technician was very good. He did the work didn’t leave a mess. It was very nice.

I have been a customer with Choice Home Warranty for a year. I have submitted two claims, one of them on my HVAC, and I live in a rural area and for whatever reason, what I was told when I chose choice to be my warranty company was not upheld and true. They had a hard time and could not find an HVAC repairman to come and work on my system now on the other hand, I had a problem with my freezer downstairs in my basement and the very next day after submitting the work request, I had a very good contractor show up at my house and fixed the problem. Motherfucker, get fucking so I would say that at this point we are running a 50% chance on whether I get a contractor technician to show up for a problem within my house
