Easy to navigate and communicate with. However the quality of contractors they send are subpar. Scheduling is always an issue with them not showing up at the slotted time. We are currently over a month in trying to get our fridge and AC fixed. Parts needed to be ordered and now we can't get the repairmen to call us back.

When I called and made our claim on our Air conditioner they were right on it finding a company to do the repair. Within a few days our air conditioner was up and running. It would have been sooner but we had to arrange a time to be off work. I have recommended choice home warranty to others.

Every time I file a claim they respond promptly. I have been satisfied with each claim. There is one exception. My washer went out and they chose to replace it . It would cost to much to much to repair which was fine . But it was going to take thirty days to send an e-card payment to Lowe‚Äôs before I could put toward a new washer.

Their customer service team is very responsive. I had one issue where the locks were changed on my house and I didn't realize that Choice would have covered the leaking of my new house when we moved it and wouldn't honor the receipt when I turned it in, so that was a bummer. On the other hand, my air conditioner wasn't working great so I called them and got an appointment immediately. They had it fixed within 2 days and now it works great! The technicians they send out are very good.

Every time I put in a claim for a repair I get good results. Customer care people are good to you and you can do everything online which is convenient. When my microwave and the pump in my pool stopped working, they came and fixed it immediately. Overall, they are a great company.

We have only had one issue that needed to be covered under their warranty and it was resolved pretty quickly. The AC was low and a tech came out to check it out. The whole issue was resolved in a day or two. I have no complaints with Choice because they handle things very quickly.

I chose Choice Home Warranty because I wanted my home covered if something bad happened. I've used them a couple times to get things replaced. Once I needed my stove replaced and they gave me an amount of money to replace it, but I wasn't satisfied with the amount offered. For the most part, the technicians are good but about 20% of them don't even try and don't know what they're doing.

Normally when I have a problem, it gets fixed quickly. I had to use my warranty when I had a plumbing issue. The guy came out and fixed it quickly. I like that there isn't a lot of back and forth because they just come right out and fix the issue, and give advice for any other issues that may occur.

I don't have any complaints about customer service. One time, we had a problem with our hot water heater and a serviceman came out and said it needed to be replaced. Choice agreed it needed to be replaced and said they'd give money to help replace it. I paid the service technician $450 to replace it, but Choice never reimbursed us. It's been 2 years and I complain to them about it, but never hear anything back from them. One nice thing about the company is that if they can't find a technician within 24 hours, they allow you to find one yourself.

I went with Choice because of their great pricing. Most of the time when you use their warranty it doesn't take long, but if it's something big like air conditioning repairs it could take a long time to get replaced or fixed. We had a problem with our garbage disposal, called Choice, and a guy came out a couple of days later with a new one to replace. Everyone they send to my house is very capable and do what they're supposed to.

So far they have done everything that they said they would do. They have lived up to their warranty. We haven’t had any issues. When we had someone come look at our dryer, our stove had stopped working the same day and he was able to look at that too and we are in the process of it getting replaced.

Every time I call or send them a message, immediately I get a response. They are very nice and let me know what is going on. For example I recently was having problems with my toilet flushing and they were able to come an check on the issue and resolve it. Sometimes the person they send is not professional and it doesn’t make sense to pay the eighty five dollars.

Every time I’ve called, I am taken care of instantly. The techs are sent out within forty eight hours. When we had to have the locks rekeyed, the guy was very good. Everything was satisfactory. With the refrigerator, the guy was very knowledgeable but he did leave the job undone but what he did was correct and the next day it started working.

The first time we used it, it was completely unsatisfactory but the second time it was completely satisfactory. The first time, the jacuzzi was leaking and it took about a week to get a plumber out. He said he fixed it but he didn’t put any protective barrier down and it continued to leak into the ceiling. I was very unhappy. When I used them for the washing machine, it was much better.

I have two homes covered with choice home warranty because I was so happy with the first. One thing I think they should be better at sharing is that they determine the value of the appliance based on the age so if the appliance is older, you will not get the full value. Overall I am still satisfied. The service was prompt and completed as expected.

We’ve used it quite a bit over the years. We have extended it in our rental home. Sometimes it may take a day or two before someone can get out here but they always get someone and it has been reliable and on time. Generally they do a good job. The people they have sent ot have been cordial and very helpful. We have been happy with it. The price is reasonable. We save a bit of money.

The technicians are the greatest and if I called him up and told them look you know I wasn't too happy they would send someone else so they're actually very fair.
