They are always available and they always answer all my questions and all the people seem pretty knowledgeable. I just recently used the warranty for a pool pump. I did have some out of pocket expenses but it was replaced. Our technicians that have come out have been really knowledgeable and helpful in the services they provided.

I think it was a month ago and the toilet was backing up. It was a flip house so there was an issue. We contacted Choice and they contacted the plumber. The plumber was great. They came out very quickly. The fine print of the warranty doesn't cover even the deductible. The deductible was $60 and it costed us $180 in the end.

I've only had one issue. They just took two to three days to come out and it was high priority but I thought they told me within a day or two that we would have somebody out there but it wasn't a day or two. The vendor that did come out was very professional and did a great job and was pretty quick about the garbage disposal.

The response is very quick and when they are not able to find someone to come out, they allowed me to find someone. It worked out pretty well. I had a plumbing blockage and they contacted a plumber. The plumber was here the next day and resolved the problem.

Every time I call Choice Home Warranty, they seem to get the ball rolling by getting what I need to repair and within a couple of hours an appointment has been set up. My garbage disposal stopped working and I called and they came within the next day and replaced it that day and everything was great.

Regardless of my problem, they manage to get a call. A few years back, my oven wasn't working and they sent out a repair man and he did his best but it just would not start and they gave us a thousand dollars to replace it. The amount of coverage that they offer compared to the price is what made me choose Choice Home Warranty.

The people who do the air conditioning are the best people I've had with choice. Also when my washer broke, I called on a Sunday and they came on a Tuesday and looked at it and said they would need to order a part but in the meantime he fixed it so I could still use it until the part came. Sometimes I do have bad experiences, I had one terrible one with a person they contract with, had a lot of problems with that one.

It used to be really consistent but lately they send out subpar vendors. We've gotten people that were completely unqualified and lied about the service they would provide which led to multiple visits leaving out items more damaged than they needed to be. Our kitchen sink was draining slowly so we contacted choice and they sent out a service provider who shoed up the house with no tools because he claimed his truck had been in an accident. He attempted to open the main plumbing with a hand wrench and then demanded he forty five dollars and then submitted to choice that he had snaked our drains which was false. We ended up having to pay five hundred dollars out of pocket to fix our own sink.

The garage door motor jammed and spring came loose, it was a mess, and I called and got very quick service and the next morning, it was taken care of. They've done everything any time I've had a claim or anything. They've been really good getting things resolved. For one thing, out furnace quit operating and I tried everything and finally we were able to get a hold of somebody to come out and fix it. We've used them a couple of times. It works just the way they advertise with no hassle.

The companies they subcontract with leave a lot to be desired at times but they are quick and efficient and know what they are doing on their end. To be nitpicky there are times when you call about something and they will not cover it if it even questionable that something may have caused the issue.

Sometimes difficult to get reputable companies to service you. I have used them for a broken washer which they deemed too costly to fix so gave me money towards a new one; had to escalate the amount as I went to Lowes and Home Depot and I could not get a new machine even a basic one for the amount they wanted to give me. They increased the amount for the most basic machine. I also used them to fix a blower on the spa of my pool and the first company they contacted had an F rating with the Better Business Bureau so I asked for someone else...2nd company was not listed on internet so I couldnt find out any info on them and no one answered the phone number they provided me, so I had to use my own company and get reimbursed which shouldn't be a big deal but they want to talk to repair person and a lot of companies won't take the time to do this because you can be on hold for quite some time. Most recently I used them to fix a heating unit....company they sent was great but it took forever to get the part. Make sure you look up the companies they send to your house. Check the BBB rating and or reviews would be my recommendation. If you dont mind doing the research and some hassle then Choice is ok

They've done everything. I've called them a couple time and they sent people right out so that's not a problem. My washing machine wouldn't work so I called them and they came out and fixed it. It was fixed I believe the next day or the following day.

The person who came to repair the refrigerator was unbelievably good and patient and did an awesome job. I called them and they arranged an appointment right away and it came out within forty eight hours. And they did a great job taking care of it.

It is impossible to speak to a live human being when you need to make some changes. When I put in the order, I said do not schedule me with Sears. My experience with Sears has been that they are unreliable they cancel, and they have cost me lots of money as a result. Your schedules me with Sears. I told you to get me a different tech and you rescheduled with Sears. I told you to change it and the tech you finally sent out was excellent.

I've had a few things replaced and I could never replace it because they didn't give me enough money for it so I had to put more money in to replace the product. The folks that answer the questions over the phone are very knowledgeable but I think they're given very limited leeway to what they can do. Two weeks ago my microwave went out and I put in the claim and actually the next day there was a serviceman here. He diagnosed the same problem and so he went back to discuss options with the warranty company and the option was to fix it or you get two hundred dollars for the microwave to replace it. The service provided by the individual companies has always been very good. The description of the coverage is very good but the actual cost of repair is a lot smaller than the cost of the device ot be replaced.

We haven't been in touch with the customer support much. We always do it online so any claims and things like that, we go online. They are very responsive. We had an issue with the garage door opener and we open up a claim. They came in and the person in the company that came through they actually ended up changing the entire family so that ended up working pretty well for us. They are pretty good and usually if you get somebody to come in and fix whatever, it is within the next twenty four to forty eight hours, which is great service.

The gentleman that was out here was neat and clean and knew what he was doing. I had a problem with them one time where I had a plumber want a crazy amount and the man from the warranty said they were not going to pay so I called my own plumber and it was less than half of the other but when I called them they did finally send me a check for the proper amount.

They were reliable when we needed it. They replaced the part of the furnace within a few days. It's paid for itself in one time because the part was six hundred dollars and we've paid five hundred eighty bucks for the coverage. It is good to have because of an appliance breaks, it can be expensive.

They're very nice on the phone. They are easy to work with when I file my claim and I had it fixed within 3 days, the following Monday. It was very easy, they sent me an email back with the appointment the same day. They showed up and fixed it and everything has been fine.

I don't have anything negative to say about choice home warranty. I always get quick attention and usually they come the next day. It only costs about sixty bucks so it is nice to have instead of having to spend huge bills to fix our appliances when things happen since me and my husband are not working.
