I don't have anything negative to say about choice home warranty. I always get quick attention and usually they come the next day. It only costs about sixty bucks so it is nice to have instead of having to spend huge bills to fix our appliances when things happen since me and my husband are not working.

They're very nice on the phone. They are easy to work with when I file my claim and I had it fixed within 3 days, the following Monday. It was very easy, they sent me an email back with the appointment the same day. They showed up and fixed it and everything has been fine.

It's a pretty good deal. One of my air conditioners quit working and the called me back to schedule an appointment. You don't have to worry about anything. Once they schedule it, it is taken care of. Customer service has answers to all the questions I ask.

I think they're great. The price is good and they offer good opportunities for extension. They are very responsive. I always get someone to do my repairs quickly. Unfortunately when I needed a garbage disposal repair, it took 3 different visits for me to end up with a new garbage disposal and each time I had to pay the fee.

They've been responsive to my requests in a timely basis. I usually hear back within 12 hours, if not sooner, and I've been pleased with the service. It is usually been within 2 to 3 days at the most. I've used them 4 times and only 1 was not a good experience and they didn't fix the problem. They had difficulty getting somebody to tend to the problem. When I used them on the refrigerator recently, the company that came was very good.

I am a real estate agent and I have bough several contracts for my customers and I have been happy with them for years. I like the professionalism when I talk to someone. The only negative is getting to get someone right away but other than that I find they response immediately and send very professional people to take care of the problem. Also things that I thought would be covered are not covered but things they take care, they take care of efficiently. I will continue to buy policies for my clients because they are a reputable company.

I have had my air conditioner, as well as my dryer die.The air conditioner was up and running with your help in no time. The tech who came to to fix my dryer had spare parts for my model in his truck. The replaced the the dryer control panel for only the $46 dollar service fee.

There's been times when I've had issues where I've had to call other people on the outside to come in and they're very quick to reimburse me for the services from another vendor and let me bring in somebody else. It took over a week for them to send somebody out and the repairman came and said it needed a new panel and then agreed to replace the dishwasher and the replacement cost $160 which is ridiculous. Shortly there after I had another repair for a garage door opener that was not working properly and this service was done locally and I was very pleased. He figured out that the garage door opener motor would not work properly and he was johnny on the spot and replaced it.

We did have an issue once where it was one of our properties and they had to have multiple visits to fix it because the initial person they choice wasn't qualified for that. One of my properties had a problem with the refrigerator and it needed a new thermostat and they are supposed to match within a few hours, which is very precious and the job was fixed within the hour. Their online presence is very good and you can work online, which makes life a lot easier and the response time is generally very good. They are reliable and once we had a problem in the past, it was resolved.

Choice was very helpful. I've called up in a number of occasions last year. It's a case where we've had people's schedules and then they don't show up. We're not talking like a couple of days, we're talking scheduling a week later and then you get closer to the date and they cancel and we have to go through the whole process again. Last time it took me three weeks to get somebody to come to my house to fix the product I was talking about. The company does a good job with the people that they are signed with.

They are responsive and respectful. We needed it twice. Once for when the refrigerator went out and they replaced the circuit board on it and even though the first time it was misdiagnosed, they still stood behind the warranty and replaced the correct circuit. They did what they said they were going to do and were on time.

I called about my refrigerator, not knowing that they covered a microwave. I put in a recent call for no heat and it took about three days to get the call picked up. That wasn't acceptable to have to wait that long to even get somebody to refer them to assign the call. I had to call Choice and they escalated it and took another 24 hours so I don't think the response time was very good at all. I'm concerned that that's going to be my problem again.

If you're in a crisis and you want action, they didn't provide action in a timely manner in my opinion. Last time, I had to use it, I had a clogged toilet. The first repairman came out and didn't fix it so I called Choice Home Warranty and let them know and they said they would get the contractor back out. They set up a date and time for him to come back out and then next thing you know, I get a text from Choice Home Warranty that this other company was going to come out and do it and I didn't understand why the other company didn't come.

We used to have them in Georgia and then when we bought this house in Alabama we wanted to start using them again because we had such a good experience with them. we have used them twice here and the first time it was great but the second was a little frustrating. It can be a little frustrating because the sink is supposedly not covered under the warranty, which is crazy.

The claim process started quickly but the contractor did not have the correct switch so the claim will be delayed for several days. Choice required that the switch be supplied & pre-approved by Choice. My convenience is less a consideration.

I went online and they were contacting me back within about an hour to set up an appointment. I kept blowing lights in the kitchen in the ceiling. Every time I turned the light on it would blow the switch, so I contacted Choice Warranty and they sent a technician out to replace the switch and that was it and it was fixed.
