Every time, I have a problem they come right away and if possible they repair my item. The time I had to use my warranty was our air conditioning breaker went out and they came in and replaced it within a couple of days. They do speedy service.

They have taken care of every problem I've had so far. My microwave went out and I called them and told them that it was only two years old and not only did they replace it, but they replaced it with one that I had chosen. I'm glad that I chose them for a home warranty.

I'm still waiting after two weeks or so of not getting a call or service. I have had no service yet. I needed to use my warranty like two weeks ago from my dryer and the technician immediately called me and that was perfect. Less that twenty four hours they called me saying they would send a technician and he said he needed to order a part and I'm still waiting for the part so my issue has not been resolved.

The people they have recommended for the job have been professional so everything is done really smoothly. I just used it recently when I had a problem with the garbage disposal. They sent somebody over to change it. They've always done exactly what they've tried.

I had two other warranty companies previously and one they had little communication between purchasing agent and customer service so I left them and the other company quit doing their work. Choice's customer service is always good. The service was good. They've been efficient. I don't have a complaint.

Very efficient so far. Their service technicians have been very good. A couple of weeks ago my garage door opened quit working and I called them and the service tech was in touch with me the same day. It was very easy. They cover more than anyone else.

We've had two incidents and they have responded very promptly and the repairs have been done properly and were completed. I had a leaking pope and someone was here within forty eight hours and I had an electrical problem and someone was also here within forty eight hours.

The house I bought was under a contract with the previous owner and it transferred to my name. My first call, there was a little confusion about urgency, but otherwise, I've made two or three other calls and they've been just fine. When our AC went out in July, they dispatched somebody to come out in about twenty four hours.

Sometimes it is really hard to get in to talk to somebody. Usually we get people out pretty quick but in the heat of the summer for refrigeration, sometimes it takes a few days. The people they send out are really good and take care of the problem.

I used my warranty recently. I needed a plumber to come out and take a look and they sent someone out within a day. I've never had a problem with the contractor that they did not do the work. That's one of the reasons I left my old home warranty company because of the quality of the contractors to not do the work.

I sincerely believe and think that Choice Home Warranty is an excellent, top of the line choice when it comes to choosing a home warranty company. But I would like for CHW to do extensive background checks on the companies that they are recommending to their clients. Some theses companies have very poor reviews and customer service. As far as rating CHW, I would like to rate them a 4, it could be a 5, but if CHW clean-up the acts of the companies that they recommend, then it becomes a 5 in my opinion.

I've had both American Home Warranty and Sear's but I had a bad experience with American so I switched to Sears but they stared going under so I choose Choice because it seemed like a good package and it was a three year contract so I wouldn't have to renew every year. Nothing is breaking but I paid all this money so it feels like they are winning. I had to use my warranty to cover my AC unit and it turns out that wasn't even covered. I feel like everything I thought was covered turns out to not bee covered. I still have two more years so it is possible that something will break that is covered.

The microwave went out and it couldn't be fixed so they said they would give me a check but it has been close to a month now. Other than that it has been good, they send somebody out to get back to you right away and let you know whether they are going to replace it or have it fixed.

They did what they're supposed to do. They call me back right way and they check in on me. I'm still waiting on my response but they're checking in on me. My oven and microwave gave out a month ago and they sent someone to take care of it but they had to replace the microwave so they're taking care of it.

Personally I think they have been great. I always have a good experience. Anytime we file a claim, they are very quick to respond and in most cases the repair company is able to come quickly. If they're not able to repair it, they replace it.

I think the price of the warranty it okay but it could be a little bit lower. Sometimes the claim time will take a little bit longer when you're in an emergency but most of the time it is okay. I had to pay out of pocket when I had a plumbing issue and I couldn't wait the 48 hours. Generally speaking the technicians I got have worked out with good quality. I appreciate that.

I've had them more the 10 years and I've been satisfied with their service. They are very attentive. Just a couple weeks ago there was a problem with the plumbing and the pool pump. I had to call them twice in a day and both issues were resolved within 3 days. The do the work as fast as they can as best as they can.

Very disappointed in last two experiences with AC repair service. Choice sent a company in first case that canceled six scheduled appointments and it took several weeks before they finally showed up. Then we had to wait another week before they got a needed part and returned to make the repair. The second experience is on going and also involves an ZC issue. I used a Choice company to perform my twice a year tune up on my AC and the tech found two issues that needed to be repaired. I immediately filed a claim and requested that the company that found the proble be allowed to make the repairs. The next day Choice assigned the job to another company to do the work. I requested that the decision be reconsidered, but was turned down. Now I have to wait for the second company to come out and do the work. Not very happy with Choice right now.

To make this short and sweet, we had a problem with our refrigerator. I called Choice. They sent an excellent serviceman who was very good. He had to order a part and the next day, he came with the part and fixed the problem. I only had to pay my deductible. Honestly, I was very pleased.

Choice is a little less expensive than American Home Shield, who I was formerly with, and I wanted to save some money. The response time was not as good as American when I requested service. I tried to get a mechanic out here to service my clothes dryer but he forgot to come so they had to reschedule a different one and then I had to wait for parts. When I complained about the situation, they did try to rectify the situation. I'll see how things go and I might go back to American Home Shield.

Been with them seven or eight years now and they seem to take care of everything. When I have a problem, I call them and they get back to me within a half an hour with a name. Most of the time the people they send are good, though every once in a while they send somebody where I know more about what they're doing then they do and I tell them to leave and call Choice to tell them to send somebody else.

When I call them to file a claim I usually have a response in about an hour or less. The representative they send out to do work are always very competent. Most recently I had a plumbing issue. They sent someone out to repair it but the same problem recurred. They sent someone back out the next day and the problem was fixed.
