However, the technician who fixed my leaking faucet did an excellent job. Overall, while I appreciated their promptness, I was disappointed with the coverage limitations.

I had a great experience with customer service. They were responsive and addressed all my concerns promptly. When my air conditioner broke, a technician arrived quickly and fixed it in no time, which was a relief during the heat wave. I had mixed experiences with my warranty service. One technician incorrectly suggested I needed a new air conditioning unit when it was just a missing wire. Another took weeks to replace parts on my dryer, but it still didn't work afterward. I did manage to replace my hot water heater successfully, though. Overall, the service could improve.

I've had limited experience with the service, but when I did, the response was quick and satisfactory. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket for a recent water heater issue, as warranties typically don't cover such repairs unless there's a major problem. Additionally, my thermostat and air conditioner broke, which added to my frustration.

I had a frustrating experience with service calls for my pool issues; they sent several technicians who couldn't resolve the problem, and I ended up paying for visits that weren't covered. On the other hand, I had a positive experience when my refrigerator's ice maker broke, and it was replaced without hassle. Mixed feelings overall.
