I've only used it once, and it was great. The A/C wasn't working on Friday, and they had someone come out the first part of next week to take care of the problem. I've been very happy with how they handled the issue. I was kind of surprised on how quick they were, and with all the emailing and texting and follow ups. They did a great job!

I never dealt with customer service before. I had one repair done; it was excellent in every aspect. I had a disposal and a sink that were not working and they came out the same day or the next day, and replaced the item. They were number 1 in the deals; that's why I picked them.

It's been 6 months since I used it, but they sent somebody out within a short period of time to fix my refrigerator. He called, made an appointment, repaired it, and went away just like that! I just think they should stop sending me emails asking me if I'd like to buy Choice Home Warranty, since I bought one till 2020. I haven't used it very often but when I did it seems to be not too slow, it seem to be fast enough to get the job done.

Everybody at Choice Home Warranty seems knowledgeable, and they get the job done quickly. You just have to call the 800 number, give them the information and that's it. Somebody comes out, and they set up a time when they come out. I have no complains about it, it's been very good so far. I've even recommended it to other people.

I've actually replaced the microwave once, through Choice Home Warranty, and they give you a fair percentage. Plus, the customer service is good, I have no problem with them. I think they're very good and it's worth all the money that you spend.

Customer support was outstanding, I submitted claims online, and they would get back to me within the next day and assign a professional to fix my problem. Overall, I think they're doing a good job with their customer satisfaction and speed of service. I've never had to wait more than a day to have a professional assigned to my case. Besides, their customer reviews online are the best, and they also provide a competitive rate.

The reason I went with Choice Home Warranty was because of their price. They are the lowest one I've ever used. I did have one particular incident, where my A/C stopped working in mid-July. The technician's diagnosis was that it was malfunctioning due to normal wear and tear, but Choice Home Warranty said that it was due to lack of maintenance. After many phone calls and hours on hold, our claim was denied, and considering it was over 100 degrees outside, we paid $3,000 out of our pocket to replace our A/C. The small claims are usually no problem, but overall, they're not there when I needed help. It's not right for someone to sit in an office hundreds of miles away, without looking at the unit, and say that it's not covered.

My water heater wasn't working well, and the water heater company was going to replace it, however, they weren't going to pay for uninstalling it and replacing it. Choice Home Warranty pay for that. What I didn't like was that they don't cover electrical wiring. That was very disappointing for me because the whole point of the electrical system was the wiring. Besides that, I can say that their customer support is excellent.

It was easy to file a claim and while it took a couple days to assign a technician (during an artic freeze and the issue bing HVAC), CHW kept in contact letting know they were working diligently to find someone in my area. The assigned company was ComfortCoolingnHeating. Their technician (Grover) called me the day of the appointment to let me know about when he would arrive and that he would call me back about 15 min before his eta so I could still run errands until then. Grover was wonderful! The nicest guy. He figured out the problem and then went to a store to get a part that he didn’t have on his truck so that he could get y heat back on. He didn’t want me going without heat in these freezing temps. I highly recommend him and the HVAC company.

Every dealing with Choice Home warranty has worked out well except for one little glitch. Choice sent a tech to evaluate and eventually fix/replace my downstairs a/c. Everything went well except for the warranty I was promised. The tech, Andrew, said he would send me a 10 year warranty. I have texted him with no response and called him with the response that the warranty is on the mail. However, the warranty was not in the mail and subsequent phone calls were not answered. I left messages. It is now going on 3 years come next January and no warranty. If you can get the warranty for me, I’d be greatly appreciative. Marcia Mauro

They always find a reason to not repair your claim or to undervalue the replacement cost due you. Contract states that replacent should have similar features. They give you a gift certificate to replace with a low end bare bones product. Their insurance is practically worthless
