The last time I used my warranty, it took a couple of days to get someone out and another day for him to come back to fix the problem. They have always been able to get a technical out to fix the problems I've had. They always return me call.

They come on time immediately. They are fair. The guy who signed the contract said everything was covered but when the water heater went out and they said they don't cover it yet but they were kind enough to look over my contract and they gave me a check for the amount of money.

For a single woman, who can't do all this stuff on her own, which I am right now, I would suggest it. They gave me a better deal than the other company I had. There was a time when my AC unit wasn't working properly and the AC guy came and it didn't work so I had to pay two hundred dollars to replace a couple of long pipes and now it works. I hope more stuff gets covered.

So far they've done what they said they were going to do. The service they offer is better than the other company who screwed me around. They are always available and easy to get in touch with. If I have a question, somebody is there to answer it. My air conditioning quit working and I was able to get somebody out the next day. I like the price.

I had to call back on Monday to get my service because they weren't open. I just used it last week. My sink was clogged up and I needed help. So they called me back and found a technician. It was four days before he could come and that was very disappointing. I couldn't cook or wash things so it was very inconvenient and I was very surprised that they couldn't find one on that day. So I went online and found somebody that could come the very same day I called them. Choice said they would reimburse me and I haven't received any reimbursement yet.

I got this warranty to help with house emergencies since I'm widowed and elderly and can't do them myself. When I had a sewer back up and couldn't use my toilet I filed a claim with choice warranty and it took them almost twenty four hours to find a plumber and they set the appointment for a week out. They expected me to go without toilet facilities for a week. I asked if I could use my own Plumber. They said yes but he had to call them for them to approve it which he did and I got my sewer cleaned after three days. They did refund me for the plumber within 30 days.

I've had other home warranty companies that were absolutely useless. I chose choice home warranty because the reviews were very good and they were highly recommended. I had a dishwasher break. I call the maintenance person and it was not fixable I had to get it replaced. Their customer service is excellent.

I reported my AC was out Saturday morning and they could not get a technician out until Monday afternoon. It's very good. I've had to use it several times, one time my kitchen disposal broke and I called them to make a claim. They got me in contact with one of their providers and he came out, exchanged it, and replaced the disposal. It was just a 45 dollars service cost for me and the rest was covered. I've used the service twice since I got the program and everything has been fine. The first incident was a poor heater. I had asked initially if that was one of the things that were covered, and they had said it was, but I found afterwards it wasn't covered. They did end up covering a small portion of the cost though. The second situation was a washer and they responded immediately and everything was handled there.

It's the more cost effective way of doing repairs for the house. They've been helpful and it's very convenient, you just make a phone call and then they call you back to give you your assigned technician for the repairs. We had a leaky toilet, made a phone call, got a ticket number, and then they told me who it was that I needed to call to schedule a time. They were able to accommodate us and get it done.

I have 3 homes and I appreciate that they give me a discount for that. In fact I was able to negotiate with them and get a better price for having multiple properties. Customer support is really quick and I can make claims online. It is quick to make sure everything was set up and they will also follow up to make sure that their contractors show up. The contractors themselves come when they say they will and take care of things in a timely manner. I paid the call up fee, gave the check to my tenant to pay, and got no negative feedback there. They meet my needs for the properties I own.

I had a bad experience awhile ago when I had some water leakage. I called them and set it up for the guy to come to my house. I lived in Crawford, and he called saying he'd be in my house in 10 min, that he was in Crawford Ville! I told him that my house was a lot further than that and asked to be sent someone from my city, there's people there that can do it. He said he'd contact the company and they would let me know who would come. I waited a few days and nobody ever contacted me so I got somebody else to fix it. When I finally talked to them they said they would refund me the $100 that it cost, which they did and I appreciate that. However in the meantime my air conditioner broke and I had to contact them all over again.

I've had some good experiences the last couple of times I called them. It took them 2 to 3 days to get out here to us. If it's an emergency I can't really wait so I end up calling someone else, which is kind of disappointing. The last time I remember using their service was for my air conditioner. It went out on a Friday afternoon in the middle of the summer, and they couldn't get someone to us until Tuesday. I had to cancel the order that I put in because I couldn't wait for that long. The service and professional respect for the customer is exceptional but i feel their coverage is too limited whereas if i need to repair a washer, dishwasher, and refridgerator in the same year i am only covered up to $500 for all repairs. Which just will not cover 3 appliances. I just believe they should cover what the repairs cost as they promote without the "fine" print.
