I appreciate the quick response from the service team whenever I've needed help. They've always sent someone out promptly to address my issues, whether it was a clog in my water system or repairs under warranty for my refrigerator and dishwasher. There's always room for improvement, but overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

I had some issues recently, particularly with my air conditioning unit which stopped working unexpectedly. It's hard to pinpoint the exact cause since so much has happened lately, but I suspect it might be related to my choices or other factors. Overall, my experience has been a bit confusing.

When my air conditioner broke after vacation, they sent a technician within a day and covered the repair completely. I also had a backed-up drain fixed promptly. Highly recommend!

I had a frustrating experience with the appliance repair service. They sent an incompetent technician who couldn't get parts, leading to multiple visits with no resolution. After a long wait, Choice offered a replacement but didn't follow through properly. It took months to get any help, and I'm still waiting for the technician to fix the appliance. Communication was lacking throughout the process.

I had a mixed experience. Initially, there were issues with my pool motor that weren't resolved, leading to some frustration. However, when it came to a dryer replacement, the process took longer than expected, but ultimately, I was satisfied with the outcome and the settlement. Overall, pleased with the resolution, just wish it hadn't taken so long.

I've had a frustrating experience with my insurance claims. So far, all I've received is acknowledgment without any real assistance. Communication has been minimal, and I feel like I'm left in the dark. While I continue to pay for the service, I'm waiting for a meaningful response before I can assess their support. For now, I prefer to set this aside.

Liked being able to have someone come out twice to service AC issues when unit wouldn't cool during very hot summer days. Didn't like that I can't get refund of my $75 service fee when I selected the company needed to service my septic system as it was an emergency situation needing to be addressed immediately. Choice found a company several days later after issue had already been resolved so I had to cancel with them.

I'm very satisfied with the service, parts and labor provided by Choice Home Warranty. My AC unit broke down during the last heat wave in SoCal and they replaced the entire AC system. I had to pay for some non-covered services but it was expected and I had no problem with it.

First James fixed the fryer knob so it would work while the part came in. Said he would order the part and call me when it should arrive. A week later I call him and he said he is waiting for the part to come in. Another week goes by and I call him and he said it arrived and would call with a time to come out. Later that week I get a notice of two days he would be available. He did come out and fixed my dryer! I cad to call him because he never responded to text messages till the end!

The second time I reached out to them made me very happy. The communication was excellent. The appt with the plumber was within the week. The young man that fixed my problem was amazing. It was great paying a set amount. I will definitely renew my contract, although the first time I contacted them with an air conditioner problem did not go well. The second time I contacted them was amazing.

I usually dislike warranty companies. I don’t trust them however this company is different. They delivered better than they promised. They are efficient, timely, reliable, honest, professional, and very helpful. I would recommend to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I really like the idea of speaking with only American people so that I don’t have to try to understand someone who speaks English as a second language. However, I have not Had great experiences with the technicians that have been sent to my house with the claims that I have filed with choice. The latest being a plumber. I filed a claim three weeks ago tomorrow. My bathtub faucet is still running profusely. The plumber has rescheduled his appointment three times. The most recent was scheduled on a day when I cannot be available for him to come. I have contacted him to reschedule and have heard nothing back from him, which was four days ago. My bathtub faucet continues to run.

I had a mixed experience with my recent repair. The repair person initially came to fix my macerator pump but never returned after I paid him. I later learned that the repair wasn’t covered under warranty, which was partly my oversight. However, the product I wanted repaired was eventually fixed, so not all was lost.
