It was a great insurance company before, but not any more, always they try to find a reason to avoid covering to any repair, they covers the minimum, and always they have tricks in their policy to deny any expansive repair.

Although this type of failure wasn’t covered under our policy terms, this is only 1 out of the 15 systems and appliances in which we provide coverage.

My first claim and it's denied. My 24 year old HVAC unit breaks and is determined it's a valve that broke when in fact it's actually old age that led to it. I do not have much faith in keeping with CHW after my first claim. I'm unsure if I will keep it long enough to make a second claim.

Bad customer service. Slow to respond and resolve issue with the tech they assigned first time. Misinformed us about coverage and wasted every ones time including second tech. Lost money at laundry mat that was unnecessary if information provided had been correct.

I bought the most expensive warranty that you offer and you've denied a my claim. I can't use the plumbing in my basement. You tell me the part I need isn't covered. It is all in the fine print. It seems very deceptive. You don't even offer to cover the labor. No offer of any help or compromise. As soon as you hear the price you deny it.

Multiple problems with air conditioning. Warranty won’t fix anything until it’s entirety broken and then only broken part will be “fixed “. Refusing to replace entire system which is what is needed. Totally unsatisfactory with so called “Warranty”. Will NEVER recommend Choice Home Warranty!!!

My first need to use my warranty and so far, I'm not impressed. My hot water heater went out. It took a week for them to get a plumber to my house and now he has to order parts. It's going to be another 2 - 4 days to get the parts in. Hopefully it doesn't drag on longer than that. It isn't acceptable to take that long to fix a critical issue.

It takes to long for the Choice reps to act and then when they do they usually call folks that either do not know what they are doing or do not care much for the little that they get paid. The one exception is my last claim for an AC unit. The AC rep that came out was very good and informative.

My policy says it will replace a bad appliance. They did not replace my oven . I was offered $339. It will cost me at least $500 plus tax and installation for a basic gas oven. Very disappointed.

I used to be a big fan of the warranty until my last claim. The technician was great but when he called to the company it felt like CHW was looking for a reason not to make the repair. Which leaves me to wonder why do I pay all of my hard earned money to a company that looks for reasons not to back up what they promise. Very disappointed
