It took over three weeks to get someone to fix our AC unit and I had to find them. We pay are bill religiously every month and we have to find the technicians to repair things..... Wrong it cost me $250.00 to get it repaired

I've had a frustrating experience with my service. They deny claims and take too long to respond. I've been left without heat during cold weather, and despite multiple visits, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, their compensation for my broken high-end stove is laughable and doesn't cover even the cheapest replacement. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Certain hours you can't get a hold of them. I don't think they have enough customer representatives. I had to make a lot of calls due to issues with the home warranty and when I did get in touch with them it was like they were trying to pass me off to someone else at a higher level, which they never could, in order to resolve my problem.
