Apparently the Labor day holiday is too much of a major holiday to have the authorization department open. Customer service is always open since they outsource their calls to another country. Lesson learned. Make sure if something breaks down make sure it doesnt happen on a holiday. Long time customer but not for much longer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The list of exclusions is twice as long as what is covered. I was promised there were no exclusions over the phone or by the salesman. When I got the actual booklet 2 weeks after I signed on, I was shocked to see the blatant lie in front of my face. 4 out of 5 claims that I made were denied due to exclusions.

You think its a good deal, but when an issue comes up and you try to make a claim they have you refer to the contract sub section whatever and you see most of the items that need work are not included in the coverage. Called in per the email for discount and the sales rep "Nathan" kept prompting me to purchase 3 and 5 year plans! He was disrespectfully persistent and after I let him know I was only interested in the year plan he hung up on me! Will not be recommending to nobody!!!

CHW is a scam. It took them 3 weeks to send a technician after we placed a claim for our A/C unit. Came to know none of the local companies wanted to work with them because CHW don’t pay them for 2 months. CHW only pays 30% of the total cost and rest is for the policy holders to cover. Be warned. They are like any other warranty company. I decided to take warranty after a long time because I don't believe them. But just like I suspected, they try to decline for not fix the issue. They need only your money. Just save money and spend it your self. I will try to get a refund if possible. I am not renewing for sure.
