Very very very very poor customer service. The agents were not courteous at all. Your company wants to deny service on every appl. And then a person has to appeal something that should have never been denied. Very very dis-satitisfied with the warranty.

The phone system has not worked since have had the c9ntract for 2.5 years. It still did not work this time. It worked fine when you get my money (sales). 1st contractor referred was vey unprofessional. 2nd contractor was ok. At this point I would not recommend Choice. You have some improving to do.

They are all scam artist. My complaint is the same as everyone else regarding ac repair . They always find a way out. They denied my AC claim even though the technician said the coils had normal rust and should pay . Still they denied. I am going to file a lawsuit against them and contact my state attorney general office tomorrow, July 9, 2018

Terrible service. The burner on our stove broke and the technician they sent didn't know what he was doing. It took one month to get it fixed. Cancelled 3 times but money was still taken out of our account. They wouldn't give us a refund. Can't believe they can stay in business.

Your service people don’t show up for appointments. They don’t return calls. You don’t respond to problems. You put us on hold for over a half an hour every time we call. You try very hard to not pay when you should per the contract. Biggest waste of money I have mistakenly fell into. Scam.

Couldn’t get anyone on the weekend when it was boiling hot inside the house because a/c broke. Why pay 700/yr for this kind of customer service when they are not there when needed. I could have found someone to fix the a/c myself or tried to fix it myself instead of waiting until a weekday. This company is a CROOK

Nothing is covered once a technician comes out. A waste of money. Customer service employees are rude. Waiting on hole is ridiculous. I purchased 2 policies. Technician write up claims and CHW doesn't cover product if maintenance has been kept up. Don't waste your money .

They don't pay any claims. They don't answer emails or responses in claims until you call and talk to them on the phone. They put you on hold for at least 30 minutes before answering their claim lines. Their sales line is available any time of the day with no hold times.

The call waiting times are always almost an hour +. Lots of transfers, and almost nothing is covered. The contractors they work with give you the wrong time estimates, just an entire cluster from start to finish. Not impressed, do NOT waste your money on this company.

In the end I got a letter stating the item was not covered even though it was listed as a covered part. They make it very difficult to do business with. I would not renew and not recommend their service to anyone.
