While I was asking questions of the person answering the phone, he rudely interrupted me and said call back when your ready and hung up on me. These questions were pertinent to my decision wether to buy from them! But he made that decision for me! Stay far away!!!! What would there customer service be like if I was already hooked?

I received an email denying my claim without a service technician ever inspecting the no functioning system! The problem was NOT due to a non-covered issue! What if I had not called to complain about a service technician not being deployed?

At this time I would not recommend Choice Warranty. I wasn't told upon paying for this that there's a middle man. When they send a technician you then need approval, then the middle man must wait to order the part then you are without THE appliance a number of days. HUGE disappointment.

The problem I called CHW for has not been resolved. The person who came to fix my garbage disposal was not professional nor prepared to do anything about the problem. He was supposed to call me yesterday about getting the go ahead to fix the problem but he never did so I still don’t know the status of the repair.

Unit was.still in factory warranty so not very old.Called in another claim was to repairman was coming. Repair company never showed.. Wasted 650.$$. Donot buy ..

Choice Home Warranty is basically a scam. They will take all of your money up front, but find some bogus reason on why a broken appliance is not covered. Out of the 4 claims I have filed, 0 of them have been covered. They are in fact all valid though. I am now in the process of taking them to small claims court.

Not satisfied with the recent service I received on my furnace. It is still doing the same thing it was doing before he came. All he did was change filter which he said was blocking air flow. We had just changed filter two weeks before. I would like to cancel my contract.
