I think they are deceptive in that they say they will replace your items but then they don’t. They only offer a minimum cash amount to help you replace it. You will still come out of pocket to replace the things you had.

I received a call today from Mr. Plummer after I called Choice Warranty Sunday because my heater stopped leaking. The representative that I spoke to assured me that they were emailing Mr. Plummer to cancel my request. I did not want them to make a blank trip to my house.

We wait forever for them to send a service. When they can't fix it we have to sit and wait even longer. It took them 4 weeks to get someone to come look at our refrigerator that was leaking water all over the floor. It ruined our kitchen floor. They dont cover damage. Horrible company, would NEVER recommend.

Spoke to someone on 12/16/20. I am canceling as if 12/17/20. I know I have 3 days to cancel in NJ. Also within the 30 day cancellation period I was told by your salesman. I am disputing this with my credit card company. If I could I would give a zero star rating but can’t submit thus without some stars.

They look for any reason to deny a claim. They look at crazy verbiage from a technician and decide to deny claims. When you make monthly payments for something, you expect a wear and tear to be covered, but not when dealing with a warranty company. You find loopholes that work in your favor. I don't trust them one bit.

Choice Home Warranty is a total waste of money. Their first response for repairs is, "No". Then, if you have the energy, you can try to appeal it but there are so many exclusions written into their contracts, it's not worth it. I will not be renewing my contract. It's like throwing out money.

this company is a fraud. I made a claim on a leaking waste drain. It was covered under section D, par 8. The drain was cracked, not due to freezing, or roots. My claim was denied because they could not see the crack in the photos sent to them. Don`t waste money with this company. they will find an excuse to deny in the fine print.

I paid for a Home Warranty Product and have been given nothing. I am going to ask for a redress of the total contract price that I paid and want nothing to do with Choice Warranty ever again.

Send wrong repairmen. Then state not covered under warranty. Clearly states septic service and pumping up to $250.00 but was told not covered. When this service expires I will be going back to American Home Warranty who I have used for 20 years without incident. Choice Home Warranty will not be my choice any longer!

I like choice home warranty because they have excellent service providers that they recommended. They have a great service and rate and I'm satisfied. My dishwasher broke down and they made sure they sent someone out. It was a reliable provider that came out to fix it.
