I told the young woman that took our information that is was a humidifier that was not one that sits on the floor in the house . I explained repeatedly that it is in our attic attached to the heating system. If your company does not cover it she should have told me and not dispatched a heating company. Very upset that I donated $45

One star is too good for these people. Absolutely painful trying to force them to warranty anything. They send far less than professional repair people who do not know how to do anything other than to collect their $80. service, waste of time and money fee.

Unfortunately, we will not be renewing our contract- we have called out Choice Home Warranty on 4 different occasions over the past year- paying $75.00 per call out- for nothing. Each problem we had- turned out NOT to be covered under our warranty ie- pool heat unit, electric tripping, aircon problem. Absolute waste of money.

Dishwasher has been out of commission for over 1 month. Worst service I've had with a warranty company. I understand that they are not the ones doing the repairs but they are the ones who contracted these Yahoo's. Meanwhile my 80 year old parents are having to still wash dishes by hand.

They’ve probably approved 2 of 10 claims I’ve filed. My ice maker spits out ice with little pieces of black plastic attached to them and they insist it’s operating properly.

I have the worst experience dealing with this company. I feel like i was scammed. There are a lot of exclusions more than inclusion in the fine print, be careful with this company. They would do anything and make excuses just as not to cover your claim. Extremely disappointed!!

First time submitting a claim with CHW. Appointment time was for 11:00-3:00 yesterday. Technician did not make appointment. Rescheduled for 7:00-11:00 today. Rescheduled for 12:30, then technician canceled. Stayed home two days from work to have dishwasher serviced. CHW customer service was unhelpful.

Although this type of failure wasn’t covered under our policy terms, this is only 1 out of the 15 systems and appliances in which we provide coverage.

Water heater had a leak. Choice Home Warranty choose not to pay for the repair since the water tank was not covered. If a water heater is covered shouldn’t the tank be included? I can not recommend Choice Home Warranty. There are to many exclusions in their warranty.

The pricing is good but the service is bad. They sent the service company to my house 3 times to gather information for the claim in addition to a myriad of phone calls resulting in a claim denial for a ridiculous reason. Although I was finally able to get the decision overturned it took a lot of effort.
