It is hard to make a claim. I was lied to when I bought the warrenty. See real items I was informed would be covered was not covered. The pool company they sent to my house twice is a joke. They did not even look at my pool equipment but took my service fee twice. Please call me if you want more details.

My husband has called several times and each time he has bee told you all cannot find a tech in our area. I have asthma, CAD; two stents in my heart and I am diabetic. I need air. What am I to do?

The warranty process is ridiculous. Fridge broke that is worth 1,500 dollars and was given 600 dollars to replace it. My claims manager tosha should be fired for the way she acted while I was on the phone with her. Would never recommend this company because of my experience.

I had 2 appointments scheduled and no one showed up either day went on line to contact Choice no response, called and waited 3 hours 5 mins for someone to contact me. Vender said they never received request choice said they sent it. Day 8 without air and still waiting.

Be ware of clause f16. It basically says they will decide how much to pay you for your appliance that they said they would replace. They do not replace items, they give you half the value of the appliance. Their advertising is very misleading.

I just reviewed the contract and it does not cover services that the sales rep mentioned that it would. One item in particular was modifications needed for a/c installations and/or repairs. Filed the claim on May 8. Technician came on May 13 but didn't have the part to repair. He is scheduled to return on June 2. That's 5 days to get a technician and an additional 19 days until a return to hopefully have the part and do the repair. Totally unacceptable!!!

Made claim 10/2. Tech came 10 days later after a no-show. Ordered parts. Parts came to my house. He came on 11/1 to fix washer. Said he told me he needed 10'x10' space (which he did not tell me) so could not fix the washer. That is impossible. No washer and parts sitting in my house.

We are currently in a COVID 19 nightmare. My washer has been broken for 3 weeks and my technician is struggling to find my parts. Choice Home Warranty needs to offer me a rental washer temporarily until the parts can be found. Laundrymats are closed and we can't go anywhere to do laundry. Instead, I get the routine answer of waiting on parts.

The a woman called my house from the plumbing service to teach my wife how to fix the heater. The man showed up at 6, did n inspection and stated we need a part or new heater. Be back tomorrow .
