OK with changing out compressor other than taking a week with 100 degree heat. But when inside messed up came up with excuses that we didn't keep filters cleaned. This isn't true always cleaned filters So Choice didn't help with anything costing us 4700.00 dollars to replace unit.

Very disappointed with your service. You have yet to contact a contractor. This extends my down time considerably so I go without one of my appliances longer. The contractors do not have time to wait to repair until they have contacted you for approval. This system is broken and needs repaired.

If I could rate you 0 stars I would. My air conditioner broke and 39 days have elapsed and still no resolution. I continue to get the run around with Choice. They do not have qualified technicians and put limitations of what they are willing to pay on the technicians they do have. There is no accountability and their customer service is POOR.

Very unhappy with the quality and integrity of service providers sent to complete repairs. The last person sent to complete work on a faulty oven thermostat was not truthful about his work, Did not fix the problem and removed a part from our oven that we want back, but the company is unreachable, never answers the phone.

Tech was fabulous. Coverage sucks. I feel like i am paying way too much when my issues arose. I was told a $65 fee. Now I have to pay over $350 for a hot water heater. Its BS that I don't even have a say in what is being ordered.

This company is a SCAM. They will not cover HVAC failures regardless of technician's evaluation. I have a failure with a repair estimate of $1900. The techician identified the problem as normal wear & tear, but Choice denied my claim. They madeup false data to justify denial. They then offered me $350 to resolve the claim--what a JOKE!

Ac serviced by sellers prior to closing and home inspection showed it in working condition. This is a scam just to take people's money
