Great value. Very trustworthy. They do what they say. I had a plumbing leak and they came in, took care of it real quick, and then I had a garage door malfunction and they came to care of that as well. I had those two claims back-to-back and they took care of them within a week, both of them.

Good communication. I had a clogged toilet and on Saturday night I put a ticket online and I heard from them on Sunday morning apologizing for the delay that someone would be here on Monday. I really didn't expect anybody to come out on the weekend, so they came and the repair person was lovely. They were responsive and gave me updates.

It's a good service to have. When something breaks down, it could be costly, and having Choice Warranty is the wonderful option. Recently we had problem with the igniter on the stove and it was fixed very promptly and we're very satisfied. The workmen have been very competent, very courteous, very business minded.

I've been with them for about three or four years now and the first year I was with them, the company they used was not the best quality. But the last last couple of years the companies they are using are getting better and better quality service techs. I just used my warranty today for my A/C and they got it taken care of. They always take care of the problem. Just they sometimes it takes a little longer than I feel that it should to get through. But once you do, they take care of whatever the problem is.

They're pretty nice there and they answer the phone. They have a pretty nice website when it works. The dishwasher wasn't draining, so we called them. They came out two days later and fixed the problem for 65 bucks. We saved hundreds of dollars.

The first time I tried using choice home warranty, unfortunately there was no response from anyone for the for 2-3 weeks. The other two times have been great. I actually got an e-mail regarding 2 claims I filed. One was for a garage door and the other one was for a toilet plumbing issue. They were able to help me and get someone to come over in a very short period of time.

I had Choice Home Warranty in the past and then I went for a few years without any warranty service, and when I signed up for one, I signed up for a different one and it was horrible. I canceled it and went back to Choice because I've gotten better service. I think that Choice does a good job. However, when you have subcontractors that you have to rely on and they are not terribly reliable, it makes your service look bad.

They usually answer the phone very quickly and if I have a problem they listen to me and they usually try to resolve it. I've used the warranty a number of times. The last one was a plumbing issue that did not go so well, but it was resolved after after they sent out another plumber. The first one was not living up to expectations. The second one did everything that was needed to be done. I just appreciate having it. It gives me peace of mind.

People are out here pretty quickly. The only problem I've had is with my microwave. The people came out and said I needed a new part. That was like 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on the part. That's not Choice's fault, that's whoever's doing the providing, and that's the only problem I've ever had with them.

My freezer wasn't freezing. The guy came out and he checked the refrigerator out and he fixed it in a little hour and it's been running perfect ever since. I call them and they did a 360 turnaround. They got me set up with a contractor to come out and fix what I needed fixed and they were great fast.

A couple times I couldn't find someone and they told me to go ahead and find my own vendor and then they would reimburse them. I have no complaints whatsoever so far. I'm very satisfied.

Whenever I call to get something done I don't have to wait a long time. The service was good. I had trouble with my garbage disposal and I had to have them to come in to fix that. They came out twice but I ended up needing to get a new one, so a new one was put in. Customer service was good, they handled my problems or issues in a timely manner.

They don't always return phone calls and keep in touch with what is going on. I've had to use my warranty quite quite a few times They're very slow to get things done, but they do get it done. If they have to buy your product out, you're not going to get enough to replace it. I like them. I kept them because they do come through. They've gone up on their prices several times as far as the service costs go and haven't notified me about it.

Everybody's been prompt and courteous. We had a water leak and the warranty didn't really cover the whole thing, it just covered the wax ring. We had a few other problems and it didn't cover that, but I I think most companies are like that now.

I place a claim and tried to change the time of the appointment that was given to me via Website. I was unable to reach the Ray’s Contract Service as they didn’t answer the phone, respond to voice mail, reply to email or Text message. I contacted Choice and they attempted to tell Ray’s to respond to me. They didn’t respond and then I was lucky enough to call and catch someone and was given an appointment which no one showed up for. The continued to contact Choice and again did not get a response from Ray’s. Finally they responded to Choice asking me for a time and date to send someone out after two weeks Eric came out an hour late to fix my garbage disposal. Eric was great and I don’t blame him because he doesn’t schedule the appointments. This is the second time I have had to deal with the Plumbing Company and that last time they made me wait 3 weeks after Choice approved the replacement of my Hot Water heater.

Anybody that does get Choice as a service contract, it's excellent because you have such a variety of other things that it does apply to: air conditioners, ceiling fans, and microwaves. Now today, the way the small appliances are, it doesn't even pay to get a service contract, but if you do have it, it's great.

They're pretty attentive, they take care of things. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer, but the last couple of times, the maintenance people have been out here really quickly. I do have a situation going on with my stove, but it's not their fault, it's Sears'. Choice escalated it several times since Sears just has not gotten back to them.

I had a problem with my ice maker on my refrigerator. I called Choice home warranty, they had somebody come out. He told me that the ice maker wasn't working because my condenser was full of dirt and wasn't keeping the refrigerator cold enough. I said fine, so I didn't have him do anything, I just cleaned out the condenser. And that wasn't the problem, my ice maker still didn't work. So I called Choice home warranty back and they had the same guy come back out. But he never showed up. And I dealt with that for about 6 or 8 months and they finally put somebody else on it, but I was without an ice maker for about 6 months.

I've used my warranty for my furnace, the company they sent out here was very good, but I've had some experiences that wasn't quite nice. They need to investigate the contractors that they send to your home first because they sent a company here that should never have been on the list. Communication between the vendors and Choice needs to be better.

My refrigerator, we noticed that the ice cream was starting to melt so I went online and logged in the problem and they responded right away. Someone was sent out to correct the problem. I just used it last month for the garage door spring and everything went pretty good. They were very knowledgeable about the whole situation. They had contacted someone, they contacted me the next day, and within 2-3 days it was repaired. So I would say that was pretty good service.
