We had a hard time with an air conditioning unit and one person said one thing and then he sent it back to the company and they said they had to do something else and it was a little bit confusing so they sent another person out. We've been within two years and they've always been very responsive and I haven't had any problems yet. And you never know if something is going to break down.

The built in original microwave at my property stopped suddenly. I placed a claim with Choice Home Warranty, who scheduled an appointment with a technician within 3 days. The technician came and I paid them their visit fee. The technician checked the microwave, took a couple of pictures inside and outside of it. The technician sent their report to CHW. Within 24 hours CHW sent me an email reading that they will pay partially $191 for a coupon at an appliance store to buy a brand new microwave. This is a very good service.

I made a reservation online and I got an email from Charlie after saying they have found the one company to come out and I was satisfied with the company who actually came out. I needed to use my warranty because my garage door opener went out and then two days later there was someone out and fixing the issue. Everything was actually up to my expectations and they are very prompt, they are efficient with finding someone.

Anytime I've had an issue in the past someone was assigned to come out to my home and their costumer service always resolved the issue quickly. So far every person I have talked to from Choice company they have been very helpful and polite when you speak on the phone and I know all that companies are not that way. Recently I woke up in the morning and the house was cold and they sent a technician over pretty fast. They found out the problem and within a week it was solved. They gave me a better deal.

I have needed to make a claim 3 times. One time, the customer service talked me out of it! Said she thought it was a plumbing problem and not my garbage disposal. So, I took her advice and had my husband check it. We were able to clear it ourselves!! She saved me the cost of 2 claims. Because, when the garbage disposal guy came, he would have said, it is a plumbing problem and you are going to have to put in another claim. When I had the other claims serviced, the guys I got were so professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and it was done well!

From the time I log in with an issue, within 24 hours the problem has been fixed. They send someone knowledgeable each time. They get the job done with 30 to 40 minutes. It is done well. I have confidence. I used it about a week ago for the garage door. It was not going down. The minute the repair main saw it, he recognized the problem and fixed it. Any repairman they’ve sent has been knowledgeable. I simply give them the service fee and it is done. They spend time to explain what is wrong and how they will fix it. They replaced the air conditioner.

I liked the way it sounded when they explained it all to me. I am older and I don’t have access to the computer and we can contact them over the phone and they send someone right away. They even follow through to make sure I am happy and satisfied with the person who did the work. I’ve only had good experiences. They came last week to fix the oven. It had gone out and they came the next day. There was some slow down for parts. One time I accidentally paid only 50 dollars instead of 85 and they didn’t stop the process. I paid the rest over the phone.

We had to have a plumber out not too long ago and he did an excellent job. He was good but I think he might have been in a hurry and and he didn't really diagnose the problem all the way so shortly after he left we called him back out and he immediately came out within thirty minutes and completed the job to satisfaction. Anytime we turned in a claim we had really and immediate response with a technician out within typically twenty four to forty eight hours.

The value and the service and the price are good so far. It is good service for a good value. I like that it is easy to go online to file a claim. You get an email back on where you are in the process. I used it last week for the washing machine. They ordered a part and the technician came out to install it. It was efficient. I am older retiree. I am trying to protect myself from major expenses. This will cover me. I had a major problem with my stove. It was sort of a unique problem. I get a response from Choice Home Warranty within a couple of days. They guy who came had quite a background. He was trained and worked on all appliances. He knew right away what to do. It was a special part which he luckily had in his truck. It was a quick repair. I think Choice Home Warranty is an easy company to work with. I think it is reasonably priced.

I’ve used it a few times, they have been very good at getting people out there though one time I had trouble and they followed up on it for me. A month ago I had problems with my fridge and it was sixty dollars to get it fixed. Everyone so far has been good at what they do. It is a good value.

My only real complaint is the length of time it took to get the the payments.They're very nice people that took care of me well. I just had to use it because my washing machine died and also the dryer. The guy came and he was able to fix the dryer. It was simple and but the washing machine had died so they gave me some money towards my next one. What they gave me wasn't enough to buy it outright but it paid about two thirds of it. They're very responsive. Good quality.

I've had two times to use this warranty and both times I was helped right away. The services provided took care of our needs. We did not have to wait for the service providers they came out right away and took care of the issues. the oven was fixed and ready to use within afew days waiting for the parts. On our plumbing they came out right away but we are still waiting for the issue to be approved to be fixed.

I have their home warranity for my protection if ever needed and yes, I needed them. They respond to me in less than 24 hrs and had someont to come see me in less than 36 hrs. I amiagine it is where you live that make a difference on that time. Well, I can tell you my problem was finalized in less than 72 hours after the tenichain left who was very knowledgeable and kind. Choice is just who they say they are and when I made my Choice I was finalized in 3 days.

I have had CHW since May of 2015. At first, it seemed they found a reason to not cover something. However, they have really changed since then and I have found them to be great. The technicians have improved too. I am very happy with them and will renew my multi-year policy next time it comes up. You get a better deal with a multi-year policy and one thing is for certain.... things always seem to break in a home. It is well worth the cost to me. They have covered so many things I didn't think would be covered!

At the time they had the best deal. I've had other home warranties and Choice is by far the best one I've had and I've had them the longest. There are no issues with them. They come in a timely manner and follow up. I don't have to wait in a long line online. They gave me all the information I needed. I have a recurring problem with my furnace and they sent out the best person and it has been working fine since then.

My sister recommended them to me. I used it for my ice maker. The repairman came and fixed it. He had to ordered the wrong part so it took a couple of days but he was knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative is they scheduled me for when I wasn't going to be here so I had to call and reschedule. They automatically schedule instead of us being able to pick a convenient time.

Fast service and good follow up. Home Warranty is a good choice for the money you pay up front. Sixty five dollars for professionals to come out to your house and diagnose what the problem is. Then the professional share the problem with Home Warranty. They coordinate if items are covered or not. Then let's the owner know how much you have to pay and what will be fixed or replaced.

Everytime I've needed to get in touch or get information or feedback it's been fairly easy. I had such a good experience. I used it this morning and it took actually a little longer than I had expected but I did get communication that told me that I could take a refund and find my own technician but I waited it out one more day and the technician was prompt and responsive and took care of the problem and was easy to work with.

When my furnace started acting up and was not keeping the house temperature the way it should be and so I called to have the furnace looked at. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem and worked as quick as they could in getting it resolved and the only delays were the two parts that they had to wait on. So far they've been a good company to have when you have things that break. So far everything just fine. There's only one time that there was an issue. Recently I had kitchen faucet changed and my dryer went out and they changed they fixed it and that was just this year. Last month and before that I had a hot water heater that went out and they replaced it with a new one. I had some AC worked also by a year or two years ago they also fixed that.

Just a couple weeks ago I needed plumbing, so I called them and they got me in touch with a plumber and he came out and was very courteous and he took care of everything. He told me he looked at it and told me what needed to be done and I told him okay and he went on it and it didn't take too long but he solved my problem. This is really simple.

The gentleman that came out he showed my husband how to wash out the outside unit so that it would not do that again. They were quick, No problems, they fixed the thing in there and I haven't had a problem with any of the contractors yet. I've had three or four calls starting with my pool and if they needed a part the parts came fast, the people came faster. I'm really happy, I used to have American home shield but I got rid of them because there was problems. I'm happy so far. I had a pool pump fail and they replaced it with a rebuilt works fine now. I paid sixty five dollars, that's all they charge me and it would have cost me a hundred to have the poor guy do it.

They sent a technician out he came and fixed the problem, we paid the 60 dollars and it works perfectly now and we're very pleased. The negative is that we had to pay over two thousand dollars to have our air conditioning fixed.

I keep renewing my membership. From our perspective we've been very pleased with everything that's been going on with choice. Every once in a while one of the service companies does not show up on time, however the majority of the time we spend very happy. They left me a message with the service that was coming, I contacted them and they were here in a timely manner, everything was handled extremely professionally. It's a really good warranty. One of my toilets was broken it took about three to four days for somebody to get here but once they got here they fixed it within about an hour and it's it's working great. Most of the time I would say that It's a bit difficult when I'm trying to get you know somebody to come out here and sometimes it's a little difficult to get somebody get the point making appointments through the customer service line.

We had an issue just last week with our furnace and I called late in the afternoon and there was someone here by ten o'clock the next morning. The person that they sent was extremely professional he came prepared with a mask and he knew exactly what the problem was and he took care of it immediately, he was very polite, he was actually neatly dressed, and he fixed It. Other than that there were a few people that came that we're not great but on the whole different.

They've always been really easy to work with. We made a claim I believe it was on a Friday and by the next week we had a technician out here. They found out that it needed to be replaced so they got the parts and the following Thursday they were here to install it and had it up and running that was within a week of filing the claim. The people that they use are quick and have been very professional and always they have also followed up after we had issues to make sure that it was heating and everything was working fine

Initially, the process was terrible!! Both one at CHW was willing to look at the attached emails, repeatedly stating the template had to filled out. The team.playe is not consumer friendly. It took 6 attempts to finally make it go thru!! I was so frustrated by the 4th day, stllino heat, no progress whatsoever with CHW. Expecting 20° weather in 2days, I just had the heating company and replace the part. Which they did the next say AND I had heat!! I paid out of pocket. Besides the fury of neither party willing to work together, what about the poor souls that honestly could not pay out of pocket!! That made me most furious with CHW, preferring policies over doing the right thing!! Surprisingly, I received a check for most of the cost. THANK YOU!! Your company has redeemed itself!!

They're pretty good. Two times now one was for a dryer parts. They ordered it fix it.They're working great. Just recently a week or so ago I had to fix my garage door. But there might be a problem. It's making a noise and it shouldn't make. That started a couple days after they installed it. They put in new springs so I don't know what's going on with that.

I'm really happy with the service. The washing machine that broke and they couldn't fix it. They thought it was one part, but it wasn't, and they ended up replacing it. They didn't give me the full amount to get a new machine, but it was enough that I could afford to put some more money with it to get a new machine and I really appreciated that. They were organized they came in with a mask on they had booties on. The service was just superb
