It’s very easy to use their website, it’s very user friendly. Each time we had to use choice warranty, they have been right there and get somebody out here and our problems are fixed. We had an issue with one of bathrooms and we called about on it a Sunday and Monday afternoon, somebody was here to fix it. Each time the vendors have been knowledgeable so I know it is quality.

They have gotten to where they don't repair or replace older items. They find some kind of reason to deny the claim. It is covered by a manufacture warranty which on an older item has expired or you don't have maintenance records over all the years or to install you have to meet new code so an additional charge for that or can't find matching part, so you have to pay for new part etc. Not like it used to be. My home is about 20 years old, so items are beginning to need replacement and as a single senior citizen I went with a home warranty so I would have to worry with shopping for replacement items and finding reliable service people that wouldn't take advantage of you, but that has changed.

Our realtor selected choice for us when we bought our house. We’ve used the warranty 3 times. The first time it was okay, it was for an issue with our garage door. The second time we used it, the company they assigned us never got back to us, which was a huge issue and they quickly changed it to a new company when I emailed them about it. The last time the person they sent us was just fine.

It's reasonably priced and I have no problems with them at this point. It did take me almost a month to get someone to fix the air conditioner but usually they get someone here right away. I can sympathize with their busy schedules but I was upset about it because I have health issues. They did a really good job with the dryer but it still had problems so I had to get it replaced.

I had a different company, I can’t remember the name, they could never find anybody that would come out and work on my dishwasher so it never got attended to and we had a leak that was ruining the hard wood. With choice, the gentleman came out to work on the hot water heater and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed it temporarily while we waited for parts.

I received 2 responses from Choice. I contacted both only one returned my call. My Combo Heater/AC was having trouble. It was overheating. A loose wire was found and fixed. This was in Feb. A few months later the unit frooze over then overheated. I made another call. This time the Large Heating Pads needed to be replaced and another part. Since this visit everything is running wonderfully and it is HOT out. Whew, glad that it got repaired. Thanky Choice Home Warranty.

They take care of any issue immediately. They are very professional. Prior to covered, you could call and somebody was on the phone right away and lately it has been taking a bit longer maybe because they do not have the staff. We’re still waiting for the stove to get fixed because of covered. Our refrigerator was fixed and we put in the claim the same day.

I needed to use the warranty on an electrical issue for our rental. The outlets were not working and that was dangerous. The serviceman came out and took care of it quickly. He was very knowledgeable and once he diagnosed the problem, he took care of it quickly. The only issue was there was a miscommunication where he was confused on the address so there was a bit of a delay.

I’ve never had any issues with anybody with Choice. They’re respectful to people and do their job quickly. They gave me $700 to help cover the cost of my AC that wan over thirty years old. That was really good and I wasn’t expecting to get that much. I think it is the best price, especially if you’re signing up for more than one year. They did a great job when I had a clog in my kitchen drain. I had appointment with a day after I contacted them.

Everyone we’ve done business with because of Choice has been knowledgeable and very reliable. They take us seriously and act promptly. They do the best job under he circumstances and age of the appliance. My 7 year old dishwasher failed to function and the parts were difficult to find but when they did, they came back and repaired it and it has been functioning very well every since.

I think it is a worthwhile service. I am glad I applied for and got it. It is one of those things I would suggest to anyone. My realtor told me about Choice. We looked at what was offered and it sounded reasonable. Every time I call them, we have been taken care of ASAP. We had a furnace problem and contacted the service agent and they came out and told us what needed to be done and there was only one little item that wasn’t covered under the warranty but they took care of the issue right away. That company never came so they dispatched another.

It’s really inexpensive with the amount we’re paying instead of having to pay the full money up front. My tub overflowed and went down into my ceiling and I had a plumber come out promptly. The last time we used it was just a week or so ago. Our stove stopped working and we were able to schedule something within two days to get that repaired and we were back in business. They're very prompt. They follow through with making sure that the technicians that they send out have done a good job with the surveys for me to rate the technician that they had sent out. They've gotten back to us very quickly. Overall we've had some really good success with them.

They've always been there when I called them and they're fast and efficient. I had a refrigerator making a stragne noise and they sent someone out. They decided it needed some kind of board in the back. They ordered that and when it came in they came and put it right in and fixed it for me. They did a pretty good job on the customer service, just a little hard to figure out at first because it's all online. As soon as we moved into the house, the kitchen faucet only had hot water. We figured out how to put in an order online and they sent the plumber. They fixed everything and was really good once I got the order in. They provide me quality service.

They came out and took care of the job, no questions asked. The problem is gone and I don't have that issue anymore. I had water coming from somewhere out of a pipe to the outside of my house. They said they'd have to send someone to find out whether they could cover it or not. The guy came out from one of their contract companies and he looked at the pipe and said it was the water heater. He came in and in five minutes he had switched out the pressure release valve and the problem was solved. He knew what he was doing and got the problem taken care of. They've very helpful.

Within 24 hours, Ive already had a techniian scheduled an appointment and usually within 24 hours they're here. So just quick prompt service. I had a problem with the refrigerator. They replaced some electronics in the panel and replaced parts in the freezer. Both times they needed to order the parts and come back and put in the parts, which they did very promptly. They've always covered whatever problems I've had.

I had a clothes dryer that stopped spinning. We called them and within 24 hours they had someone out there to check it out. We had to wait to get parts but that was repaired efficiently and was a good experience. I had water damage in my house and they came out and sent the plumber out. The plumber came nad they didn't want to pay because the way it was worded in the policy. I had to pay for it upfront but then they sent me a check, minus the fee that I had to end up paying twice, but I was okay with that. Good customer service. They were efficient and handled everything in a timely manner. I had an issue with the ice maker on my refrigerator. The gentleman came and repaired it and he did it very efficiently and everything was taken care of. I paid him my $85 and he went on his way. I was not able to get anyone from Choice on the phone, but I did use their website and was contacted within 24 hours and they had somebody here the next day, so they're very good.

They've fixed every problem I've ever had and they work hard to find a craftsman that will do it. They've taken good care of me. Overall we're happy. Everybody's polite and helpful. We had a link in our wall from a pipe that was behind the wall. We called and they set up an appointment. Somebody came out pretty quickly and got if fixed and pretty much everything was all worked out. And then recently we had a similar issue with the garage door, just trouble opening and closing. Went online and set up an appointment. Somebody came right out and everybody got paid real easy, not real issues.

I've had this Choice Home Warranty for a little over two years. When I finally needed to use it when the temperature in Phoenix rose above a hundred degrees and my air conditioner column brok. Since I hadn't used it in a long time, I had trouble finding mydocumetation. I called online and turned in the claim at ten at night. The next morning I had an email and by 9:30 air conditioning people came out and corrected my problem to my satisfaction.

The quality is just great. Their service people are very respectful and professional. The first time I had to call in, my garage door opener wasn't working. They came out the very next day and told me that they couldn't fix it and they'd have to replace the garage door opener. So they had to order it and so I had to wait a couple of days and then he came out and installed it and that was that.

I got a notice that I made a payment and evidently had the warranty for a year. He was very helpful about it and got back to me very quickly and then I made a claim with them and had a very positive experience with that claim. I had an issue with my AC unit. The gentleman came out and put sealant in it. Hewas extremely honest and fair and saved me from having to replace my AC unit so I'm very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anybody who has the opportunity to purchase a home warranty.

Every time I've submitted a claim, Choice Home Warranty has gotten back to me within the next day. It's all a very quick process. When I first moved into my house, my furnace went out. I had no idea how to fix it or where to start so I contacted Choice Home Warranty and they took care of me quickly and got me back up and running iwthin the next couple of days so that was awesome. They're fast and very understanding and helpful. I also like the service that they provide on the internet. If I don't have time to call, I could just submit a claim online and they're just as fast.

Customer service answers quickly and they take care of the claims quickly. My garage door went out, I couldn't use it, it wouldn't pull the garage door open. I called them and the next day a garage door company called me and set an appointment for the next day. They came out and look at it and they had to order a garage door opener and a couple days later I had it fixed.

They've always been very prompt answering and getting a service person out here right away. Most recently I had my garbage disposal quit and the repairman came in the next day and repaired it because he said he really got to replace them and he was going to check with Choice to see if they would cover replacement. And they did and he gave me a choice of a basic one which they would pay for or I could get an upgraded one for an extra two hundred and fifty dollars so I chose the basic one and he put it in.

Once I called and told them my problem, they acted on it immediately. I had a problem with the door to the dishwasher and he fixed that immediately. I also had a problem, I have a bed that is motorized and the motor vibrates for comfort and that part was not working. So they had sent somebody out to take care of that also. They are prompt in what they do. Sometimes things can be resolved, other times they cannot, but I don't think it has anything to do with home warranty when you are unable to resolve a situation.

I've got a roof leak. Extra payment on it. I call customer support to complain and they said you don't have that option. Yes I do, I pay for it. And then he says yes you do but it's a note from Phil so you need to get a hold of him so we can update our files. I've called him for two weeks, still can't get ahold of him. I'm not too happy about paying for something that I can't get a response on. I did have a previous claim. Our refrigerator went out and it was handled very good, professionally. Here really quickly fixed. The people that did it were very professional.

When you put in a call or a ticket or a problem with your service, they immediately take the information and have it expedited. Sometimes less than thirty minutes. That's top of the line for me so they are extremely fast and the turn around time for the provider to come out is excellent. They sent professional, experienced technicians to your home who maintain very good report with explaining and making sure that the work is completed appropriately on a one-time call.

They've been really good. I had an issue with one of the people they sent out. They made the situation right very quickly. I've only used them twice. The first time the people they sent out were very disrespectful, ended up cussing me out over the phone, and when I called they sent someone else out and took care of the issue right away instead of trying to lie to us like the first people did. And then the second time I used it they sent someone out and he came out to fix the problem without issue.

I've only had to use them one time since I bought the coverage. I had a water heater that kept popping or tripping and I had to resetit and it would trip again. They sent a guy out within a couple of days and he put two new elements in and a new thermostat and got it going again. The guy was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual and did a good job.

I had a clogged sink and they sent over a plumber. Choice took care of everything over the phone and had very good customer service. I only paid $65 and I guess they paid the rest. I'm pleased with how responsive they've been every time I have a call. I've had it for 6 years and they've dropped the price for me. I've never had a bad experience with them.

After I renewed my contract, I asked the young man who helped me, I believe his name was Brent, if he could send me a receipt via email what his particulars for keeping in touch with him if I needed him. He said he would do that and that never happened. The washing machine would not spin so I called Choice Warranty. They sent a repair man out I think two days later he fixed it. I paid my copay and everything has been fine every since.

I used it in the first year on air conditioning issues and everything was resolved and we renewed for second year. In January or February, came home and had a spring break on my garage door and it was comforting to know that we got a phone call. It was very easy to get a claim online. I had a response; whoever the local repair person was had reached out and we have set an appointment within probably the first two hours. They are a customer service oriented company.

I've had several different claims and every time I call, my issues are dealth with. Last year I had a plumbing issue and they sent that gentleman out that day and very professional. He called me fifteen minutes before he headed my way plus I already had two different messages from Choice Home that they've been contacted or when they would be there. Honestly I was expecting them to say that's not covered but they said no problem somebody will contact you within twenty four hours. They came the next day and it was just forty five dollars. Choice customer service has been great. Everytime I call choice they are friendly and happy to help but the last service tech they sent out did not communicate and was rude. We had our furnace go out and it was 20 degrees so we called choice. They sent a guy out to evaluate it and he waited 29 hours before sending paperwork in to choice. They approved it immediately. He then waited another 2 days before coming out and fixing it. So we were without heat for 3 days. It only cost us $45 so we saved money in the end but the technician was not prompt or polite so we did complain to choice about that.

They are prompt with responding and getting any appointments schedule. I needed an electrician for a light fixture that wasn't working. I called it in and had an appointment scheduled within 24 hours. I would like them to read reviews on the companies that they select before they referred them. Sometimes the reviews are not positive for the providers they use.
