Customer support whas answered all my questions and everything's gone well so far. They're still working on that but they were very helpful because it gave me an option of hiring somebody myself or letting them choose. They couldn't find anybody so I found a local person that could do the repair. We're using it right now. We just had it happen last on the 27th of August The air conditioner went out and so far they're still working on it. It's not done yet, but so far it looks like they're doing a great job. They've answered all my questions and they're very timely on what they're doing.

My very old hot water heater developed a leak and I called Choice Home Warranty. A plumber was dispatched right away. I was expecting to get a reduced payment based on the age of the unit. Instead I got a message that a new water had been ordered at no more cost to me.. Plumbers charges andwater heaters like my 50 gallon unit are not cheap and the replacement unit was an updated model. My only cost was the standard $65 service call fee This was way better than I expected.

Choice is a good company. I have been recommending them to my friends and family. Anytime I call, they are always there to do what needs to be done. About three or four weeks ago my ac broke down and they were able to send me a technician. He told me it was the condenser and I had to wait about two weeks for it to get fixed for the order to come in. As soon as it came, they fixed it. It was unfortunate that I had to pay out of pocket but I am glad they fixed the issue. The technicians are very professional and do the work.

After speaking with the representative that kept calling me, I saw the cost savings from Choice Home Warranty. Choice Home Warranty is always answering their phones and are pretty responsive but their contractors are not as good. When I had an issue with the refrigerator, the person never came and when I reached out myself, he never responded. The person who came out for my garage door was very helpful though.

Coverage is good. The fee for each service is good. When I call or go online for a service request, I very quickly get an idea when the technician will be here. The technician that fixed my air conditioner was very goof. Most of the calls have been taken care of by highly qualified technicians. Most of them put their mask on and wear shoe coverings. They are respectful. I feel confident with Choice.

Broad spectrum of available coverages for varying homeowners needs. We had one incident where our washing machine went out on a holiday weekend and Choice was very prompt in assigning a local vendor who also responded quickly and was very courteous, friendly, professional and we will use in the future when a need arises. We were very impressed with the technicians that they sent out. The plumber yesterday got it all taken care of. We are also happy with the technician that came about our AC that was not working. We should get our new unit soon. Please make sure the technician can get your go ahead and get it done before it gets hot again. I have cancer and need the AC.

CHW responded within minutesto my online request. CHW's email had the information of the service company that would repair my garage door. D. L. Door Co. contacted me within an hour and set up an appointment for the next day. My garage door is functions perfectly. This is my first experience with CHW and their response was brilliant! This is not my first home warranty provider that I have used. My previous home warranty service company failed miserably. I'm off to a good start with CHW!

Great, reputable company, I feel like everything is covered and the rates are reasonable. When my AC was blowing out warm air, they were able to get someone out in the next 48 hours. I put a claim in the automated system and within five minutes they sent me an email with the name of the company that would be coming out and the time they would be there.

Speed of response to claims, speed of response to technicians work and/or parts needed requests, speed in finding another service company when the original assignee failed to perform. Would have been a 5 star except for the fact that when a company failed to perform, the customer had to pay another service fee charge for the new company. No information as to penalty for the nonperforming company. When customer provides detailed response to CHW about technician problems, response from CHW routinely fails to address the problem issues at all. But, CHW did select a replacement company that was absolutely first rate!

Choice Home Warranty was extremely prompt in response to my air conditioner service, so I guess I'm really rating the repairman they sent to my home. He was several hours late on the day of appointment and did not call to keep us informed. I had to call him. He finally showed up hours later and took the air conditioner motor and the squirrel cage and said he would be back the next day with a new motor. He did not return until 3 days later and was again about 6 hours later than scheduled appointment. My husband has asthma among other illnesses and the heat was unbearable! Maybe Choice Home Warranty needs to choose the repairman that represent them more carefully. This one brought his 2 or 3 year old child with him to fix my air! And he lost 2 of the screws to my indoor unit, but told my husband that all the screws were put back in. He didn't know he was seen dropping the screws and looking for them, but not finding them. Now we have to finish putting our cover back together as it should be. How professional is that?

At the very beginning of the pandemic the. A/C with out. They measured the area, even placed the condenser outside. It then took several trips back to my house. Several ending with got the wrong part, or I just realized this wooden beam needs to be cut. We can't do it you have to call a carpenter. Then we're short staff due illness. I understand most of their excuses were valid. But since it took so very long approximately 2 1/2 months for me to get any kind of air in the dead heat of the summer. A reduction on their co-pay should've been offered for the inconvenience. Even when I asked if I could get something taken off the bill since it took almost 3 months they said no. I think there should've been some kind of goodwil

Choice always comes through for me whenever I file a claim. They are very reliable and have fast service. They have the technicians reply quickly and it's satisfying to know that you can count on them when you need them. My realtor recommended going with Choice Home Warranty. I am glad I did because every time I call them, they give me a response within 24 hours and someone is at my house within 48 hours to fix the problem I have. This was the case when my AC unit didn't work and they came to fix it within 2 days. All I had to do was pay the $65 service fee! They always come in and do the job quickly so it doesn't take a lot of your time.

Our friends recommended us to Choice Home Warranty, so we signed up! Customer service responded quickly and whenever we had minor problems, they resolved them in no time. We used our warranty when the motor went out in the furnace. I called Choice and the following day someone came out, took measurements, and had a motor in there up and running the day after that. I was so pleased and they even took off their shoes before coming in my house, not leaving a mess. The people they send are always respectful to my home and do an excellent job.

Choice is the best fit for us. They always try to help me out even when they don’t know what I am talking about, they try to figure it out for me. I had a problem with my GSI and I said the wrong thing. I said it was something with my garage and I needed an electrical person but he noticed something was wrong with my garage door and he fixed that which was awesome because I was going to have to pay him any because he came out. The people that come out know their contract work and we are satisfied with them. It is very cost effective.

The first time we called, it was the dishwasher. It had water in the bottom of the dishwasher and he came out and discovered that the garbage disposal had a loose connection and was causing the dishwasher not to drain properly. He diagnosed it within fifteen to thirty minutes and was gone within an hour so he was prompt. He was courteous and he was very knowledgeable.

They've met all my needs, they take care of all my issues. I have something pending right now--the dishwasher was broken and someone came out to fix it but they said they needed the parts. But then it's been two weeks without and hearing from the company or anything, so we called back Choice Home Warranty about it and they took care of that situation and they called us and said they're gonna replace the dishwasher and they're supposed to give us a gift card for so much money to replace it.

They responded to me immediately they sent somebody over I believe the day after my complaint and that person diagnose the problem unfortunately he diagnosed it improperly. They sent a second technician over for it's a different problem which didn't exist. So electric and had to come back a second time to fix the problem. I'm not too happy with that. I ended up having to pay twice for the same repair.

They answered all my questions they actually provided a lot of what I needed I was sort of like a one stop shop I didn't really have to go looking around for any supplemental coverage for anything and when I spoke to them they actually provided me an offer for a three year service I got the contract. This last experience, we had a failure on our electric stove in the kitchen we called in the claim and within an hour so we got the call from the service provider. The actual service technician was going to come out that was really a good response. The individual did come, he was very thorough, and did a great diagnosis then really found the root cause of the problem, and he put in the follow-up paperwork to get the right replacement all in all it was really well done and very professional.

I think homeowners should have warranties like this, because even though I can DIY a lot of stuff, every homeowner should have it because you don't know when something's going to happen. As a matter of fact, the first time I used it, my dryer broke--the motor went out--and I called Choice. They sent the guys out, they fixed it, they answered all my questions, and they left. The service is good, I used it within the last month. I had kitchen stove knobs sticking on and they wouldn't turn off completely, and the guy came out and checked them out. He said what they needed, turned it into Choice Home Warranty, and it was approved that very same day. Of course a snowstorm hit, so he didn't get to come back for a couple of weeks, but it's now been fixed and everybody's happy.

It's the second year I've had the warranty and I've only had to use it twice. I had one not-so-good experience and one great experience so that's I'll keep it for another year and hopefully everything works out like the second time. The first time I needed to use it was for an electrical problem, and I waited three days and they never contacted me. They said they couldn't find anybody, and that's why I got kind of discouraged with it but then I ended up fixing the problem myself. The second time, I had a problem with my heat pump, and when I reported it, somebody contacted me the same day and had a contractor call me to set up an appointment for the next day. The service was top notch--they were right on the ball--and I was satisfied that time because they had somebody come the next day.

Great value, great company. They really care about their customers and they handled my problems very fast. After the big freeze we had in Texas, my heat pump went out, and it turned out to be my thermostat. The tech they sent arrived and within fifteen minutes of looking, knew exactly what was wrong and replaced it. It's hard to get through on the phone, and I almost always have to reschedule with the provider. Recently, my garbage disposal stopped working. I put in a claim on your website and I was scheduled for a visit ten days after I put in my claim to say something was broken. I called the provider and I got a visit scheduled for two days instead of ten days. They came at the beginning of the time window--I was very happy I didn't have to wait around for them for hours--and they quickly and efficiently fixed the disposal. I had already given them my card so I didn't have to wait for anyone to go out in the van and clear the card so I'm very happy.

They come out when you call, they send someone right away, it doesn't take forever, and it was so good that I that I've recommended it to one of my relatives and they have Choice now as well. Also, it's not that expensive. Last time I used it, there was this banging noise--the toilet was acting up--and they came in and and fixed whatever it was in the toilet, it was great, it was quick, and they had the mask on and everything. It was just great.

The price was cheaper than most home warranties and it had good reviews. Choice Home Warranty has been great, they've always been there every time I've needed something. It's very easy to get things done and to get someone to come out. Choice Home Warranty approves most of the claims--I've never had any claim denied. It was very easy to get in touch with somebody before the pandemic, which made it harder to get in touch with somebody, but now it is getting back to normal.

It's just a very good experience with Choice Home Warranty. I had one opportunity to call them a couple weeks ago about my dryer and during that call, it was easy to get an assignment done with the contractor. He was here the next day and fixed the dryer at that time. With the other company I was with before, that same item would be five or six day turn-around. I was also able to include my pool in my warranty for a cheaper rate than what I was paying with the previous company for twelve years.

I purchased the three year deal which I thought was a good value. We've used the warranty twice. Our disposal had a leaking issue and they sent a wonderful serviceman out to fix it. They always send out very qualified workers in response to your claims. One thing that is a little disconcerting is when you read the fine print on the contract there are a lot of ways they can get out of covering things you need fixed.

I switched to Choice because my previous home warranty company was too expensive and they didn't cover everything that Choice covers. I've never had trouble talking to people in customer service. They are extremely nice and make sure things are taken care of. My washer needed fixing and they sent someone out to fix it. The man came out and was very fast and kept everything clean when he left. Every time I call they seem to raise their copay, so I wish they would stop doing that.

When you have something break, you get a hold of someone on the phone and they make the appointment for you. Then they send a qualified person out to fix it. I've used the warranty twice for my dishwasher and refrigerator. They quickly repaired them and it was excellent. Overall, they accommodate you quickly and make sure they send out qualified people to fix things in your home.

Choice Home Warranty was included in our mortgage deal when we closed on our house. This company has been very responsive and has gotten our service set up quickly. They have been very clear on the explanation of benefits so we know exactly what to expect. We had to use our warranty recently for some issues with our heating and cooling system. We were able to get someone out here to fix it within the next couple of days. They came prepared and gave us suggestions on how to keep it running smoothly. I was happy with the timely manner they fixed it in.

I used my home warranty to fix a heating issue and the vendor who took my claim was not able to fix it the same even because he needed to pick up a part the next day. He came back when I was home and the finx it the next day. guess what the heat was running at 80 and would not turn move from 80 even when you turn it to 69. i call him back and figure why it was doing so. he was good and i would want to use this vendor again if anything happen to my heating system. I brought a three years warranty for my daughter home as a home warming present. i would do it again in a heart beat.

I think their prices are fair and reasonable and I went with them because I figured that was a better buy from me. Customer support is courteous and kind and all of my problems have been solved. I had a pool leak and they came out and remedy the situation, the contractor came out and did the work. I would certainly recommend choice because I haven't had so far it's been a great experience with them.

I like having Choice Home Warranty because they provide me peace of mind in case there are any problems. They usually respond in the customer service department when I call. They get the things done that I need and provide good service. My heating system wasn't working and it was very cold. I called them, adn the next day they were here and solved the problem.
