They were cheaper then other companies but to get a human represantative to talk about a problem is practically impossible. You get to talk to the machine and the machine doesn’t understand you often. Service is not good

Cause I had speed services LLC come out to serviced my dryer the dryer needed a part never came back out to fix it, home choice warranty close out my service, I guess they thought that the dryer was fix, any other time home choice send out email telling you that your part is in that speed services will send you out text telling you what time and date they will be out, nothing was done on either part

Their sales pitch was great. However, when it came to replacing a defective microwave, their financial offer was not enough to cover delivery and installation. I also prepaid for 3years with an additional 6 months free. I was approximately 18 months into the contract when my problem occurred. I requested cancelation and refund oh the unused portion of the contract. That should have been almost 2 years left. Their offer was far less. Stay away from this group. I

I did it because I thought they would be fix things, but they are not very prompt on getting people here and then they have a dishwasher. That’s only basically one and a half year-old but they wanna give me 1/4 of what the price cost new because it’s been fixed once already I’m guessing, but they’re just everything you have to. Do you have to fight for.

Worse experience ever…still have a refrigerator repair pending, now almost 30 days, have talked directly with numerous representatives, hanging up on technicalities on provided manufacture’s documentation 😩☹️😡 Have had home warranties on our homes for many years, almost 6yes with CHW. They sold me a 3 year policy to cover roof plumbing stopages etc. I had a roof leak and they said they do not cover tile roofs. Almost all roofs in Las Vegas are tile and they know this when they sell you the policy. Then I had a plumbing stoppage and they denied the claim saying it stop due to old build up of calcium. Apparently they do everything to avoid coverage!! I suggest trying American Home shield or other companies that cover issues like these.

We’re very disappointed, we used your company for 3 years and also I’m a real estate broker and my company has been referring all our clients to Choice home warranty. We had our wall oven broiler go out and their were no parts available for repairing it, your company only offered $891 to replace a comparable oven that was $1400, I don’t believe we’ll be referring your company anymore. The first claim I put in, they are not working with me about my washing machine knocking. I have the top tier plan and I was told to basically lie and say it was not working at all, I’m not a liar but obviously they don’t mind promising you everything when they are trying to get your business. I have only been able to contact the technician but his hands is tied. I’ve emailed the company and have not gotten a response and it’s been about a week.

While the plumber did a good job fixing the pipe, they left holes in my wall and refused to cover repairs. They said they would give me half back like they were doing me a favor. They are also the ones that told me to get my own contractor because they couldn't find one. Nothing was ever done. Refiled a claim and another company wanted to come and diagnose my problem. Told them that it was already diagnosed. I called choice and canceled my warranty...

I filed a claim on a thermostat, they found service technician and the deductible was supposed to be $75 they told me to pay him and they charged me 75 plus tax. Also they would not cover the thermostat that the technician said was not working like it should.

They partner with vendors that don’t follow up on their work orders. They ask you to get the parts from your appliance vendor if it’s under a manufacturer’s warranty knowing the vendor won’t send you the parts. They will try to get out of fixing an issue if they feel it happened before you got coverage; when there is no real way to tell.

The repair man to my home to look at my washer. He was here for approximately 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, but he has not returned to install the parts that he ordered. I found that I could order the parts on Amazon and have them in two days. It has been almost 2 weeks. since he was here. No phone call no nothing. But he made sure that he got his $85 which he repeatedly told me I had to pay at the first visit.
