They're very good company and I'm really happy I have them. Every time I've had a problem they acted immediately and they were able to send me somebody to repair anything that was damaged. I had a problem with my plumbing, they fixed that. I had problems with my refrigerator, they fixed that. It's been multiple times that I've used them and they were just wonderful. They are a really good company and they are always the very compliant, they do exactly what they say they're going to do. I'm gonna probably use it again the coming year.

I did an online claim and I didn't I didn't realize I needed to add both on my toilet and when I went back to cancel and then resubmit I talked to someone at customer service and it was great and they still came out within the original time frame. As a first time user it was just good service, honestly, because I'm not one to change a lot. Customer service was excellent.

So far they've been a good company to have when you have things that break. So far everything just fine. There's only one time that there was an issue. Recently I had kitchen faucet changed and my dryer went out and they changed they fixed it and that was just this year. Last month and before that I had a hot water heater that went out and they replaced it with a new one. I had some AC worked also by a year or two years ago they also fixed that.

I've been with them for five years now and I am happy with the service. They did well getting my AC checked over. The service man knew what he was doing. I appreciate they asked what the problem was. The first time I called, it took a while to get service, it took about three weeks, but I was very satisfied with the work. I am happy with everything right now.

Competitive price and persistent marketing got me started with them. They are efficient and effective. I am happy with them. If anything breaks, there is a person to call. My dishwasher stopped working prior to Christmas and I was anticipating having a large number of people at my house for Christmas and they got it working in time. They responded the same day I called. They made the assessment the same day and gave me a time frame and kept their promises. They fixed what they were supposed to fix.

American Home Shield sucks. I am very happy with Choice Home Warranty. I like their response time. They are very nice in their approach towards their customers. I called about the heater and the next thing I knew, I was getting a call from a contractor. He came out and fixed it. It was easy as pie. I have liked the people I have encountered so far. Initially, the process was terrible!! Both one at CHW was willing to look at the attached emails, repeatedly stating the template had to filled out. The team.playe is not consumer friendly. It took 6 attempts to finally make it go thru!! I was so frustrated by the 4th day, stllino heat, no progress whatsoever with CHW. Expecting 20° weather in 2days, I just had the heating company and replace the part. Which they did the next say AND I had heat!! I paid out of pocket. Besides the fury of neither party willing to work together, what about the poor souls that honestly could not pay out of pocket!! That made me most furious with CHW, preferring policies over doing the right thing!! Surprisingly, I received a check for most of the cost. THANK YOU!! Your company has redeemed itself!!

So far everything I've had an issue with in my home has been handled smoothly by Choice Home Warranty. It has been a very positive experience. I expect it will continue that way. If there is something I have a question about or don't understand, they explain it to me no matter what. The process is really easy. I once had to get my own service provider but they reimbursed me for it.

They're pretty good. Two times now one was for a dryer parts. They ordered it fix it.They're working great. Just recently a week or so ago I had to fix my garage door. But there might be a problem. It's making a noise and it shouldn't make. That started a couple days after they installed it. They put in new springs so I don't know what's going on with that.

I'm really happy with the service. The washing machine that broke and they couldn't fix it. They thought it was one part, but it wasn't, and they ended up replacing it. They didn't give me the full amount to get a new machine, but it was enough that I could afford to put some more money with it to get a new machine and I really appreciated that. They were organized they came in with a mask on they had booties on. The service was just superb

I had a water leaking in my kitchen and then in my bathroom, they sent a plumber out and he took care of it. Just couple weeks ago I had my microwave aspect in the back and I could smell something burning and there was flame in my microwave and I'm still waiting to get that taken care of and have an appointment actually on Friday to talk to someone about taking care of that. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

My realtor recommended Choice to us when moved in three years ago. All the technicians they send have really good reviews. I also look before they come. The warranty is very good. It covers everything we want covered. We are retirees in our sixties so it gives us extra security. The last time we used was because the furnace wasn't working. They came the next morning after I put in a claim. They had to order a part and somehow it was messed up we had to wait a week. It wasn't really anyone's fault. A real person answers when you call on the phone. They have support online as well.

I found Choice Home Warranty through an internet search after BFS abruptly left the area where I am located with no notice. They are an excellent company and respond quickly with qualified personnel. I have a refrigerator in good condition that is 20 years old. When the compressor went out, they did not offer me some small sum to replace it. They paid a technician to come out and replace the compressor. The refrigerator works like it is new.

Easy to file claim, fast response to the claim and assigning a knowledgable technician. Technician came, found the problem with our microwave. Received approval from Choice, came back and fixed the issue. He found a secondary issue with the Built in microwave, he had the part available in his truck. in less than half an hour later our microwave was in perfect working condition.

Quick solutions to the problem. Two weeks ago I had to use it twice. One for the microwave, it could not be sent so they they are going to send me gift cards. Then my washing machine they changed two days later. Almost everything is automated so there is no need to talk to anyone before everything happens. Someone who does not agree with the assessment will take a long time to resolve.

They're always there for you. I can call them and they get back to me they're prompt. I used my warranty for a plumbing proble and I had four different occasions with problems. My garage door opener stopped working and we called them and they had somebody contact me. We made an appointment, they came out to repair the opener, got it to go up and down and left and told me that I had thirty days and if it didn't work to call them back. They left me a business card with information with the phone number and sure enough two days later it wouldn't go up and down, so I had them to come back they had to replace the door opener they said it wouldn't work. We've had to call Choice three times and twice they have gotten contractors out here to look at and take care of the problem but once they couldn't and we had to go elsewhere to get work done. I was real pleased with the first gentleman that came out to work on oven because he was from a certified contractor. The folks that came out and do my garage door were as far as I can find out were not certified, he didn't have the name of the company on the vehicle and that was a little disappointing.

They respond immediately, they get you to the right people you need and they set up the appointment very quickly. The last time the last time I used the warranty was for the disposal of the dishwasher and they set it up within twenty four hours, they gave me a claim number when twenty four hours. For the most part it's been good, but there are people that come out to our house but don't see my error really qualified to see some of the jobs. We've actually had one instance where someone came out and they said they couldn't do it and dropped so we had to pay the sixty five dollar service fee and then they had they closed our claim and then I had to file a new claim for the same problem to get someone else to come out and I had to pay another sixty five dollars. We've had a couple of instances with the air conditioning and someone came out but they didn't have the ladder so they laughed and they have to reassign it to someone else.

I'm happy with the service I'm getting. The people that I've dealt with so far have been extremely knowledgeable and professional and reliable. Just a couple of weeks ago my garbage disposal quit working and so I called and I think it was either the next day or the day after that that I heard from the local plumber and made arrangements for him to come out and he came out and replaced the garbage disposa. He wasn't even here for more than thirty minutes. I got immediate response to my request and that's very important and everybody that I dealt with was very professional and kind.

I was unhappy with my other service and my friend referred me to them. I’ve only used them when my kitchen faucet came loose and was leaking. I tried to fix it but I was unsuccessful. My most recent call took a little longer to reach a repairman but I was advised it would take longer because of my remote location and the availability of the contractor. The contractor that Choice sent out was very very very responsive. He offered to come earlier than when I was supposed to have my meeting with him. When he came he was very cordial, gave us his phone number if anything else went wrong, and gave me a call back. We were happy. I have not had any major experience with them and only used them that once. The garbage disposal had stopped working and the contractor came out the same day and fixed it within five minutes no problem.

They are very thorough in giving you the estimate of what they'll cover and they stand behind what they say they'll cover. I highly recommend them and I'm probably gonna stay with them as long as I own this house. Customer service is great, there is only a few moments where there was a little bit lack of support or communication with one of my issues. Recently my pool pump went out and they immediately dispatched somebody out and they took care of the problem.

When I purchased a home, I wanted to make sure all the appliances were taken care of, that someone would take care of me. The guy that came was very professional. He 100 percent cleaned the area. All my questions were answered. I did have a hard time getting the gentleman in customer service to understand me. I don't know if there was a language barrier. I went online signed up and immediately somebody called me, so it was great that they came out and they fixed the garbage disposal. Usually I don't have to call but when I do call they respond right away. Our clothes dryer was not heating up correctly so I filed a claim and the next day the technician came over and he said he had ordered some parts and he'd be back in like a day or two he came back in a day or two just like he said and replaced the parts and everything worked out fine. The cost for the year is very reasonable and I think it's a good value, the only thing that I would like to be able to do is call my own technician. If I've ever needed to call had a question or concern my call was directed to the right person and they were able to answer the question or resolve the issue that I had. Just recently I needed to use the home warranty for an air conditioning issue. The company came out and he ordered the replacement part. We are still waiting for him to received that replacement part to come back and finalized the the issue.

Choice Home Warranty has a fast and efficient claims service that is easy to maneuver. In addition, I have always found the repair people they have sent to fix the appliances and home systems to be skilled, honest, and respectful. My only reservation is that when you have an item they deem to be not worth the cost of repairing, they will offer you an amount to go towards the purchase of a new appliance. The amount the offer is “take it or leave it” non-negotiable. When they wouldn't pay to fix our washing machine, we took what they offered because we thought it was better than nothing. You are kind of caught over a barrel when your appliances go kaput.

Came out to look. Got perceptions on the issue and what tools would be needed and what had to be done. Came back the next day and did an excellent job. My AC is now working! I had to pay a higher service visit fee than my friend that referred Choice Home Warranty to me. I logged into it thinking that I would be paying less, but to be fair the agent did tell me that it's going to be a higher price, so I signed up lately. When I had to call, the service was perfect and I didn't have to call in again, so I'm happy so far. I had to use my warranty for when my AC broke down and then my microwave had to get repaired and the technician was able to comeback with in forty eight hours. My experience has been good. Filing a claim has been pretty easy and the service is on time.

To be honest with you originally last April when we had the pandemic. We had a major issue where there was a backup in the basement and I was trying to contact the company and I wasn't able to. I was a little upset and my wife just got out of the hospital we had a major issue with the backup and they told me they had instructions on the internet due to the pandemic. There was a backlog of calls if you have an issue please complete the form on the internet and some of them so I was upset because at that time you want to just get the problem resolved and you don't feel like filling out the form and so I contacted my own company paid the 300 dollars to have it done and that that's at that time I was ready to just drop Choice Home Warranty. Well I did contact the company a couple months later and they felt bad, they were pretty good customer service, so what she did was she reduced the amount of money that I would have to pay down to like 65 dollars. Then I had to use it because we had an issue with our refrigerator and the representative the repairman that they sent he was excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations. Both my wife and myself are elderly and there are things we can't do disabled and he helped us out. The guy was really good, Jeffrey, as repair service excellent, excellent person good personality and he did an excellent job too. It was a relief that he gave me an appointment for the following day. I was very satisfied with the work he did.

Filed first claim promptly responded. Only thing I do not like and did not see anywhere to provide feedback. When warranty is about to expire the overwhelm calls from sales team can be quit annoying. Understand trying to make sure renewal is done before expired. I repeated myself stating I am working with a rep. My words were left unheard. Calls everyday. Wish notes could be put in the system based on what the client request.

Had a busted valve on my shower, couldn’t turn the water off. This was a little after midnight. I was able to contact a rep to request immediately, she was polite and professional. Price is a very reasonable monthly fee for the services. They respond in a timely manner. You know exactly who is coming to your house. I feel comfortable with it. The last time I used it was three weeks ago and my Air Conditioning wasn't working. It was on the weekend so I had to wait until the Monday for the claim to be approved. The came on Tuesday. I was really satisfied.

Anytime we have issues they get resolved quickly without without any hassles or anything. We just repeated again for another six years. We are happy with the service. Not long ago we had to fix the garage door and they had someone out within two and a half days to fix it. No issues with the warranty, everything went well.
