I had a great experience with the service. They were always courteous and responsive to my calls. I was impressed when they sent someone out on a holiday to fix my air conditioner. Although I had some initial concerns about the company they used, they resolved my issue quickly and allowed me to choose another company. Overall, I was satisfied with the prompt service.

I had a positive experience with my claims reporting; they handled it promptly and contacted me quickly. I had some issues with my air conditioning and refrigerator not cooling, but they sent someone out right away to address the problems. Initially, the refrigerator issue wasn't fully resolved, but they followed up, and now everything is working well.

I had mixed experiences with Home Choice Warranty. While I appreciate their quick response when my AC had issues, I dislike the lack of direct communication with a person, especially in emergencies. Waiting for service can be tough in Florida's heat. However, the technician who fixed my toilet was knowledgeable and resolved the problem effectively. Overall, I value their promptness but wish for better customer support.

I've had some experience with customer support since joining in June. I filed a claim and everything went fine, which I consider a good sign. I also had an issue with my AC service where I initially faced resistance in changing the service provider due to bad reviews, but it was resolved quickly after speaking to another representative. Overall, the support has been satisfactory.

We called in service request for ice maker problems. Sears home services called and scheduled appoint in 3 days.
Technician arrived, diagnosed problem. He checked his local supplier network, found appropriate replacement and called another tech to pick up and deliver replacement to our house. Our tech went to next call then RETURNED TO INSTALL the unit same day!!
Our old company would call to schedule the appointment 3-7 days out then diagnose and set return appointment to install part 2-5 days later!

Choice Home Warranty is like any other Home Waranty company; they are all break fix policies and it taks a lot to get things replaced.
I find the fee for getting a technician to be high. I also feel that many of the 3rd party outsourcers are not necessarily in my area but the do service the Cincinnatia area.
Some of the trades respond more quickly than others so I would say about 50% respond in a timely manner.
It will take at least 24-48 hours to get a response back from the vendor depending upon when you call if you call on a Friday, expect someone to get back by the following Tuesday.
This year I have had the garage door people in twice at the tune of $150.
THe Sears refrigerator guy was in and had to order a part.
THe plumber was an absolute nightmare as half of what I reported to be fixed was not included on his report and I was so pissed off he waived my delivery fee. But somehow when he snaked my sink. he removed my vanity first drawer and now it doesn't close, but he said it was that way when he worked on it. It was not.
Now I will have the electrician over next week, let's see where this goes.
Bottom line, I find them to be about the same as their competitors. I have not had to replace anything yet, but there are still two more months that I need to get through.
I will be shopping around but I will probably renew with them as the other's I've had I left them for a reason. so for now Choice Home Warranty is my VOC as I am from NJ and they are based in Edison, NJ.

My experience with choice home warranty was very pleasant to say the least. I made the call and immediately got a response that very day. I was also able to schedule the appointment which was within a few days of my call and was pleasantly surprised with sooner call to fix my air conditioning earlier than expected. The technician was fast, friendly, effective and solved the problem within several minutes. All I had to pay was the service call fee.

I had a positive experience with customer service; they were courteous and efficient in scheduling my technician. However, I was disappointed to learn that the water dispenser issue on my refrigerator isn't covered by the warranty, despite the refrigerator being under warranty. On a previous service, they quickly identified and resolved an ice maker issue, so I appreciate their promptness.

I had a mixed experience with the service. Some repairs went well, but there were issues with the plumbing repair where I felt the technicians pushed for replacements instead of repairs, costing me unnecessarily. Additionally, I faced a frustrating situation with a refrigerator issue that left me out of pocket. Overall, I hope they can improve their assessment process.

I've had a great experience with customer service. Every time I call, I reach a real person who helps me promptly. I recently needed to change my assigned technician, and it was an easy process. After moving into my new home, my air conditioning needed attention, and the team responded quickly and resolved the issue without any concerns. Highly recommend!

I had mixed experiences with the service. While I appreciated the quick response to my garbage disposal issue, there were challenges with the warranty process. The first company I contacted was unresponsive and prioritized other customers due to weather delays. Overall, the speed of service was commendable, but the initial hurdles were frustrating.

I've had mixed experiences with the service. They were prompt in addressing my air conditioning issue initially, but there was a frustrating delay on another occasion where the technician didn't show up. Fortunately, the last technician was excellent and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, the service quality varies, but I appreciate the responsiveness when it matters.

I had mixed experiences with customer service. Sometimes it felt challenging to get in touch and find the right answers, but on other occasions, they were quite responsive. I faced an issue with my dishwasher that turned out to be a simple fix, but the initial wait for service was frustrating. Overall, the support was decent, but there's room for improvement.

I had mixed experiences with the home warranty service. While they quickly sent someone for a leaky sink, the ongoing air conditioning issue has been frustrating, with repairs dragging on and more problems arising. Scheduling was also a hassle, as there were multiple reschedules. Overall, their response time is decent, but the quality of repairs needs improvement.

I had a great experience with Choice. They responded quickly to my plumbing issue and sent a professional who fixed my toilet efficiently. He was thorough and courteous, asking if I had any other plumbing problems while he was there. I appreciate their service and am glad I chose them. My recent experience with a water heater was less favorable, as it wasn't covered under warranty, but overall, I trust their service.

Customer service has improved significantly, with quick response times for repairs. However, I've faced issues with claim denials based on incorrect information, leaving me frustrated. While I had fast help for urgent repairs, the inconsistency in coverage is disappointing. Overall, the service is good, but there's room for improvement in communication and claims handling.

I had mixed experiences with my service calls. The air conditioning repair was frustrating; it took too long to get help, and I had to pay out of pocket for a quick fix. In contrast, the garage door repair was excellent—prompt service and clear communication. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using this service for air conditioning needs but was satisfied with the garage door experience.

I had a mixed experience with service. While my stove repair was quick, my refrigerator repair has been delayed due to parts being on order. However, I was pleased with the air conditioning repair; they replaced just the motor and fan instead of pushing for a costly new unit. Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcomes, but communication on delays could improve.

I had mixed experiences with my service calls. The air conditioning issue was frustrating; it took too long to get help and I had to hire my own contractor. However, the garage door repair was excellent—quick service and good communication. The ice maker repair was also timely and efficient. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using certain services due to poor responsiveness.

Firstly I'd like to thank the company that returned to complete the job that was started July 3rd. Choice was not helpful at all. You guys paid no attention to the fact the job wasn't properly done. The company did. You guys told me I'd have to pay and additional 85.00$ .The company satisfied me. I'm wondering why I'm still allowing your company to go in my checking account. Your company needs to listen more to the customer. I'd love to hear from you!!

choice had an excellent service company come and take care of my garage door failure, not only was it fixed, it was replaced. The technician was very professional and worked hard to make sure the job was done correctly. I have been a customer for many years and without exception, things have been taken care of an a professional maner. The last issue was a dryer failure. Same service, same positive results. I have no complaints.

In general the service has been pretty good and the contractors have been competent. The issue that I have is that Choice won't approve replacing failed equipment with something similar. The recirculation pump had a timer but the only one approved to replace it was one without a timer. The only ceiling fan they would approve was builder grade so I ended up buying a better fan. The technician said they would refund me the $75 that Choice would approve. As yet, I have not received the refund. So basically it seems that if something needs to be replaced, Choice will only approve the cheapest option rather than replacing it with something similar to the original equipment.

Choice home warranty has been absolutely fabulous. We have a problem, we go online. We start a claim, the correlating tradesmen calls us makes an appointment they come diagnosed problem; does great work. Choice home warranty has been a very good experience for us. I have recommended them probably 10 times plus. It is the peace of mind that is an additional great value.

Bought a house during the winter and when summer hit the AC unit worked for a short time and then needed to be replaced. Choice sent someone out and agreed to replace the unit quickly. I didn't have high hopes going into this but my expectations were blown away. I really appreciate having gotten this warranty added in my closing. I'm beyond satisfied.

I'm fairly new to Choice Home Warranty and recently I had the opportunity to make a claim for my clothes dryer. I filed the claim online very easily and they contacted me right away to confirm everything. Within a day I had an appointment with a technician. The repair person was fantastic! She knew exactly what needed to be done. She quickly fixed my dryer and checked to make sure everything was working properly. She was clean, organized, friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

We've been with Choice for years and value the service. From minor water issues to a new AC, they've had us covered. It relieves some stress to be able to submit a claim 24/7 online and have someone assigned usually within 24 hours. They have never denied an item listed in our contract. Speaking to a person about a claim submitted is difficult, but usually not required.

I needed a repair to my air conditioning unit that stopped functioning in the middle of the summer season. This was the first time I was using my benefit so didn’t know what to expect. I was thrilled with the experience. I had someone come the next day. He identified the problem and was able to make the repair during that initial visit. I’m back up and running and have had so no subsequent problems. Overall, it was a great first experience with Choice.

Once I reaches out to Choice they had a repairman come out in 2 days to diagnose the problem. He ordered the replacement parts for the dryer. We were very pleased from beginning to end. My out of pocket expense was $85.
Before contacting Choice I reached out to the Samsung and they did a video call diagnostic said we may not have the replacement parts and then offered me a discount on a new dryer.

Erble (hopefully Electolux's tech name is spelled correctly) was not only friendly and courteous but more importantly quite professional. The work he accomplished was complicated and very technical and required very specialized skills and training which he fully exhibited. He performed his work cleanly and very efficiently and now our 16 year old washing machine runs like new. We have availed ourselves of several Choice Contractors in the past and although all have performed their tasks adequately none have been as proficient or professional as Erble.

Some of the things I like about Choice Home Warranty are cost and a variety of plans to choose from. I've used the plan twice and when needing a repair their online program was very easy to use . Just ad promised I was notified quickly with a response to a repair and scheduling options and a choice of cash or credit card. I'm very happy that I chose Choice and only sorry for having waited so long to commit.

Overall this has been a positive experience. I was offered to choose and contact the repairman I wanted and once approved and repairs completed I was to submit my receipt for reimbursement. There is a small learning curve to the process as a new customer but they communicate frequently and help you to successfully submit a claim for reimbursement. I am glad that I purchased the Home Warranty through Choice Home Warranty and have already signed up for another year. It has only been a few days since submitting my request so the check hasn’t arrived but I am confident that this will work just as seamlessly. Their Customer Support was quick and professional and eased any concerns I had related to the company and its quality of service.

I had an issue with my refrigerator. They did come out several times to work on it. It had a twofold issue. Inside top would stay cool. I had tons of food, spoil and almost had a gallon at milk, blow up. And also the ice maker would not work. The icemaker was covered under warranty due to a recall. Samsung declared the ice maker not repairable. So after that Choice, home warranty would not come and fix the Refrigerator cooling part. So I had to spend money. I did not have to replace my refrigerator.
Now the good part. My AC quit working right when we were having the heat waves. They had somebody out the next day to repair it, and all is good.
Overall choice warranty is very good. I think every time I have called. They have been here the next day.
And the online portal is great!

I'm really very pleased with the service I've received with Choice Home Warranty. I've had 2 claims so far and they were resolved in a timely manner, and the vendors are superb. They communicated they received claim, gave claim number, gave updates on locating a vendor for the job. Once found gave time of service and all the vendors info. Put my mind at ease with all the information and communication via text, and email.

I had two calls so far. The dryer could not be fixed and a gift card was issued for Lowes, however, the amount for a replacement was only $388.00, which is not enough for a new dryer. I was very disappointed. The second one call was for a washer, which was repaired. It was my understanding that if an appliance could not be repaired, it would be replaced, not half replaced.

I recently reached out to this company for some help, and after a bit of a bumpy start with getting a response, they eventually got back to me and are hopefully working on resolving my issue. Overall, I've had positive experiences with them in the past, except for one incident with my dishwasher. Despite that, I still recommend them to others as they usually do a good job. Looking forward to having my dishwasher fixed and hopefully upgrading my rating to a 10. Thank you!

I recently had a positive experience with Choice Home Warranty. When I had an issue, their service desk directed me to a technician who efficiently fixed the problem. This was the first time I used their services in our new home, so I don't have much experience with them yet, but so far, they seem very good. Compared to other warranties I've used, Choice Home Warranty appears to be more streamlined. Overall, I would give them an A+ rating.

I had to request a repair for my AC that wasn't working, and the customer support was excellent. They came on time, fixed the issue immediately, and I was satisfied with their service. However, I also had a request for my dryer, and although the customer support was good, the service technician didn't have the necessary part and had to come back a week later. This caused a delay in the service, so I would rate it lower. Overall, the AC repair service was great, but the dryer service had some issues.
