They provide very good service for cheap. All the technicians that have come out here have been very professional and very trustworthy. I ask them how much the service would cost without Choice Home Warranty and it is always a couple hundred dollars more than I pay out of pocket. I have recommended them to three or four of my friends. I have never have a problem with them. They are always professional and very helpful.

You have a very good sales team. They are very persuasive. Unfortunately they promised me more than they could deliver but even if they had promised less I would have still gotten it. They Customer service has improved in the last year. In the past they wouldn’t pay attention but now when I call, I get the plumber the next day and he takes fifteen minutes to get the problem solved, which is a relief with all the Covid going on. I don’t want people in my house longer than fifteen minutes. Currently they are delivering what was promised unlike when they didn’t cover the electrician after he fixed it so I had to pay 170 dollars or when they gave me fifty percent to replace my microwave. Right now I am happy with Choice Home Warranty.

I was having a hard time with Home Warranty of America and my in laws had Choice Warranty so I cancelled with HWA and switched over. The service contractors they have sent over have been polite so it is completely different than HWA. I appreciate the customer service. I appreciate a company that values me as a customer. They don’t find contractors that have a one star rating.

The companies that they have partnered with in my area have been respectful and accurate. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were able to assist me in dealing with my air conditioning, there was a little delay because of the summer, but they were courteous and apologetic for the delay and offered alternatives if I did not want to wait.

After having American Home Shield for 17 years, I was upset with their pricing and their veterans discount. Choice was able to offer me a better price over a three year period. They are prompt when I put in a request. They show up the next day and everything gets done and fixed. We had the garbage disposal not working and I sent in the request at about six o’clock at night and I get a notification at eight and I was able to schedule everything. They fixed it in about an hour. The service person was well qualified and knew what he was doing.

Better pricing than other companies. Some claims get denied that should be covered but that is minor detail and other than that it is good. Recently had to use it for my air conditioning, unfortunately it was going to be unusual number of days but they were able squeeze me earlier because it was unbearably hot. They are pretty good about getting things done.

We have had a couple of things fixed and they have taken care of everything. We pay monthly and the price is reasonable. It is great to have something to fall back on when we need a repair. They seem to get you scheduled quickly and are efficient. So far everything has worked out. The representatives have been mannerly. They wear masks and are careful about coming in and out the of the house with covered shoes.

I am very pleased with Choice and I plan to stay with them as long as I own a home. I use it a couple of times every year and I’ve been very happy with the outcome. We had a water heater problem so they sent out a plumber who determined it to be an electrical problem so they contacted an electrician, who was here the next day, to rectify the problem, and there was no additional charge. I was happy with that.

The price is not too expensive compared to others with contract price and he appointment fees. I got quotes from other companies, they had high premiums. The services depend on the vendors they assign you. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they do not provide any details. The guy they assigned me for my air conditioning was not good but the ones with my dishwasher and microwave were fine.

I am really glad my real estate agent got it for me because when you call, they get back to get right away with an appointment from a specialist to address your problems and it is only sixty bucks for them to come out. I have been really impressed with the suppliers. They are really good. Their service is excellent. I do think you end up paying more than you get out of it but they have really good service and they introduce you to all the different players on the market.

They work with you and try to find technicians that will complete the work. I had electrical problems and they someone responded right away and explained what is going on and fixed. They took a while with a plumbing problem and they said if I wanted I could get my own plumber and they would reimburse me but eventually they found someone to take care of it.

Choice Home Warranty is always working diligently for me. I recently had issues with my dryer and some problems finding the problem. CHW upheld their contract and ended up sending out 2 different Applience repair companies. Then we found out it was actually an electrical problem not my dryer at all. Then CHW sent out an electric repair company. And everything works.

The call center people are great. Everybody they have sent out had been very professional and get the work done in a timely manner. We had someone else before and we didn’t like them. Choice is on top of things and they follow up after the fact. We had our AC go out and we live in Scottsdale and they had someone out the next morning. They also did things right with our swimming pool issue.

Great Service! They’re a very good company. I had a different company and Choice gives their best, quality service. They take care of a lot of matters and make sure to call me to let me know exactly what is going on. My pool was given me some problems, the pump was not working properly. Choice Home Warranty answers me and returns my calls. There was a time I wanted to use it for the refrigerator and I almost canceled because they weren't going to cover the the ice maker. But then they finally did and then I continued using them. I think I've been with them three years now. The only thing i don't like is waiting about 24 hours for someone to contact me.

Everything that I needed they've come through for me. When I needed them they were there every time that I've called for service - it was less than a day and sometimes I would get service the very same day One time I used them for my dishwasher and they came and complained that it could not be fixed. He told them and they called me and offered me money to settle on a new dishwasher

It's a simple process. I just reach out to them on the website and send a request/ put a claim in. Within 24 hours I got a response back and a technician came outto service my unit. It's professional from start to finish. They are a great company and they backup what they say. They were very responsive anytime I had a problem and quick to resolve it. When I initially got them, it was based on the best price and the best deduction. I had trouble with my stove one time and the fellow came out and I don't think he was very professional... he had a broken down car he got here much later than he said he's gonna be here and it wasn't a great experience. My air conditioning I had a problem with and they could not find an air conditioning mechanic to come out and fix it. I had to find one that day and they reimbursed me for the whole thing once it was done

We were with American home shield I was very unhappy with them and so I started researching and I saw that Choice Warranty was another option, so I decided that we would try them. Well the only thing I will say is we needed to use it not too long ago and the lines were very very tied up that we had to wait quite a while. So I went ahead and went online and was able to accomplish everything online... it's just a matter of a few short commands and I was able to get the company that I wanted. It's another way to get through to the company without having to wait on the phone forever and ever. When we had some issues, we asked them to have a specific company come out to do our repairs and they wanted to pick the person that they wanted. I thought they would allow us to choose the one we wanted and I think that's kind of important. The only problem that I do have with Choice Warranty is the fact that there's not enough people to take the calls.

They take good care of me. My water heater broke and I called them, but due to Covid, things were a little different than normal so they had me get ahold of a company which I did. The company fixed my problem and choice warranty promptly reimbursed me for the repairs done. Any time I need them to call, they return my calls and and get my situation taken care of. I've had no problems with them whatsoever. The work gets done in a timely fashion.

They have gotten to where they don't repair or replace older items. They find some kind of reason to deny the claim. It is covered by a manufacture warranty which on an older item has expired or you don't have maintenance records over all the years or to install you have to meet new code so an additional charge for that or can't find matching part, so you have to pay for new part etc. Not like it used to be. My home is about 20 years old, so items are beginning to need replacement and as a single senior citizen I went with a home warranty so I would have to worry with shopping for replacement items and finding reliable service people that wouldn't take advantage of you, but that has changed.

It’s very easy to use their website, it’s very user friendly. Each time we had to use choice warranty, they have been right there and get somebody out here and our problems are fixed. We had an issue with one of bathrooms and we called about on it a Sunday and Monday afternoon, somebody was here to fix it. Each time the vendors have been knowledgeable so I know it is quality.

It's reasonably priced and I have no problems with them at this point. It did take me almost a month to get someone to fix the air conditioner but usually they get someone here right away. I can sympathize with their busy schedules but I was upset about it because I have health issues. They did a really good job with the dryer but it still had problems so I had to get it replaced.

I had a different company, I can’t remember the name, they could never find anybody that would come out and work on my dishwasher so it never got attended to and we had a leak that was ruining the hard wood. With choice, the gentleman came out to work on the hot water heater and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed it temporarily while we waited for parts.

Our realtor selected choice for us when we bought our house. We’ve used the warranty 3 times. The first time it was okay, it was for an issue with our garage door. I received 2 responses from Choice. I contacted both only one returned my call. My Combo Heater/AC was having trouble. It was overheating. A loose wire was found and fixed. This was in Feb. A few months later the unit frooze over then overheated. I made another call. This time the Large Heating Pads needed to be replaced and another part. Since this visit everything is running wonderfully and it is HOT out. Whew, glad that it got repaired. Thanky Choice Home Warranty.

They take care of any issue immediately. They are very professional. Prior to covered, you could call and somebody was on the phone right away and lately it has been taking a bit longer maybe because they do not have the staff. I needed to use the warranty on an electrical issue for our rental. The outlets were not working and that was dangerous. The serviceman came out and took care of it quickly. He was very knowledgeable and once he diagnosed the problem, he took care of it quickly. The only issue was there was a miscommunication where he was confused on the address so there was a bit of a delay.

I’ve never had any issues with anybody with Choice. They’re respectful to people and do their job quickly. They gave me $700 to help cover the cost of my AC that wan over thirty years old. That was really good and I wasn’t expecting to get that much. I think it is the best price, especially if you’re signing up for more than one year. They did a pretty good job on the customer service, just a little hard to figure out at first because it's all online. As soon as we moved into the house, the kitchen faucet only had hot water. They came out and took care of the job, no questions asked. The problem is gone and I don't have that issue anymore. I had water coming from somewhere out of a pipe to the outside of my house. They said they'd have to send someone to find out whether they could cover it or not. The guy came out from one of their contract companies and he looked at the pipe and said it was the water heater. He came in and in five minutes he had switched out the pressure release valve and the problem was solved. He knew what he was doing and got the problem taken care of. They've very helpful.

Within 24 hours, Ive already had a techniian scheduled an appointment and usually within 24 hours they're here. So just quick prompt service. I had a problem with the refrigerator. They were efficient and handled everything in a timely manner. I had an issue with the ice maker on my refrigerator. Overall we're happy. Everybody's polite and helpful. We had a link in our wall from a pipe that was behind the wall. We called and they set up an appointment. Somebody came out pretty quickly and got if fixed and pretty much everything was all worked out. And then recently we had a similar issue with the garage door, just trouble opening and closing. I've had this Choice Home Warranty for a little over two years. When I finally needed to use it when the temperature in Phoenix rose above a hundred degrees and my air conditioner column brok. Since I hadn't used it in a long time, I had trouble finding mydocumetation. I called online and turned in the claim at ten at night.
