You denied my claim for broken kitchen faucet because I was honest and told you that my daughter swatted a fly with a dish towel and the faucet cracked. This faucet obviously had internal corrosion because a 95 lb girl and a dish towel shouldn’t be capable of cracking a metal faucet. You denied the claim before the technician arrived but he still was dispatched and I was still charged a service fee and the faucet is still broken.

Ten year old washer dryer, parts and labor probably cost more than a new one yet company wants it repaired, Time without appliance will probably be a month. Representatives have no idea what practicality is. Service person was very knowledgeable. Last appliance that malfunctioned took over six months and costs us over $1000. Machine was not fixable yet they still sent service calls six times!

Choice is famous for finding ways to disallow a claim. I have had 6 claims and 1 was approved. There is always a loophole to make it the customers fault, thereby disallowing the claim. I sat in 106 degree temperatures while you found a company to service my a/c unit. An appointment was made the next afternoon. The claim to fix the unit was denied because this 76 year old widow didn't climb the roof to change the filter in a timely enough manner. I change the filters inside the house monthly. Therefore, my fault. Choice is off the hook.

I am very disappointed in Choice Home warranty. We do not request service often. This time we had to spend $900 because Choice Home warranty didn’t cover the repairs. There is no need for us to pay for a home warranty when we are still paying for the entire repairs.

I chose Choice Home Warranty after being told if an appliance could not be fixed , it would be replaced. That is not the case. Was told I would be given a gift card for an amount that won’t even buy one of the cheapest dish washers . And on top of that, I was told it could be up to a month before I receive that gift card.

The company in my view did not honor the contract, my fridge was not repairable, they ininally denid the claim, only after I threatened, they came up with two payments, about 40 percent of a new similar unit, now Im worried is this the playbook for any additionally claims ??? not a HAPPY CAMPER with the company PERIOD.

First time I used CH for dishwasher everything was good. When I needed them for my dryer they failed spectacularly. Techs were here twice and they never got my dryer fixed and I eventually had to buy a new dryer out of pocket with no compensation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very bad 👎 I put in s claim for microwave. A technician was sent to my house to collect 100 dollars. Since then, I've never heard anything. My microwave wasn't repaired. This is s big scam! Anytime I call the company too nobody responds.
