In the interaction that I have with the sales team and the contractors that they use everyone everything has been communicated clearly, in a time efficient manner and they have rectified the situation that I needed to resolve. I needed to use the warranty on my air conditioner that was not turning on. I placed a service claim through the website. Within a half hour they scheduled an appointment and then that same day someone came out. It took less than twenty four hours, the help is fantastic and amazing.

I tried to call in the middle of the night when my air conditioner broke and the phone didn't even ring, it was like their phones were turned off. My air conditioner has broken three to four times already and they sent people out to fix it each time. When they send out a crew to fix or for a service call I'd like to have an option for times they're available.

The claims that I've put forth have been performed properly and I'm satisfied with the result. I wish that the trip charge wasn't so much and the service call fee wasn't so high but other than that I'm happy. In the past the subcontractors have not been on best. But I have no problems with choice support so far. I've had to use it a few times, I've gone online and order placed a phone call and scheduled the appointment and the technicians came out and took care of the problem. So far choice has not let me down.

I already have recommended them several times. Very positive experience. They have always gotten back to me in a timely manner and answered every every question I've had, this has been absolutely outstanding. It was affordable. I actually have used the warranty a few times. One time I put in two different claims and the guy came out and did both, it was outstanding and great and there were no problems. They always answered my emails promptly and they always kept me informed of every step of the process and I really appreciated that.

When I talked to the sales aid they gave me the best deal I could possibly get. My air conditioner fan went out, I called choice warranty and they had a technician out the next morning. It was fixed in less than twenty four hours in the middle of a heat wave. The contractor that was sent out which was in Texas heat did a topnotch job and explained everything so well to me and I had enough information to make a decision.

I have recommended them to five people. They take their time. I have actually been a member for like a year and everything is good, I have no complaints. My AC broke and the company said that they would come in one day they didn't do it because they were just busy. They took like three or four days to come the first time but after that they came the first time. Everything was really quick.

Most recently the electricity went out in my garage. That happened Tuesday I believe. This past Tuesday I put in a claim and I actually got an email back that they would be out here Thursday, however the technician called me Wednesday morning and said they would come and do it which was great.The people who have come out have been efficient and professional.

I have already recommended them to someone. I had an issue that got fixed extremely fast, everything was a very positive experience. My AC went down. It wasn't blowing cold air in my upstairs unit and so I called at six thirty PM on a week night and my AC technician showed up at eleven the next day and had it fixed. So it was less than twenty four hours for the situation to be resolved. I've dealt with a few different home warranty companies and choices is the top one.

Choice has been great as far as responding to repairs that are needed. Unfortunately, some of the companies that they send, not so much. There have been multiple times that a second repair company had to be sent because the first one didn't take care of the problem. Recently our refrigerator was broken and had to be replaced. Our replacement was a gift card from Lowes for a total of 986.00. It's difficult to find a decent fridge for that price. The one that broke was a Samsung side by side with dual ice and water. Needless to say, we ended up spending additional money to get a fridge comparable to the one that broke.

We had someone out to repair the water heater two weeks ago. Very good, the guy was very nice. Talked to him before he showed up I explained to him that it was imperative that you wear shoes and a mask because my wife has cancer. And he complied, so he was very professional very courteous. He was just all around a good employee. However, we were misled for how much coverage they provide for anything that goes out, I'm still trying to handle a dispute of money.

I was contacted very quickly to set up an appointment. When the technician left his location, I received a text message saying he was on his way. There was a link to view his progress. Very cool - it showed a map with his position in real-time. I was able to "follow" him all the way from near Keller to my location in Flower Mound. When he arrived, he went to work right away and almost immediately found the problem with my AC - the capacitor was no longer working. He replaced it, and I was able to enjoy a cooled environment again. Great job!

I have filed two claims through choice warranty in these several years that I've had them. The first claim I filed I had a small issue with, mostly due to parts availability due to the supply chain crisis, but choice closed the claim out because they had not heard for me in more than 30 days, even though the repair company was waiting on parts. It was only a slight hassle to get them to re-open the claim and finish the repair. This is partially on me for not following up with them for more than 30 days, but was never advised I needed to check in with them within 30 days. The second claim was handled beautifully, I filed a claim on Wednesday and the repair company was at my house within two days and the air conditioning was repaired and functioning perfectly. Overall I would recommend Choice, just be aware if the service company is waiting on parts, you need to check in with choice every 30 days or less

I feel like they really do make an effort to keep customers happy and it's very easy to set up a claim online or reach a person even in the middle of the night. Sometimes the companies that you use are not always companies we've heard of. There have been some times that I haven't been totally confident that the company was going to do a really good job, but nine out of ten times they did.

Their responses are immediate. And they've covered all the claims that I've submitted. And the customer service was very helpful and very polite. I like the coverage. I needed to use my warranty for a ceiling, my ceiling fan that wasn't working and they sent someone out and the technician repaired it, but it wasn't fully repaired so I had to call them back and they sent another technician out and they replaced the ceiling fan. I used the cash they gave me to upgrade the fan.

Very efficient and got me my service. When I called, the service was fast. I didn't have to wait a long time. The service was always great. Value for your money is perfect, because I paid the one time fee and then they take care of everything else if they need to get a part. I trust the plumber. I actually just used the warranty about two weeks ago and I called and said I needed a plumber and they had one out in a few days. They worked with my schedule. When I get people on the phone, they are very helpful. But sometimes it takes a few days to figure out what service they're going to send and then work it out. They've been very responsive. The service was excellent. I just used my warranty for my air conditioner and the company that they sent was lovely and they were wonderful. I was able to get a responsible person here.

I was happy with the service. A positive experience. I used it twice. I used it for my refrigerator and for my air conditioning. First time I used it was with the air circulationing. Repair men came and basically didn't do their jobs so Choice sent a different repair man and they solved the problem quickly and installed a motherboard and it was done well and it took time. It was okay and then we had problem with it again. We called service and they came and they installed circulation fan. So it's fixed now. It is a good value for our money.

Experience with them has been very positive. I always get a response and I always get access. I've actually used it three times this year and each time home warranty responded immediately and only one of the service people didn't show up so I called home warranty and they scheduled another person to come out and they took care of my problem. Very positive. It seems to be a very simple process. You call or email and you don't have to follow up with them constantly. A few days ago I called and had a problem with my refrigerator and I emailed for a visit scheduled service visit and then a couple of days later the technician actually sent me his notification that he would be here and he showed up to do a repair so that whole process worked out well. I seem to be very satisfied with what they have to offer. It is a good experience for me right now.

I think they have good prices and good services. My washer stopped working and the technician came out and he said that it was going to cost more to fix it than to replace it. So they gave me credit for the washer about $343 toward the washer and I appreciated that. Everything is good. Honestly, I had a positive experience with them. I have no problems at all with them. They always show up on time. They always do work. Every time I have a problem, I call them. They always come and they fix the problem no questions asked. So I recommend Choice. I had to use my warranty because I had a liquid pipe in my garage in the middle of an open house. So I called choice and they sent somebody over and the guy did the job and they fixed it. He was so funny. My garbage disposal also broke and the same guy came, he was very nice. It is a great company and I have had a good experience with them.

Our refrigerator compressor went out after two years and choice was able to provide a check to me for it which I thought was a fair value for replacement of the refrigerator. The only thing I was not impressed with was the salespeople. They're very pushy and they don't match the customer service that's behind them.

They replaced the part but there was still an issue and they were very busy but they went out of their way to make sure that my refrigerator was fixed. I submitted a repair request for A/C Sunday Morning - within a few hours a repair service was scheduled. On Tuesday morning the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem - that very afternoon they returned with the part and repaired the A/C unit. My last call was for my water heater which sprang a leak. I filed a claim and the very same day I was assigned a subcontractor who came so quickly and got the go-ahead to replace it. The one thing you have to remember is that you do end up having to pay something but in comparison to what it would cost if you had to have it replaced and pay labor it is well worth the investment!

It's a pretty straightforward company and they're very convenient. I like them for the services and for the price. A month ago my garage door opener was broken so I submitted a service request and they scheduled a time to come out. so. And they came on the right time and the right day. At that time, the technician came out and worked on it. Even though he solved the problem, he didn't fix it completely because the light is not working and the motion sensor is not working properly. But like I said it is solved. We are able to close the door remotely now.

I have already recommended Choice Home Warranty to a friend. They sent out a plumber to help me and I have never seen a plumber come to a job knowing that you have to stop it and it doesn't have a snake. However, I contacted choice home warranty and they immediately recorded the problem and sent out another plumber who was absolutely phenomenal so I appreciated the way that it was handled. I had a dishwasher issue, it actually quit working. I wasn't really satisfied because I felt like the problem may have been a replacement maybe but they went ahead and ordered parts and then the service person left. It was like a month later that some of the parts came. Now the buttons on the front of actually hang loose but I didn't say anything and at least they came in and fix the problem.

I'm in the middle of a project right now. My dryer is making a lot of squealing noises and they were able to get a technician here right away. The technician needs to come back and it's taken a long time because he needs parts but they are on back order. The guy who came over was really nice, very friendly, knew what he was doing. I didn't like when I had to schedule an appointment or make a claim. I did it on app, it was on the list and it was very easy to do but I didn't like the response. I didn't realize that when you get it that way you would never hear from somebody and you would get confirmation of not just who the vendor was that they assigned but of an appointment time as well. So that part I didn't like because that particular vendor was a little hard to reschedule. And the email for the appointment actually came in at one or two in the morning and it was for that morning which didn't work.

I like Choice because it helps if something goes wrong in the house at the last minute.Just having someone else to fall back on is nice. I don't like that you have to call them first and then wait for the other companies get back to you. I also think it's expensive. My most recent use of the warranty was when my ice maker in my refrigerator stopped working and I contacted choice and they sent out a company to look at it. But it took over five weeks with the parts coming in because it was on backorder but ever since we got it fixed it's been working great.

We've never had any problems with them. We use the app to put in our problem and we get a response right away. We have service people come out right away and they are very good. We have recommended them to some people already. Just a month or so ago our water heater went completely out. So I got on the apps and they sent a woman to come the next day. I love the app. Were just key everything in. Choice responds right away and then a service person will respond right away as well.

My experience dealing with the company has been very positive. They have been very dependable so far. I recommended choice to our rental customer's and they picked it up. Their replacement of the garbage disposal was great. The person was right on time, he looked at it and called the company and put a replacement in the next two to three days and did a good job. So far it has been good, but the communication has been all online, I haven't been able to actually talk to a person. But the cost is very low. The experience has been very positive. The latest time we needed them was just a couple weeks ago and it was my air conditioner. The guy was here for probably about fifteen minutes and solved the issue gave me an update on my unit and I was good to go. I've actually had three items checked in the nine months I've been living here and it's all been a positive experience.

It's sometimes challenging to find the right person for the problem. Last time I tried to use my warranty, it wasn't covered so that part didn't work. Probably two years ago I had a problem with a microwave and they fixed that, but Covid it created some supply hiccups on getting parts so I don't think that was their fault but overall I'm very satisfied and renewing when it comes to it.

Our garbage disposal had an issue and they came out repair it and there was a sixty dollar copay. Another time they came for our dishwasher. There wasn't anyone in the area that could work on it through Choice, so we hired our own and then they reimbursed when we needed to replace it. They always take in to account if you had any issues and take care of it. They've always been really responsive and great the whole time. Even the reimbursement option has been really great turnaround. They have the best prices.

Quick, no hassle repairs. Ice maker stopped working and dryer door latch was broken. I turned in report and technician contacted me the next morning to make appointment. Tech was on time a troubleshot both problems. Tech ordered part and contacted me to let me know when they should be in. Parts were here in a timely manner and tech called to make appointment for repairs. Tech was on time and finished all repairs. Everything working as it should. Highly recommend CHW.
