Having to pay for an installation of any product was insane to me. They would pay for the product, but you were responsible for the install.

I wish I had never bought your product. CHW is quick on the sales , but slow on the repairs. Dishwasher could not be repaired . A check was sent for $250. The cheapest dishwasher at Lowe’s was $300

The length of time it took to resolve the claim was about a month which seemed to be extensive in my opinion.

They don’t give options when you’ve had issues with the company they assigned you in the past. They don’t help you find better options and sometimes you feel like you’re wasting your money on the warranty

It is very difficult to understand 95% of the customer service reps. In addition, they are quite rude and speak over you.

Customer service is terrible. The company does not actively seek out vendors. There is no reason for them to keep me from getting my own vendor for over 3 weeks.

Poor service. Poor response. Poor resolution. I have rental properties mgr business and I have several properties warranty with Choice but of late have moved to other companies for my recent properties.

The garage door was not completely covered by insurance. Only the motor was covered by insurance but the roller and the spring were not covered.

Can I give them a 0? Terrible. First valid claim was denied & we followed every instruction. 2nd claim sat for 22 days before they ever assigned someone. Then only after I spoke with Stephanie in the Resolution Dept.

Didn’t fix the problem. The company doesn’t replace quick enough and doesn’t cover enough of the cost to replace the item. I am very disappointed.

I am still waiting on a gift card to replace my dishwasher. Which I am only getting about half of what it would cost to replace it. It’s crazy I have to wait a month.

They only pay small claims. If you have a claim for ‘replacement’, they only pay a fraction of the item replacement cost.

Waste of money. The technicians they send try and find more problems instead of solving. Guess they think more expensive the solution, more they make, or too lazy to take the time to diagnose.
