Choice home warranty denies every claim. On the rare occasion when they do pay a claim they give you a Lowes Gift card for half the value you need to replace the item. I do not recommend

The fast service was great but I didn’t expect to have to pay so much out of pocket as I did have insurance.

I would like to be able to speak to a person instead of a computer when I have questions or need to make a claim. Is this possible?

Very good. For the price a year but it’s the service fee of $75 each time you make a claim.

I liked the man who replaced my unit but I was not expecting to pay $3000 for air conditioner with choice warranty. It should have been less.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service when I needed my dryer replaced. They only offered half the money needed for a new one, which was not in line with their policies. Their lack of honesty was frustrating.

I needed a pool repair but nobody was dispatched. I strongly advise against getting pool service from them, very disappointing experience.

My well went bad, leaving me without water for 3 days. I tried to get approval for repairs but was denied and couldn't use the warranty. Disappointed with the lack of support.

Dishonest company. Find/invent reasons to deny claims for anything but the most cheap repairs. Two bad experiences over last few months. Very slow and bureaucratic customer service - stay away!!!

Did not honor contract. A/C stopped cooling leak in capillary lines. Tech inspected said normal wear and tear. CHW (did not inspect) said it wasn’t and was not paying to fix. CHW is just a rip off.

More action needed as opposed to just the same old Customer service Reading off a script and constantly telling you that they will have someone scheduled within 4 hours

I only asked for help once and it was good. But the monthly payment is too expensive for me. Please CANCEL my monthly payments. I don't need it.

Sometimes you need to speak to an actual person regarding a claim. this is impossible with your automated system and your company.

You get technicians here in a timely manor but the resolve is not quick and the offers are not great. So the out of pocket is a lot even though you purchased insurance

When a service man doesn’t show up at the scheduled appointment this not acceptable! A telephone call would be nice to say they’re running late but that they’re not coming at all
