I believe the company will help with my needs in the future. The sales rep was a little off putting. More interested in the sale, versus my needs. I am a sales rep myself, I get it, but a little connection goes a long way.

As much as a person pays for the service, the hoops a person has to go through is ridiculous. I had to replace a well pump and it never ended up being paid for because of the emergency of no water and our repairman said that the stuff you requested he sent you but then you did not accept everything he sent you. He said that he could not waste any more time with the paperwork as he had more than us as clients.

sign up was easy, and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I hope, the rest of my dealing with CHW are as good. My dealing with American Home Shield were not good at all. My rating would be higher, but I don't know about and the way you conduct your service yet.

So far my experience with Choice Home Warranty is good. The first tect did not call or email me that he wasn't coming. I notified Choice and they emedily sent a different tect and he showed up and found the issue and ordered the part needed. He is supposed to be back Thursday. Hopefully the issue will be fixed then.

I’m very happy with Choice’s website which made the process of scheduling a new claim very easy. The appointment was scheduled the next day and I’m very pleased with the repair.

Reporting Claim is easy, setting up the initial appointment is easy. The follow up from their customer service is awful. Their portal is terrible as soon as you log in to ask a question it reports back that your claim is closed, this happen several times not once. Still waiting for a replacement unit since the part could not be found available. been a month.

Disappointed that CHOICE would not repair the microwave and only give me a replacement value option. Even with the replacement value given it's costing me more to purchase one of same style and have it installed. Should not cost customer more to replace than what it would have been to repair. Why have Home Warranty if in the end I pay more than CHOICE does...not to mention I had to pay $75 come out fee on top of everything!

My technician was fabulous. He was quick, efficient and went way above and beyond and was in and out in about 20 mins. I'd recommend Bennett and Sons for all my air conditioner needs.

I like the company services, but its customer service is not the best. I just called and asked to renew my services for 3 properties. I was quoted 460 for each property for each property.... but when I looked at the policies , it was 558 for each property more than what online is offering.. Now I am being charged $139 a month for all 3 properties.. I need to resolve this matter, one of my policy numbers is 602010858. Please assist me in resolving this matter. thank you

We had a part go out on our microwave. Since the appliance is so old, the part cannot be ordered. Choice Home Warranty is giving us part of the money needed to replace the microwave and we have to wait 30 days for the money to arrive in the form of a gift card. So we are without a microwave for another few weeks at least and have to pay the difference of the cost of the new microwave.

For my last claim the company that choice sent out did a fine job. I little while later I had issues with the same problem. They came back and fixed this at no charge. Choice sent out a very favorable company. Would use them again.

Quick service on claims. Techs were good and professional. Only one tech never showed or returned my calls. Simpson maintenance. But choice quickly sent out another tech who solved my problem.

Had the service for 2 months now and it has been great. Got my oven fixed and the technician who came to our home was great. I docked the service 1 star because it took 6 days before someone could come to our home, so I had to use heavy tape to keep our oven door up.

CHW will do everything in their power for you to be able to afford the protection. They are very nice people that you talk with. It worth a shot. Cause it’s 30 days or your money back.

Started off a little rocky getting a plumber. When I did Integrity plumbing and Trinity drywall company really met my needs. They were professional and went above and beyond to fix a pipe leak and drywall work.

I have been trying to get a hard copy in the mail of my new contract for months now and have called at least 7 times. Each time they assure me it will be in the mail within 7-10 days, still nothing. However, they do respond to claims in an appropriate manner and the last technician I had from Frontier HCP was excellent. JT was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the link under my kitchen sink very quickly.

The tech that came out was 5 star. Very fast and knew what he was doing. My main complaint is the man to fix the toilet called with a time to be here, but never showed up. Now I’ll be out of town today Thur. through Sun. afternoon. Ms. Bond

Overall, CHW is pretty decent. However, their automatic email sent upon confirming an appointment claims that the appointment is between 11 AM - 3 PM, regardless of what the technician has scheduled. This is misleading and frankly a baffling design choice. Other than that, no issues!

Yesterday experience was great but I was provided wrong information from the sales team when I signed up for 1 year and extended to 3 years. I was told I could use an certified provider. I asked and confirmed that 3 times. Then when I need to put in a claim I'm told no I have to use a provider Choice gives me. I have the option to get my own person but they might not cover services. I asked for a list of approved providers and was told that wasn't something they could do which is ridiculous.

Very good! The technician had the problem diagnosed in just a minute or two, had to wait for 30 minutes to get approval to fix it, and then had it repaired in about 10 minutes. Also, they were able to come out a day earlier than expected!

Theyhad a technician come and take care of the problem. However I wish they could get more local technicians. It might not take as long . The technician I had was amazing and ver professional! I would recommend him again and wish I request him if I need a repair again.

CHW scheduled the same Technician to come to my house twice and that technician Never Showed Up. They continue to use a company THE APPLIANCE SCIENTIST that is unreliable and waste the customers time. After complaining about them and requesting a call from management that never called, they sent Sears to repair my refrigerator and that technician was perfect.

I have had both good and bad experiences with CHW. We got a two year warranty when we bought this property. I had an AC go bad and, despite the fact that their rep specifically said that it would be covered in whole or replaced when we got the warranty, they refused to do so. We've had the warranty for 17 months and we've had, I believe, 3 small claims since then. All were fixed in a timely manner.

We had to have our A/C repaired as we had water all over our garage floor. It seemed a while to get all the paperwork set up, but when the repairman finally came he fixed the issue in a timely fashion and he was an excellent worker.

I like that Choice has never denied a claim and they are always there for me. One of the things I dislike is that it is a lengthy process to get someone out to fix things and the repeat appointments, waiting for parts.

This was my first scheduling experience with Choice Warranty. I was surprised when they advised me that my service appt was scheduled on a Sunday, but since it was a holiday weekend, I didn’t mind as much. However, the technician called on the appt day & seemed to suddenly realize it was a Sunday & initially tried to get out of keeping it. I ended up agreeing with him, but the whole scheduling process was unconventional.

They set up a appointment, and arrived on time. Are polite and respectful, and (to me this is important) listened when I explained what was happening and what I felt was causing the problem. Worked steady and made sure to be clean and clean up after done (not easy with a gunky snake :0 ) .
