The problem is if it can’t be repaired, and you need to replace item. the replacement of like kind is not there it barely covers a quarter of the cost to replace

CHW is not a good company. After many attempts for a plumber they told me to find a local one that they would reimburse me. The plumber charged me $692.75 CHW only reimbursed me $65.00. I plan to cancel CHW.
