They've got rules and and I wasn't aware of them and so consequently I really suffered for about 13 or 14 days because of not knowing how they operate. I'm not very computer-literate and it's hard to get them on the phone.

C H won’t do what their warranty says. I have never dealt with anyone like them. The repairman and I called at least 6 times for approval. C. H. Never gave a reason for not approving the leaky evaporator repair
