Most of the time the customer response was quite good on the claims. But as soon as the claims got more expensive the tougher they were to deal with. When my AC completely failed they denied the claim.

Service to obtain a simple report was and is an impossible task with Choice. They send me to the vendor which unfortunately is unable to do the same via a PDF. The report according to them was a very simple text box with no real information. So unhappy.

They don’t want to help you. Just find out ways to say no. Worst customer service ever. They didn’t have an LG certified tech and told me to go find one. LG won’t honor warranty parts requests from non LG certified techs so the tech Choice Warranty sent me just told me I was screwed.

Do not use this company. All they do is deny claims. Sell you a bill of goods decisions are final no need to protest. They do not listen and flat out tell you claim denied. Would give them no stars but have t give them one to leave comments

Bad coverage. Find loop holes to not cover some Items. Like door bell. My refrigerator and microwave got bad. They offered 50% of the value stating they are 10 yr old. Had to pay $200 install for microwave for over the top at my expense.

CHW is not a good company. After many attempts for a plumber they told me to find a local one that they would reimburse me. The plumber charged me $692.75 CHW only reimbursed me $65.00. I plan to cancel CHW.
