I’m extremely disappointed! Up until now I really did not have any complaints about the company however with this last incident that has changed. Three times I have contacted Choice about the same issue regarding Central AC within a month-month 1/2 and clearly something is “off” I’m guessing only approving bandages for repair which brings me to time 3. They contracted the worse possible company Sears Home Repair. This company by far has no consideration for its consumers. Painting the picture: 105 heat index, confirmation texts and emails including the day of appointment, time between 8AM- 12PM. Sears no showed the appointment (different review). CHOICE was of no help with concern as the 12PM deadline approached and only kept saying to contact the company (Sears) and call them (Choice) back in no one shows in 2 hours. Needless to say was not able to get in touch with said repair company and after waiting 40 minutes and 2 1/2 hours later confirmed that a whole day was wasted. After reaching back out to choice the best I got was an okay we’ll reassign the claim. This AC issue should have been fixed the 1st time and definitely by the second.

When I owned my condominium, Choice Home Warranty was the company I chose. During the time I was a customer, they replaced an entire toilet and was there when I had to have my refrigerator repaired. They have the best customer service agents I have ever seen. When you put in an order for repair, they start the paperwork almost immediately.

Filing a claim is really easy. The rate for service has increased from $500 annually to $1000 annually. Service call fee is currently $85 per call for my plan. No, weekend service only Monday-Friday as if emergencies don't happen on the weekends. Not sure is I will continuing this service as I don't file claims often enough to make to annual fee worth it.

The contractor was very polite and took his time explaining what happen to cause this blockage, He told my wife what must happen to prevent future problems and showed her what to look for as for as early signs. He was on time and just had a great demeanor as he approached his job!!!!!

I was with AHS for 15-20 years but their service has gotten bad so I wanted to change. I saw Choice was a top rated company so I called. I spoke with Zach J who was very friendly and helpful. He was able to give me a very good deal on two homes that I own. Also it was nice to speaks to someone that speaks English and was in the USA.

Two plans available, basic and total. Basic plan is about $60/month. Customer service is great, available 24/7 and a call back within 4hours of your claim. Website is kinda crap, bad user interface. The service fees are kinda high, $85-$100 ish per call/claim. And pray you don't need to replace your roof because they only offer $500 coverage for roofs.

Choice Home Warranty has been nothing short of trustworthy, reliable, and responsible, and I am left very satisfied with their customer service in particular! The repairman showed up promptly and on time ready to work and fixed my appliance right away. Their prices are slightly on the higher end, but I am sometimes willing to pay more for service I can trust. Ok that note, very pleased with Choice Home!

I purchased an older home and having a Choice home warranty paid off for me as an air conditioner system needed to be replaced. I was happy with the process to make the service call, they responded quickly, and the service techs were very knowledgeable. I feel safer with the major home systems under warranty, and I renewed my plan this year too.

Signed up and later had a problem with my washing machine. They came over two days later and replaced the pump at no additional cost. Unfortunately I moved to an area they did not cover. The cost I paid and their excellent service was well worth the money!

When an appliance starts making a scary noise or just won't work you need a professional. The problem is who can fix it? When my washing machine began making a terrible noise I contacted Choice Home Warranty and they took over from there. They sent an appliance repairman out and it was fixed. The peace of mind is priceless.

I have used the warranty service twice for my HVAC system and each time a technician was dispatched quickly and I was impressed with the quality of the service. My only negative experience was when the part that failed on my system was not covered under the warranty (it was clearly listed in the contact as not being covered). When I filed an appeal, the company did provide a small amount to help cover the cost of replacement so I was happy about that part of the resolution.

I have been with them for many years. Overall, I thing they are very good. I've been happy with their service techs and business so far. I did receive payment for an oven and dishwasher that could not be repaired. Both were less than 50% of my actual purchasing price. I had to pay out of pocket for a new water heater. Other than that the monthly fee and service call fee are well worth it.

As a former customer with AHS for 20+ years I decided to go with CHW. My first experience was flawless. I requested service on a Monday and the repairs were started and COMPLETED on Tuesday. I just hope this is how this service works in the years to come. So, in short, so far so good.

I have been a customer for 2 and a half years and have used the service only four times in that time. They have always been prompt with their service and professional on the phone. The contractors have been professional and resolve the issues with out any issues. The one thing that I found curious is that I filed my most recent claim, for a plumbing issue and receive a call to renew my policy within 20 mins of filing the claim.
