They were working on a ceiling fan for me that broke. And they did not respond on the approval to do the work until the following day when the repairman had already left. The value of the appliance replacement is very low, and the quality is very low. It doesn't match my appliances.

My water heater need to be replaced they asked me I have to be responsible for $ 1313 and the deductible and you have to wait if you lucky 2 weeks with no hot water. My experience will not recommend CHW.

I have a hot water heater that has a cracked tank. It's been now four days. They constantly are asking for pictures that they sent their authorized person out to confirm. I paid my $75 and they come out and he did everything they're supposed to do for Choice Home Warranty. But Choice Home Warranty keeps asking for more and more and more pictures, which makes no sense. I don't believe whoever is looking these over really knows anything about hot water heaters. So whoever is their customer service reps for these is absolutely crazy. When a specialist was out here and said, well, you just need to have it replaced now, they're asking for all kinds of things. They're making us all jump through hoops. Even the technicians who were out there don't understand.
