I've consistently had great experiences with their customer service. Whenever I've had an issue, they've responded quickly and effectively. Recently, they sent a plumber within two days to fix a toilet issue, and the service was excellent. When my old ice maker broke, they reimbursed me for a new refrigerator since they couldn't fix it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their support!

They do not get back to you when anyone is coming to you home. I did not have my stove or over for two weeks over the holiday season and I had family here. It was just horrible.
