I've had them about 3 years and I've had 2 claims with them. The people they send out have nothing good to say about them. Then they denied my claim. I've been 3 weeks without heat. Nobody wants to work with them.

Some of the people are very good and some of the people they sent out didn't complete the job and never came back. The support has been very poor. More than once I've had to get someone else to come and finish the job.

Always try to get out of paying claims! There is a excuse for every claim they do not pay. Had a heat pump replaced and sent me 150.00 for a 5300.00 claim. Stated unit had rust on it?
