It was ninety three degrees outside and they told me people didn’t work on the weekends but when the person did end upcoming they said they did work on the weekend. I would not take the warranty if they gave it for free.

Needed a refrigerator replaced and they didn’t make it happen in time. It took forever to get the replacement. It was the worst experience I’ve had with any warranty company. The need to be shut down.
